Teal'c and Daniel are so important actually. Teal'c was directly responsible for the loss of Daniel's wife in pretty much both ways. And Daniel said he wanted to hate him. But he didn't. He saw right through it. He found a best friend, a confidant, someone he put his life on the line to save multiple times, knowing Teal'c would do the same. Someone he felt completely safe with. Someone he was able to forgive for literally killing his wife. And you just know Teal'c feels the same way. They're just really the epitome of the found family in that show. Everyone bonded but they had the most reason for animosity but you'd never know it, not once.

going through our dvds and stuff just for fun and i find this:

Dr. Who tape 2??? what an incredibly specific description! now i’m curious. i ask my parents and neither of them remember what it could be (nor can any of us figure out what got taped over lol). so i take matters into my own hands.

our old tv!! it needs plugged in though.

i move it over onto the sewing machine so the extension cord can reach it.

i press CH ⬆️. then it does this which i can’t do anything about because i don’t remember this tv ever having an antenna

i mess around with it for a bit and then just put the tape in. it needs rewinding so i do that too

it’s done! time for the moment of truth…. i hit play.
