As much as a free website it is, it's good to have the courtesy of not leaving tags of another ship on making a post about a precise ship. It's particularly distasteful when the original post's ship is on the rare side and people of more popular one barge in to make that post about their own ship in tags. Like sure no one can tell you not to do something but this is some little human courtesy in my opinion

#or another word you can do that but dont be surprised when you get blocked even if your tags were harmless you were just kinda annoying #this is particularly inspired by how many times ppl make samjohn posts sbout d/j #especially bthe posts about samjohn fights #insanely annoying sorry #but this is also about a much larger experience i had all across different fandoms and things ive seen #something about being a rarepair shipper makes you more sensitive to these instances bc ppl really really dont give much thoughts &#find it so natural to disregard your intentions on your rarepair post #and its not nice #fandom wank #and yeah yeah you can argue about death of the author #once you post something anyone can make it about anything #very fair but it doesnt make it less annoying #anyway i shut up mow
