How can I be consistent with my workouts?
start by setting your goals
what do you want to improve in your body? what are the areas you want to train?
get organized
how much time a week do you want to dedicate to it? make an exercise plan each day, for example, monday and thursday you train glutes and legs, tuesday and friday you train abs, wednesday and saturday you can dedicate to another muscle group or stretching.
if you have a plan for each day and you know what you have to do you will be consistent and also the fact that you are doing this to improve yourself so there should be no more reason for you to create discipline little by little and be consistent.
you can also make small weekly challenges that will keep you motivated like abs in 14 days, and videos like that, and do them every day to create consistency, but for me, the key is organization and being focused on your goals.
create an exercise plan
the easiest way is to follow the free plans that youtubers create every week but you can also create them yourself (that's what i do) just select the videos you usually do and organize yourself, so the day of legs and glutes you can do 2 videos, the next day abs and so on constantly.

friendly reminder
🌸 you don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight
🌸 listen to your body. eat when you’re hungry
🌸 exercise is not one size fits all. do what feels good for you
🌸 weight loss is your choice and yours alone
🌸 your weight is no one’s business but yours
🌸 your weight does not define your worth
🌸 your weight does not define your worth

Fitness is a mindset:
This is how fit folk's minds work..👇👇
Tumblr media
They focus on the journey.
They unconsciously count calories of everything they eat.
They focus on mobility & strengthening their muscles..
They practice mindful eating.
Before eating something they question themselves.... How will this nurture my body?
On cheat days, they enjoy whatever they eat.. they don't overthink & they give themselves the freedom to indulge.
They don't skip warm-ups (before the exercise) and cool downs (after the exercise). Because that's how you ease your muscle sore.
They set goals and reward themselves after meeting each goal.
They are organised... For Example : Mon: Arms and Shoulders, Tues : Full Cardio....etc.,
They don't compare someone's journey with their's. Because all bodies are different.
They don't skip food just because they had a heavy meal the day before.. They know that food is fuel..
They are mindful about breathing while exercising..
They consume protein in every meal.. it's either chicken breast or eggs or protein shake or leafy vegetables or Greek yoghurt.. along with every meal..
They are mindful about the portions on their plates..
They don't always check their weight all the time.. because they know that muscle also has weight.... they focus on inch loss / gain.
They drink water based on their body weight.. btw for an average body it is 2 litres a day..
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I know that it sounds like too much.. but try following this one day at a time.. and don't be so hard on yourself.. we've all been told that our body is not perfect no matter what.. but whatever we are doing is for our overall health and not for society's superficial standards..
Anyway, all the best. You got this.💗
