Need context please

Basically, my hc is that Brad misses Lloyd a lot but is too scared to say it (emotionally unavailable i think) because he grew up thinking that relationships can cause your downfall.

So when Lloyd become his best friend, Brad’s absolutely terrified that he won’t be the best of the best anymore and tries to his best to be distant from Lloyd.

And when Lloyd gets kicked out, he’s relieved but also worried. He’s grown attached to Lloyd and he hates it. Brad wishes he stayed in contact with Lloyd but is too scared to talk first, so he just stalks Lloyd’s accounts and prints out pictures of him because that’s the only way he can see Lloyd.

Then, Brad finds out Lloyd followed him back. He’s terrified and surprised and disgusted. He doesn’t know what to do. He panics and blocks Lloyd on everything. This isn’t what he wants, he doesn’t want to see Lloyd again no matter how much his heart yearns.

This is my submission for @greenflowerceo’s DTIYS! I don’t have too much to say about this piece, i thought it would be cute to have the duo on a double bike with pride colors in the background! This ship is so adorable I love them! And the DTIYS idea was such a cool idea! I loved the style and their clothing!

I really need to start working on thjs chapter. Also the kids designs. Guess nows a good time to give some info on them.

Lloyd and brad's kids

Raven- created in a lab using dna from lloyd and the Overlord she is the elemental master of balance. Imma need a whole different post to explain that one. She is the middle child 4 years older than the twins and 6 years younger than sora.

Mavis- the youngest twin, she is the elemental of destruction. Her and her twin are a power duo, her being the more creative of the two.

Wren- the oldest twin and elemental of creation. He is the smartest of the two twins, helping his sister with all of her chaotic ideas.

Sora- the oldest by 6 years and the elemental of technology. She was adopted by the garmadon family when they found her when she was 12.

(In my au the elements of balance, creation, destruction, and energy get passed down every other generation. This is why there is no new elemental of energy.)

Jay and nya's twins and cole's daughter

Gale- the oldest twin and elemental of water. Him and his sister are as chaotic as the nature of their elements. He has definitely flooded the house before.

Nephele- the youngest twin and elemental of lightning. Has almost blown up the house multiple times.

Lilly- cole's only child named after his mom. She is the elemental of earth. Cole being aroace and wanting a kid was thinking of ways to have one when nya and jay suggested that she could be a surrogate for him.

Kai and skylor's kids

Damian- oldest adopted when he was 6 and eventually kai passed his element onto him.

Gabby- middle child adopted when she 7 doesnt have an element but instead became a blacksmith. She is transfem.

Hunter- youngest adopted when he was 4. Skylor passed her element of amber onto him. He is transmasc.

Zane and pixal's child

Chleo- pixal began building them a bit after nya announced her pregnancy with the twins. Pixal took her time to make everything just right and ended up finishing them a bit after lloyd and brad found raven. Zane ends up passing on the element of ice to them. Them and raven are best friends.
