Do you cringe when you see old pics of where you started? . . This is where I started in 2014. I hadn't attended any previous bodybuilding shows nor did I know anyone in bodybuilding. Entered blindly. I never originally planned to do a competition, I wanted to be fit for my 40th birthday....we accomplished that earlier than planned & then I decided to do a competition....as a bucket 🪣list thing. . Wasn't a REAL contender, yet proud for going through with it. Long story short...never despise small beginnings or lack of experience...cause, whatever it meant for you to know will be revealed.. In time. . . Dreams don't die. We just stop working towards them. You can transform your mind & body at ANY AGE...regardless of what you have going on....maybe it'll take a little longer but who's counting? Live your life full & die empty! It's been 7 years since I started and I've learned so much about bodybuilding, competing & most importantly myself! . . Unless you know me personally, you have NO idea that my "valley moments" in this beautiful journey we call life...has revealed many of my most valuable lessons. You WILL have some type of "roll" in your midsection when you sit down!😲 Even at my leanest on my vacation a 2 years ago....as you can see, there are rolls! . But why Felicia!? / It's YOUR SKIN...unless you've had a tummy tuck (where your skin was pulled and some was cut off) you will have loose skin....the leaner you are, there's a THINNER layer of fat and skin....when you have more body fat, the skin and fat rolls are THICKER. / So please let go of the idea that lean girls don't ever have rolls....the difference is the thickness. . . You want fast weight loss? . . I'm not the person to follow. You can lose 5-10 lbs just by 💩'ing. . . If you really want to change your body composition, fat loss is the key....and that process is slow as 🍯molasses! . .
