Hey guys I got a new psychiatrist. I told him that anti-depressants, therapy and mediation didn’t seem to work. So he prescribed me cigarettes, suggested that I cut my forearms regularly and sit in my room crying and doing absolutely nothing because those seem to be working so far!

So i got my letter for this clinic place im supposed to go and be assessed but i don't want to go because i want to stop all this therapy bullshit its been going on long enough and im still as fucking depressed as ever so what's some clinic gonna do? Im done, just fucking done.

I had a great fucking week!

Lately I've been so chipper and happy and excited. This spring weather is really getting to me. I love it!

Good shit I stopped going to therapy cos next thing you know, my counselor would tell me it's part of me having a manic episode.  No bitch.  Just like the rest of the human population, I have good and bad days. i'm not bipolar, just fucking anxious.  And next thing the stupid bitch would ask me is to start meds.  No and no. I went to therapy in the first place cos I was stressed as shit and next thing I was 'diagnosed'. I swear to baby jesus that going to therapy was actually making it worse rather than fixing it. Summer is near to start and that will alleviate much of the stress I have and maybe this summer I will dedicate to helping control my anxiety.

But word to yaaa mother! I had a great week with amazing friends and no one will ruin it for me :)
