pizzaplex post-earthquake wouldve made for a great location for those youtube channels that like to explore abandoned amusement parks, or for the “i spent 24 hours in [blank]” videos.

but most importantly i think there would be tons of ghost-hunting channels for the mimic to toy with using its scared little boy voice. i imagine the plex would eventually gain some sort of reputation for its more active than average ghost

I don’t know about you guys, but it’s crazy to see how current YouTubers have lost their reputation. I used to watch iilluminaughtii, Colleen (Miranda Sings), and so much more.

I genuinely loved these creators, and learning about their past actions makes it extremely hard to support them, if at all.

I just want to know what in the world is going on and why are these secrets just now getting revealed? Why…just why?

Taking a break in between writing this huge post about NAFCAR to say that I think drag racing would be hugely popular in certain places post war. The barrier to entry is really low—some of the older drag cars (Top Fuel dragsters, specifically) are basically an engine sitting behind the driver on a frame. It doesn't require a fancy track or consist of a lot of rules. It's just an acceleration contest, and all you really need is an unbroken stretch of land and you're set. I think particularly scrappy wastelanders would get a kick out of building some wacky dragsters and racing them. I bet a couple of them could even figure out how to cook up nitromethane, or maybe they figure out how to use fusion cells to power their engines. N e way, much to think about.

I've been infected with brainworms. the only way out is to pass them on. Here we go:

Sebastian - ASMR channel. He mostly does 'unreality' content about being a demon in various situations. Incredibly popular.

Ciel - absolutely brutal product reviews. Mostly toys and games, but he'll tear apart basically anything. The Gordon Ramsey of product reviewers.

Tanaka - not a youtuber himself, but a fan favorite whenever he shows up in Ciel's vids/livestreams.

Mey Rin - Firearms demonstrations, sharpshooting challenges, and reviews. All in her maid dress. You can imagine what her fanbase consists of.

Finny and Bard - joint prank channel with the occasional DIY video. most of the pranks backfire on them. All of the DIY backfires on them. They are beloved as the least problematic prank channel ever, and for generally being lovable losers.

Lizzie - bladed weapons demonstration/ history channel and lolita fashion vlogger. Think that one pole-dancing archer on tiktok for the vibe. Super popular with women and girls.

Snake - a snake care and vlog channel. People find his 'talking for the snakes' bit cute. All of his videos either have heavy comment moderation or the comments are turned off entirely because of the fetishists.

William and Grell - true crime podcast. It was William's only until Grell posted a rant on his channel that got more views than all of his other vids combined. William suffers, Grell flirts, the comments section continuously plans their wedding.

Prince Soma - travel vlogger and mukbang channel. Only about 1/4 of his audience realizes that everything he eats on his channel is made by Agni.

Agni - cooking channel. Think Amaury Guichon (chocolate guy.) Half of the audience is screaming about how he's making whatever he's making, the other half is screaming about how hot he is.

Lau and Ran Mao - lock picking and prank/illusion videos. (granted, some of the illusion involves the audience being distracted by Ran Mao, and the rest is her editing, but she's very proud of that editing.)

Ran Mao - stone faced let's plays on her own channel that Lau doesn't know about. She's a top tier player in basically every battle royale style game, but most people watch her videos to see her get flustered over romantic choices in rpgs. (not the sexy ones, the cute ones. She'll be stone faced through a sex scene, but a cute first kiss in a high school dating sim? she's hiding under her blanket.)

Undertaker - badjokesbyjeff but in a video format... so basically a reddit meme channel. He's got the same vibes as The Click.

Madam Red - Ask a Mortician with a side of fashion vlogging.

yoojin ofc has a channel dedicated to all his pets and his work at an animal sanctuary. he gives so many good tips on how to properly train your animal and how to show them affection and so on.

myeongwoo has a blacksmithing channel where he makes a multitude of things. from restoring old machines to making complicated jewelry pieces, man can do anything with metal!

yerim has sports centered channel! swimming, figure skating, running! girl does it all! she also gives a lot of advice about good equipment and all sorts of technics! she also posts the occasional food vlog, because she just loves going to new places for good food.

yoohyun would probably have a study oriented channel or no channel at all, solely focuing all his time on studying and his hyung

hyunjae would be one of those STORYTIME NOT CLICKBAIT channels where he would both tell the most outlandish and ridiculous lies , but sometimes those lies would turn out to actually be true and all his viewers would lose their shit

‘Warrior Nun’ is a series based on a comic book character by Ben Dunn. It aired on Netflix and was cancelled by the network shortly after the second season was released. Many fans protested this cancellation and started a petition to renew the series which to this day has reached 123,568 signatures. Simon Barry, creator of the show, announced on twitter that these efforts had been successful and ‘Warrior Nun’ will return. At this time it is not known where the third season will air.

24 days ago a writer of the series, David Hayter, had also mentioned that Avatrice - the canon ship between Ava Silva and Beatrice - had not been allowed by Netflix and therefore had been hidden from the executive by writers, directors and the creator of the show.

So. Yanfei’s antlers and shedding season. You’ve might have had it as a passing thought, you might not have.

It probably is a massive shock to see her without her iconic antlers to the Liyue locals not used to it, but then she could really just pay a craftsman to make a headband with her old shed antlers and just wear and hide it under her hat or something.

But that’s not the point I’m making.

See, have you seen a deer with velvet covering its antlers?

Well, now you have.

Thing is, at some point, the deer need to shed all that fuzzy stuff to expose their antlers in all of their, well, horny glory I guess. While the process isn’t painful to them, it gets kinda bloody. The velvet is the one that supplies the nutrients to help them antlers grow, so expect a lotta blood vessels in there.

So yeah. Imagine being a client walking in her office to see that.

Or maybe you’re Yelan dropping by in the dead of night to check on her, and you almost have a heart attack at the sight of Yanfei looking like she gored someone to death with her antlers and won.

DISPOSABLE MASKS

3M Aura and Vflex: one of the most commonly recommended brands of N95. Where to buy?

- US: see here - Canada: see here - Multiple sizes per model. These suppliers are good for bulk ordering. If you aren't sure if something will fit you, check out the sample kits in the next recommendation - Price point: varies from $1-1.3 USD per mask depending on supplier

Breatheteq (US):

- KN95s that come in small, medium, large, or XS (kids) - Offers sample kits so you can test out what your size is - Comes in a few different colours. shoutout to the lavender - Earloop only - Price point: $69.75 USD for a 50-pack (~1.4 USD per mask)

Canadastrong (Canada):

ELASTOMERIC MASKS

- Reusable elastomeric mask (with replaceable filters) that meets KN95 standards - Two adult sizes (low/medium nose ridge and medium/high nose ridge) and a kid's size - Adjustable straps - Price point: $122 USD. 50-pack replacement filters: $81.46 (filters to be changed after 20-40 hours of use, depending on filter type)

A humble P100 elastomeric respirator from your local Home Depot or similar store! Magnitudes cheaper than the Flo mask (both the respirator itself and the filters)--however, I can't offer estimates for how often filters should be replaced. May not look pretty, but the most economical option for the highest degree of filtration if you aren't self-conscious.

General advice:

N95 or higher are the most reliable. They normally come with head straps, which offer better protection by making a tighter seal around your face.

But fit and comfort are the most important! Find a mask that fits your face and leaves the least amount of gap possible. KN95s are often more comfortable and breathable--find what's right for you.

You can wear different masks for different situations depending on risk level!

If you're hesitant to buy online, here's advice on how to tell if your respirator is legitimate.

A SIP drinking valve can be installed on any disposable mask to allow you to drink in public with less risk.
