BG3 Narrative Changes Post-Full Release
Given recent discussions, I wanted to start a project to compile a record of all the narrative changes Larian has made to Baldur's Gate 3 post-Full Release, particularly those changes that have affected characterization. There are a lot of these changes that are not common knowledge, even among dedicated fans, simply because of the size of the game. In addition, everyone has their primary focus in terms of characters and things that stuck out as important to them, so we will all have noted different things.
This is a neutral project not meant to be either inherently supportive or critical of said changes, but merely act as a record and reference for those who would like to be aware of them. Particularly with new fans always entering the fandom, I want them to be able to understand aspects of the story that are no long present in the game, but still referenced and impactful to fandom discussions.
Please feel free to log any change you have personally noted, however large or small it may seem. No need to worry about repeats either, as more corroborating evidence is helpful, especially for less well-documented changes.
Some examples of changes the form is designed to log:
The change in flavor text of Astarion and Gale's camp clothes post-Patch 1
The change in Act 3 dialogue for Halsin in the Sharess' Caress scene post-Patch 5
The changes to in-game letters from Gortash
Changes to dismissal dialogue, banter, background music, etc.
If you have multiple changes to report, please submit them in separate forms. I will be following up on each of the reports to add to the spreadsheet I am working on, which I will also make publicly accessible. Please feel free to share this link to anyone who might have something to report.

True Form Dan Heng / Dan Feng 馃崄馃悏
Since the Dan Heng dragon form doesn't have a great reference anywhere, I created one!
There are some of my own headcanons in the notes, just to keep in mind (That I will be playing with in artwork following this)
The bottom ref is how I imagine his form looking completely solid ; v ;

The artist must have something to say, for mastery over form is not his goal but rather the adapting of form to its inner meaning.
