🤗 6 random non- fitness related things about me... 😜 . 🤐 Read to the end to read up on one of my secrets. 👇 . 🌎 I grew up in Cyprus and went to an American International School here (hence why my English is so good). 🛫 I have travelled alone 4 x to Morrocco, 3 x to Israel, 1 x Malaysia, 1 x Thailand, 1 x California, 6 x Spain + many more countries around the globe! . 😱 I have been hosted by "strangers" whilst traveling through an amazing website called Couchsurfing. . 😂 I am obsessed with New Girl, and still laugh out loud at episodes I’ve seen multiple times. . 🖌 Prior to finishing my Masters in Exercise Science, I did a Bachelors in Contemporary Applied Arts, and also took on Bachelor level courses in Dance. . 🏵 When I was younger, I believed I had magical powers that could heal trees. I and my 2 best friends @georgia and @veronika use to hang out at a specific tree every day after school. We would put together our own healing concoctions to heal the tree's wounds. . 🤐 ** TOP SECRET ** 🤐 1 year after leaving the school to go to high school I had a nightmare that the tree was cut down. I woke up crying 😢😢😢 and the next day went to go check up on the tree 🌱 and it was no longer there! I don't share this story because I think ppl will think I'm crazy. . Your turn!! 1. Drink a glass of water before eating 2. Eat 5 meals a day 3. Eat slowly 4. Do cardio 30 mins a day, 5 days a week 5. Know your serving sizes 6. Good posture- it strengthens tummy muscles! 7. Swim 8. Strengthen your core 9. Cut out sweet… or most of them :) 10. Do accurate push- ups 11. Do reverse sit- ups 12. Never skip breakfast 13. Drink lots of water everyday 14. Get at least 7-8 hrs of sleep every night 15. Reduce salt intake 16. Avoid stress 17. Color your plate 18. Cut out fast food 19. Cut out soda 20. Don’t starve yourself 21. Don’t isolate just your stomach 22. Five servings of fresh fruit or veggies 23. Enrich your diet with fiber 24. Do crunches with an exercise ball 25. Plank 26. Leg lifts 27. Climb stairs 28. Do yoga 29. have rest days 30. Stay inspired!!
