The translation of the first volume of Fate:Lost Einherjar is finally complete! The previous translator, PhoenixRising, has been MIA for a while, so a kind soul decided to take up the work and do it themselves.
Now we can finally see what all the fuss this Oslo Grail War ten years after the Great Holy Grail War of the Apocrypha universe is about.

Aslaug is summoned to Chaldea, and finds adjusting to its general weirdness very tiresome, especially when her parents Sigurd and Brynhildr decide to take it upon themselves to make up for lost time. It almost becomes too much to bear when they, against her wishes, push her to try dating the adopted son of Siegfried and Kriemhild, a boy named Hans, or was it Schmidt? Aslaug thought she'd hate the meek boy whose name turned out to be Sieg, but instead she finds a kindred spirit in which to commiserate with over the actions of her overbearing parents who care little for the fact she is in fact already seeing someone, for Sieg found himself in much the same boat, his Berserker of a mother taking great issue with the Saint who supposedly enabled him and his own heroic nonsense. Now, if only they could convince both of their parents to stop dictating their love lives...
OH ho ho!

Wow, Fate Lost Einherjar really was just an excuse for Shirow Miwa to draw the hottest people possible.
"Does that mean it's worth readi--" That absolutely means it's worth reading.
plus, hints of more werewolf (Lugh Beowulf type) lore and tons of Norse lore
also did not expect Ragnar to be such a 'wife guy' but it makes total sense
