If only Bandai made a Figuarts of Princess Sailor Moon. A live action show and manga convers aren't enough for me. I need more Princess Sailor Moon stuff!!!

Dude a Figurarts- or ANY figure- of Princess Sailor Moon would be so awesome! She has such a gorgeous design and it's a shame there isn't any merch of her.

Then again, it took literally 20+ years to get official merch of Sailor Cosmos and now there are multiple figures/plushies/etc, so maybe there's still hope.

A propósito de canciones machistas.

Yo he sido un gran admirador de Rafael de León, sobre todo siendo un niño o un jovencito, en aquellos años de la radio, cuando solo a través de ella podíamos escuchar música. En mi casa la radio estaba enchufada a todas horas y entre novela y novela y los "partes" (los Partes eran los noticieros, y se llamaban así por los partes de guerra durante la guerra civil), no solo escuchábamos, sino que también cantábamos aquellas canciones de Machín, Sepúlveda y sobre todo, Concha Piquer y los otros y otras intérpretes de la canción española. Aún hoy, después de tantos años, me conozco todas las letras de aquellas canciones:

"Tatuaje", "Ojos verdes" y tantas otras. Para mí eran historias, poesías con música.

Rafael de León era un aristócrata, hijo de un marqués. Yo entonces lo desconocía, pero sabía que junto a Quiroga y Quintero era quién escribía los textos de las canciones. También desconocía que era muy amigo de León Felipe, Machado y Lorca, y que se le consideraba un poeta de la generación del 27. Poco me importaba a mí eso, me gustaban sus canciones y casi todas me siguen gustando y sigo cantándolas cuando cocino o hago un trabajo corporal.

Pero hay un par de ellas que ya desde siempre me hacían torcer el morro, y aunque entonces yo no lo sabía, se compusieron después de la guerra civil, cuando la dictadura y la censura marcaban cualquier expresión.

Una de ellas es "Glosa a la soleá", la otra, "Trigo limpio", (ambas cantadas por Pepe Pinto) y ambas son un reflejo al machismo-nacionalcatólico imperante. Veámoslo:

(Como aquél que no quiere la cosa, le suelta lo que le estaba royendo, que él no es tonto,)

¿Quiere un vestío? ¡catorse!

(enseguida pasa a recordarle que ella depende totalmente de él y que se ande con cuidado, no vaya a ser...,)

(Al final se vuelve otra vez cariñoso, pero que no se le olvide lo que le acaba de decir. Posiblemente ella le ha mirado sumisa y obediente y asintiendo con la cabeza, y posiblemente su mamá sigue pensando que su hijo es un trozo de pan).

Two great fighters

These two figures are the best. Jada Toys figure of Ryu and S.H. Figurarts Goku figure are quite something. Couldn’t help myself, had to do this classic pose.

A scary thing about drawing character in power suit is as you get used to small details it's hard to not to feel attached and you know toy makers know it now you're going to have a harder time resist buying those figurarts because they look so good

I just suddenly, for no reason, remembered that the sculptor for the upcoming Guts a Griffith S.H. Figurarts dolls did an interview where he talked about the sculpting process and it was mentioned that he had to make Griffith's horse's legs and head slimmer than normal horse legs or heads because it's a "horse of the gods."

Holy shit my giant Lovekov plush came in today and I didn't process how big it would be. Lovekov stands about 22 inches/57cm tall and about 18 inches/45 cm wide and long. She's as tall as my knee

For scale I have my Pissboy plush from Drawfee's DFTBA store, 2 domestic figures, the 7 inch scale figure (Superman) and 6 inch acale figure (Iron Man). To keep it on brand I also have an import figure with the about 6 inch scale figure of Kamen Rider W.

Lovekov is an absolute unit and is incredibly soft! The satchel even works and I can carry a figurart in it (its supposed to be for a vistamp)!
