Vincent Valentine x Freya Crescent 🌙 from FFIX

The FFIX collab in Ever Crisis is over… I wish he had an FFIX outfit too :(

Freya’s outfit is cute! Almost too cute for Vincent, but I think it works (?) It’s all the red. And the monster claws. And the fleur de lis.

I never finished FFIX, but from what I remember, Freya’s arc is kind of similar to Vincent’s in that she is looking for her long-lost love, or something like that… Also her last name is… too close for comfort. (And their theme music is kind of the same haha.) Freya is a dragoon/red mage I think? So I had to combine her lance with Chiron for a convincing looking gun…

Maybe next time we’ll have a Vincent weapon/outfit for FFIX.

Damien had already had his idea for the Valentine’s day celebration in mind even before he had caught sight of Freya’s confession. After reading it, he couldn’t help but adopt a half-skip in his step, feeling even more confident about how he had been planning for their time together to go. He was convinced he would always be able to spot the blonde in a sea of people, weaving through festival-goers to join her where she was stood. “Joyeuse saint Valentin, ma belle,” he gleamed at her before giving her a short but affectionate kiss. “Just a little something for you,” Damien announced before producing a rose and a small velvet box. It was too big to be a ring, not intending to move things that fast between them. “I may have asked Vera for some help since I wasn’t entirely sure if you were a gold or a silver type of girl, but I hope you like it,” he elaborated as he waited for her to open the jewelery he’d settled upon for her.
