🤗 6 random non- fitness related things about me... 😜 . 🤐 Read to the end to read up on one of my secrets. 👇 . 🌎 I grew up in Cyprus and went to an American International School here (hence why my English is so good). 🛫 I have travelled alone 4 x to Morrocco, 3 x to Israel, 1 x Malaysia, 1 x Thailand, 1 x California, 6 x Spain + many more countries around the globe! . 😱 I have been hosted by "strangers" whilst traveling through an amazing website called Couchsurfing. . 😂 I am obsessed with New Girl, and still laugh out loud at episodes I’ve seen multiple times. . 🖌 Prior to finishing my Masters in Exercise Science, I did a Bachelors in Contemporary Applied Arts, and also took on Bachelor level courses in Dance. . 🏵 When I was younger, I believed I had magical powers that could heal trees. I and my 2 best friends @georgia and @veronika use to hang out at a specific tree every day after school. We would put together our own healing concoctions to heal the tree's wounds. . 🤐 ** TOP SECRET ** 🤐 1 year after leaving the school to go to high school I had a nightmare that the tree was cut down. I woke up crying 😢😢😢 and the next day went to go check up on the tree 🌱 and it was no longer there! I don't share this story because I think ppl will think I'm crazy. . Your turn!! 1. Drink a glass of water before eating
2. Eat 5 meals a day
