♡Gabriel Relationship Headcanons♡

He is definitely the type of guy to bring you flowers on your first date

You would receive texts from him at 3 in the morning, asking if you were still awake because he wanted to talk to you and just hear your voice.

He would take you on dates to the amusement park, library, or do picnics. It didn’t matter. He would do anything you wanted to do. As long as he got to spend time with you, he didn’t care.

Gabriel was always happy to accompany you when you went out shopping. While other guys would be bored out of their minds following their girlfriends around the mall, Gabriel would have the time of his life. He would urge you to try out the clothes you’d pick and even pick some things himself for you to try. He was always your biggest supporter.

Whenever you felt insecure, he would always be there for you, reassuring you that those thoughts were not true and that you were perfect and meant the world to him. He would repeat himself as many times as he needed to for it to stick.

Gabriel was the golden retriever in the relationship. It was very rare seeing him upset or serious. However, it did cause you some worry at times, hoping he wasn’t bottling any stress.

Whenever you had those restless nights where your mind would be racing, you’d feel anxious or stressed, Gabriel would immediately make his way to your place. Didn’t matter if it was 2am. He would get out of bed and go to your place to comfort you.

Gabriel had his own insecurities as well. Whenever he saw you and his brother Miguel hanging out, he sometimes would think you’d be better off with Miguel, since he was the more attractive one- at least, that’s what he heard. But, you always assured Gabriel that you only had eyes for him.

Gabriel loved cuddles. He loved cuddling you and nuzzling his face against your neck, wrapping his limbs around you like a koala.

Gabriel can sometimes act like a sad puppy when he is deprived of attention from you. He will look at you with the biggest puppy eyes and pout until you kiss his pouty lips and nuzzle up against him.

While he may act all carefree and unserious, he is responsible and makes sure your needs are met

Sex with him is always an experience. Sometimes he is sweet and slow, other times he can be wild

He gets baby fever like crazy! If you two are both on the same page in wanting kids, he would subtly press you about it, like showing you some cute baby clothes from the rack while you’re shopping, or even cute stuffed animals from the toy section

Came across someone who had the headcanon that when Miguel left for Alchemx, Gabriel had to learn to cry quietly or to keep quiet (cause of his abusive household) so when he saw his brother come back from a mission that almost got him killed, he got overwhelmed and went to his shop to hide. Only Black Widow went to inform him about what happened and found Gabriel crying quietly, clutching at the scarf, trying to not be weak in front of her.

(I had a headcanon that his scarf is like a security blanket that his brother gave him when he was younger-)

I literally got a spidersona whose Miguel’s son lmaooo, not movie Miguel, but like, the Miguel from a different earth. So, the reader is based off of him in this :3c

You would have joined the spider society after an abnormality appeared in your world. Everyone had expected to meet another version of Miguel, since it was set in Nueva York. But instead, they got you.

You were younger, angrier, had less control of your powers, and had little to no respect for authority. And though it pained you deeply to see Miguel, he didn’t have a similar reaction, since he had a daughter and not a son.

Others started to avoid you since you had a tendency to snap at others and your powers made it even harder for you to get close to anyone. Like your dad, you kept to yourself and let yourself stew in your misery.

The first time you met Hobie was during on of your common arguments with Miguel. You two were way too alike, meaning you two butted heads, a lot. You each had your own way of doing things and didn’t like change. Maybe it was the O’Hara in your blood, but you never backed down.

It became a common sight to see the two of you hissing and snapping at each other, you because Miguel looked exactly like the dad who had abandoned you, and Miguel because you were like a reflection of himself and all the things he hated about himself.

After another one of your explosive arguments, you stomped out of Miguel’s “office”, but before you could get fat Hobie fall down from the ceiling and started walking beside you, giving you some compliment about how you never seemed to back down against authority.

In the beginning Hobie had annoyed you a lot, you had tried to chase him off like you had everyone else, but Hobie didn’t seem to act like everyone else.

He had a feeling that you chased off anyone who might like you because you feel you don’t deserve it, and after a long time of needling and prodding, you two became closer. At this time, you were both developing feelings, but you didn’t accept you liked someone, and Hobie felt no need to rush it.

As you became good friends, your image at hq became lighter, as having a friend seemingly was what you needed. Someone who’d talk you down when you fell back too much on your anger and spidery biology, and someone who’d listen when you needed to talk, and Hobie was a great listener.

Hobie ends up learning about your situation. You father was Miguel O’Hara, your earths version of him, and he was spiderman. He had you with your mother, and when you were young he left and never returned. Apparently, he believed that abandoning you would save you, or he felt he didn’t deserve a family.

When he left you had been old enough to know he abandoned you, and seeing spiderman on tv screens and on the internet only made you and your mother feel worse.

And then one day Spiderman died. Not long after that your mother got remarried and you started developing your powers. They had stayed dormant until you reached a certain age, and your mother and her husband had reacted horribly to this.

They turned horribly abusive, and you had to run away when you were a teen. One thing led to another, and Miguel’s brother Gabriel helped you onto your feet. He hadn’t known you existed until then.

Together he taught how to control your powers, he had helped you become spiderman, and then he died. He was your uncle ben you could say, but you held his words close to your heart to become a better spiderman, even though your powers became too much sometimes.

Talking about your issues ended up helping you a lot, and even though you do rage sometimes, its much less now, and you start to get closer to the other spiderpeople around your age.

At some point, when you and Hobie are hanging out in your dimension, sitting on a rooftop and eating something you got from a food truck, Hobie turns to you.

You both have your masks pushed up, or rather Hobie has his pushed up, and yours is a hologram and has just disappeared from the bottom of your face.

 Before you can react, Hobie has leaned over and kissed you. You don’t even get to return the kiss before he’s pulled away and returned to his food, acting as casual as ever. Its only when you shake him demanding an answer that he tells you that he likes you.

Thanks to all the growth you’ve done as a person you are able to admit that you like him too, and another kiss is shared between the two of you. And after that, you two became a thing.

Hobie was never one for labels, but hed accept the label of being your boyfriend. He happily told anyone who asked, almost bragging that he was able to get you to agree to date him, which always leads to you rolling your eyes at him but smiling, just a little.

Miguel almost has a heart attack when he learns you and Hobie are dating, because after all this time hes started to see you in a familial light, and you have started to see him in a similar way. He will never be your original dad, and you will never be his daughter, but that’s okay.

Hobie is very proud of you for making such great progress, so he takes you out on a date. He isn’t one for big expensive dates, so it would be something like swinging around his city together, or cuddling in his apartment as you watch a movie.

Maybe it wasn’t so bad to join the spider society as you thought it was.

love language: physical touch…i think miguel would always cup your face, caress you face, gently rub his nose against yours which earns you some giggles, nose kisses, cheek kisses, forehead kisses, and of course regular kisses <3 but he would always go in the order

he may kiss your neck and collarbone and gently trace circles onto your skin to show you his love…you may not see him :( but you can imagine your husband being handsome (like imagine not being able to see your beloved’s face ☹️)

always holding onto you whether he has his arm wrapped around your shoulders or holding your hand whenever you go so you don’t bump into things, now, you’re capable doing anything on your own but miguel is very protective of you

he made sure that whenever you went out in public you had the best technology to assist you wherever you may go & safe to say it has worked wonders for you !! lyla makes sure to check up in on you every once in awhile and reports it to miguel because he a worrisome person (he tracks your location LMAO)

other than that though, you like to paint and draw on your free-time!! you’re very into arts and crafts so you made miguel a big quilt! he was in utter shock because it was very intricate and pretty, very well made done. he made sure to use it whenever he could :) and he cannot thank you enough for thinking about him <3

Warning: Major ATSV spoilers ahead; some Spider-Man 2099 comics spoilers as well; also brief mention of my headcanon about Miguel’s grandma passing away naturally due to old age

Strawbetty’s notes: I haven’t read the Spider-Man 2099 comics yet so any references to Miguel’s family from the comics in this post are just related to what I learned on Wiki pages about his family from the comics :0

🕸️ Miguel doesn’t like having his hair in his face, so he has a routine where he gels his hair back every single morning. That’s his most favorite morning routine

🕸️ No matter how stressed out or busy he gets, Miguel’s a stickler for his hygiene, so he makes sure to shower and brush his teeth every day (showering helps him de-stress after a long day)

🕸️ After Peter B brought Mayday to Spider-HQ for the first time, Miguel had everything in HQ baby-proofed (from the chairs in the cafeteria to even his floating platform)

🕸️ In his lab, Miguel has a drawer filled with little baby snacks for Mayday (he claims it’s just to keep her from not swinging and climbing everywhere, but it’s actually because he secretly adores her)

🕸️ I love the Strawberry Miguel fan arts where he’s in like a chibi form and is in a strawberry lol, and that made me come up with the headcanon that this man’s favorite fruit is strawberries, and has been ever since he was a kid

🕸️ I haven’t read the Spider-Man 2099 comics yet so I don’t know much about Miguel’s family other than Miguel having a younger half-brother named Gabriel and a sh*tty dad they grew up with (who apparently isn’t Miguel’s biological dad but that’s a whole other story). So that made me think of this headcanon that our Miguel’s dad that he thought was his dad (George O’Hara) was absent throughout his life and that Miguel and Gabriel were raised by their mom Conchata and their maternal grandmother (their abuela). I also headcanon that Conchata was always busy working to provide for the family, so Miguel and Gabriel didn’t see her much as they grew up

🕸️ Thus, Miguel was really close with his abuela growing up. She was someone who was so loving to Miguel and Gabriel, raising them to become people who pay kindness forward to others while also teaching Miguel and Gabriel to not take crap from anyone as well

🕸️ Miguel’s abuela taught him how to sew at a young age, and he and his abuela would make all of Gabriel’s costumes for school plays (Gabriel was an avid theatre kid in school)

🕸️ Miguel and his abuela would attend all of Gabriel’s school plays and they would make sure to sit in the front row. Miguel would stand up and cheer for Gabriel at the end of the plays like a sports fan even if Gabriel played a minor role like Tree #2

🕸️ When Miguel referenced to “Dr. Strange and the little nerd back on Earth 1999” in ATSV, I was like “Miguel, aren’t you a ‘nerd’ too pfft?” /lovingly. So that made me think of this headcanon: as a kid, Miguel loved to read books about science and history and his classmates would call him a “nerd.” While young Miguel would mostly say that he didn’t care what they called him, he also couldn’t help but internalize their words

🕸️ So as Miguel got older, he participated in more sports like basketball and soccer and became a “jock.” He still loved science, though, and would get straight A’s in all of the math and science subjects in high school. I headcanon that Miguel was even the valedictorian of his high school

🕸️ Miguel always, always, always stood up for the underdogs who got bullied at his high school (Miguel would get into fights with bullies and every time he got called to the principal’s office, he would always tell the principal, “You should’ve seen the other person.” This would only get Miguel more time in detention)

🕸️ He wasn’t the type of person to try a lot of foods from different cultures until he created the Spider-Society, where he met Spiders from different cultures and backgrounds who introduced him to their favorite dishes. Miguel also makes sure that the HQ cafeteria offers a lot of variety in terms of dietary needs and cultural cuisines to be inclusive of everyone at the Spider-Society. Miguel tends to favor really spicy dishes from different cultures now

🕸️ Because he’s so busy running the Spider-Society and going on missions to other Earths, Miguel eats more takeout than home-cooked meals (he occasionally gets food from the HQ cafeteria). He’s actually good at cooking, though, because his abuela taught him and Gabriel how to cook since they were kids

🕸️ Miguel’s abuela passed away naturally due to old age a few months after he became Spider-Man 2099 (she knew he was Spider-Man 2099, too, even though he never told her). Currently, Miguel keeps his mom Conchata and his brother Gabriel at arms length because their whole family dynamic without his abuela is rocky at best. Another reason why Miguel keeps his mom and brother at arms length now is because he doesn’t want them to be in any danger, and he’s just too busy running the Spider-Society. Gabriel does know that he’s Spider-Man, though, and he still makes attempts to contact Miguel and drop off food for him at the Spider-HQ. Gabriel is always in consistent contact with Miguel’s AI assistant Lyla to make sure Miguel’s ok; Gabriel calls Lyla the “cool younger sister” he and Miguel never had (Lyla agrees)

🕸️ Back to general Miguel headcanons, this man doesn’t like boba drinks, he’s more of a coffee guy and he doesn’t like the way you have to chew on the boba toppings while drinking the boba tea. The young Spider crew (Miles, Gwen, Pavitr, and Hobie) LOVE boba drinks, though, and they like to make fun of Miguel for hating on boba drinks

🕸️ Miguel knows how to drive the futuristic cars of 2099 and is generally a good and safe driver, but also I can see him not driving cars that much since he could just leap from building to building as Spider-Man 2099 (and I headcanon that he prefers that over being stuck in rush-hour traffic) (also maybe 2099 cars are all self-driving?? I haven’t really looked into that yet)

🕸️ Miguel literally has the same outfits (like basic hoodies and sweatpants or whatever) in his closet, like those cartoon characters who wear the same outfit everyday. He doesn’t care for fashion at all (Gabriel is the more fashion-forward sibling)

🕸️ I can’t think of any particular colognes or scents Miguel would wear (I think if anything, he prefers a clean, linen scent), but I also like to think he uses vanilla-cupcake-scented hand cream from time to time to keep his hands from being super dry, and also because the scent reminds him of his alternate dimension daughter Gabriella and how one of her favorite desserts was vanilla cupcakes

🕸️ Mayday made a messy crayon drawing of Miguel once and he had to turn around so no one could see the tears forming in his eyes. He keeps the drawing safe in one of his drawers in his lab

🕸️ As a mentor, Miguel’s the type of mentor to be a stickler for a tight schedule and he can be intense with his rules regarding training. However, he is good at coaching and giving technical advice (he’s not good at words of encouragement, though, that’s kinda more of Peter B’s thing)

🕸️ While Miguel might not always seem the most present or most caring towards others in the Spider-Society, he knows pretty much everyone’s business in HQ and would give a Spider some time off or have Lyla provide them with the right resources if they told him that they were dealing with personal problems

🕸️ He’s also aware of everyone’s strengths and weaknesses in the Spider-Society. As leader of the Spider-Society, Miguel knows which Spider to deploy on a mission based on their strengths. If a Spider is lacking in a certain area like combat or stealth, he has another Spider who’s good in those areas coach that Spider (he also believes this builds teamwork and unity amongst the Spider-Society)

🕸️ Tinkering with gadgets (or “goobers” as he calls it) or building things in general is Miguel’s #1 way to help him de-stress and relax. He always feels a sense of purpose and accomplishment when he builds things with his own two hands. If someone touches Miguel’s “goobers” or interrupts his “Goober Time” (he came up with that himself, he’s so cute lol), they better run away as fast as they can :’0

🕸️ Animals love Miguel. Dogs, cats, and even birds just flock to him because they can sense he’s a good and kind man beneath his tough exterior

🕸️ Speaking of animals, I can see Miguel being a cat person. He finds cats calming and if he had the time, he would adopt a cat

🕸️ He doesn’t like going through drive-thrus at fast food places because the introvert in him finds it awkward to talk out loud to the drive-thru comms and he hates repeating himself whenever the person who’s trying to take his order through the comms can’t hear him even if he is loud. Miguel hates repeating himself in general

🕸️ A random Miggy headcanon but I headcanon that he doesn’t like eating sushi or raw fish in general; it makes his stomach hurt

🕸️ He’s the type of guy who loves sarcasm and dry humor. When Miguel cracks a joke he thinks is utterly hilarious but no one else gets the joke, he just grumbles that they don’t have a sense of humor

🕸️ I’ve tried to find out whether Miguel O’Hara has a canon birthday date via his ATSV wiki info or even info from his comic counterpart, but it doesn’t seem like he has a birthday date so I came up with one for him: August 14, 2068 (which would make him 31 years old in 2099). I headcanon that our Miguel from ATSV is or is turning 31 years old “this” year (like for us, it’s 2023, but for him, it’s 2099) because the Spider-Man 2099 comics released in 1992

Satomiguel have a total of three kids: Gabi (as in the Gabrielle in the movie), Misa, and one last girl, so here we go!

Name: Isabel “Isa” O’Hara

Gender: trans female, she/her pronouns

General appearance: long black hair pinned into a tidy low bun, Miguel's eyebrows and Satomi's eye color, a mole under her right eye, always a bit of green in her outfits, one inch shorter than Misa (much to both her and Gabi's annoyance)

Personality: smartest child in the family but loses all of her braincells whenever her sisters dare her to do something, meticulous to a fault, sensitive to criticism, king coded

BEGIN AGAIN TASK 001: QUESTIONAIRE

What is one of your favorite HCs for your muse?

My favorite HC for Miguel deals in something I wish the comics had brought up more --- specifically, it deals with his mother, his stepfather, and what it feels like to be raised in two worlds by two people who are both far less than perfect. 

Miguel’s mother was Mexican, and though the comics never define what this means in 2099 terms, she is shown speaking Spanish on more than one occasion. His stepfather (who Miguel believed, until adulthood, to be his biological father) was white (specifically Irish). Both parents were abusive, his mother emotionally and his stepfather physically. His stepfather also physically abused Miguel’s mother. 

Based on comic canon, I don’t believe George O’Hara spoke any Spanish. Based on everything the comics tell us about him, I don’t believe he enjoyed it when his wife or sons did. Because of this, I don’t believe Miguel’s Spanish is very good. I headcanon that, after George was out of the picture, Miguel’s younger brother Gabriel went back and learned Spanish more fluently. Gabri had a much better relationship with their mother than Miguel did, and wasn’t treated quite as poorly as he was due to the fact that Gabri was her legitimate son with the man she’d married and Miguel was her illegitimate son with her husband’s boss. Miguel’s mother hated his father and, because Miguel reminded her of him, she wasn’t fond of Miggy, either. Gabriel didn’t carry the same weight for her as Miguel did, and therefore Gabriel had more of an incentive to learn her native language and speak with her in it. Miguel didn’t.

This isn’t to say he doesn’t know any Spanish --- he’s shown speaking it a little in the comics, and based on this I’d say he probably speaks Americanized Spanish, and I’d say his mother probably scolded him for that pretty frequently. His Spanish is also limited, not expanding far past the basics. It’s not unlikely that he’ll pick it back up someday but if and when he does, it will be a decision he makes for himself, not for his mother the way his brother did.

oh boy it’s the 9 o’clock news

It is 9 pm on a Sunday night, so consider this a news-broadcast PSA:  I am now expanding this blog from just Jon-related things to works that encompass the gamut of Oscar-boys, too!

I’m a big Oscar Isaac fan and I’ve been writing about Miguel and Poe for a hot minute here, but I’m also going to do stuff for his more, let’s say, ‘rare’ or ‘underappreciated’ roles.

I’m going to do a quick breakdown here of the Oscar characters I’m familiar with (from films of his I’ve seen so far), and if there are roles that aren’t listed, I haven’t seen them yet! Any ones I’m not going to write about will be at the bottom, explicitly stated as not being written about. 

So, without further ado, here’s the list so far!

1. Miguel O’Hara, Marvel Cinematic Universe and Comics: I’ve already written about Miggy on here, and you all know I love and adore him. However, for anyone who missed it, here’s a brief synopsis about Miguel. Miguel O’Hara is a version of Spider-Man in the Marvel Comics Universe AND, now, the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He appeared briefly as the after-credits scene in Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, where he was played by Oscar. Miguel comes from the year 2099 and is a completely unique Spider-Person, not only in terms of his range of powers, but his personality. Miguel is intelligent, sarcastic, determined, and passionate.

2. Poe Dameron, Star Wars: You know him, you love him, and he’s an iconic staple of the newest Star Wars trilogy. One of the most (if not the absolute) recognizable of Oscar’s roles, Poe is a hot-shot X-Wing pilot with a sharp tongue, warm heart, and intense desire to bring light and freedom to the galaxy. Poe is kind, excitable, comedic, and playful.

3. Orestes, Agora: A ‘rare’ or, more aptly, underappreciated role of Oscar’s, Orestes is the prefect of Alexandria. Orestes is boyish and clever, with a quick mind and a loving heart. He is loyal, driven, tender, and thoughtful.

4. Reeves, 10 Years: Another underappreciated role of Oscar’s, Reeves is a successful musician whose folk-style songs have become major hits across the U.S., and he is often on tour. Reeves is a nostalgic, sweet, humble, and affectionate.

5. Standard Gabriel, Drive: Oscar was SO underused in his role in Drive. Standard Gabriel is a down-to-earth man recently released from prison; he loves his family, adoring his son, and would do anything to keep them safe. Standard is protective, modest, loving and introspective. 

6. Rydal Keener, The Two Faces of January: Rydal Keener is an American working in Greece as a tour guide, having recently graduated college. Rydal enjoys poetry and history. Rydal is witty, youthful, romantic, and intense.

7. Abel Morales, A Most Violent Year: Abel is a Mexican-American businessman in New York; his business is successful, but he is frequently bullied by other businesses, though he is determined to stand up against them. Abel is gentle, good-hearted, noble, and focused.

8. Mikael Boghosian, The Promise: Mikael is an Armenian doctor whose purpose in life is to heal and help others. He is generous and romantic, guided by his passionate heart. Mikael is sensitive, devoted, kindly, and soothing.

9. Llewyn Davis, Inside Llewyn Davis: Llewyn is a down-on-his-luck performer whose love of folk music takes him wherever the wind blows. He is struggling but trying to mature, despite being weighed down by tragedies and inner conflict. Llewyn is sardonic, dreaming, rash, and lonesome.

10. Robbie Paulson, Law & Order: Criminal Intent: A very minor, very early role of Oscar’s, Robbie is a nurse working in New York. He is the unfortunate victim of mental manipulation, but now free and on his way towards true healing. Robbie is child-like, enthusiastic, ardent, and a little needy.

11. Bud Cooper, Suburbicon: Yet another grievously underused Oscar performance, Bud is an insurance claims investigator in Los Angeles. (We’re ignoring canon on this one, lads.) Bud is teasing, goofy, strategic and fun.

12. Shiv, Pu-239: Another minor Oscar role, Shiv is a young Russian man trying to make ends meet in post-Soviet Moscow. (We’re also ignoring canon on this one. For Reasons.) Shiv is guileless, heartfelt, sincere and charming.

13. Basil Stitt, Lightningface: One of two short-film roles Oscar has been in, Basil is a (presumably) New York businessman who is one day struck by lightning, scarring half of his face terribly. He goes into shock and locks himself in an apartment, beginning a journey of hallucinatory self-investigation. Basil is self-conscious, anxious, melodramatic, and curious. 

14. Lucien, Ticky-Tacky: The other of the short-film roles, Lucien is a rich man with incredible mood swings and dramatic behaviors. Lucien is juvenile, erratic, tempestuous, and clingy.

15. John “Jack” Jackson, Mojave: An American veteran with an incredible mind (gone rogue) and taste for literature, Jack wanders the wilderness of the Mojave desert, stirring up trouble. Jack is astute, comical, fiery, and singular.

There are more Oscars I’d like to write about (such as Outcome #3 from The Bourne Legacy, Will Dempsey from Life Itself, Michael Perry from Won’t Back Down, Evgeni from W.E.), but I still am catching up with his filmography!

Here, however, are the Oscars I won’t be writing about.

6. Do you remember your first OTP, if so who was in it?

Oh, lord, haha. I was never a huge ‘ship them romantically’ child, I was more into the adventure than the romance. I mean, I was totally game for the usual ships, Nala and Simba from The Lion King, Kiara and Kovu from The Lion King II, Belle and the Beast… if there was a romance in my favourite movies, I was down for them, but I wouldn’t call them OTPs.

I used to read books that featured Indiana Jones and Marian Ravenwood, but again, that was just a side romance that I liked. Normally I was just self-inserting myself instead and making it an adventure where Indy and I were best friends, though, lol.

The first ship I can remember writing fics for, loving, reading fics for, etc. that I considered an OTP would be Rumplestiltskin and Belle from Once Upon A Time. The first ship I was ever intense about.

So I guess we’ll go with Rumbelle, haha.

10. Choose a song at random, which ship or character does it remind you of?

I can’t choose things at random, so I put my entire music library on shuffle and got: Asleep In The Back by Elbow.

The character it reminds me of is John Doe from John Doe (that’s a stunning show by the way, and I highly suggest it to anyone). Partially because I first heard it on his show, but some of the lyrics fit him too.

As for a ship, I’m not going to lie, the lyrics definitely remind me of Leonard Snart and Mick Rory from Legends of Tomorrow (Coldwave): 

“Were you crushed? Did I rush you? All my time is yours. My twisted heart is yours. The faithless shit is yours. The shameless fits of love that only s mother you for moments ‘til I fold them up and leave… all yours."

13.Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die defending, about anything at all (gender identity, sexual or romantic orientation, extended family, sexual preferences like top/bottom/switch, relationship with poetry, seriously anything)?

About… a ship? A character? Um… hmm. 

I have one but to keep from insulting or offending the group of people who ship that particular ship, I’m keeping it to myself. But one I can think of is that Mick Rory (Legends of Tomorrow) is a sub, haha. Everyone writes him as a dom but I just… don’t see that. Maybe with random one night stands, but not with someone he has a connection with. He is an uncontrolled man with no ability to control his emotions and his mind. So to let someone else he trusts take control just seems a very likely thing for him to do.

Carlton Lassiter (Psych) is asexual panromantic. Fight me. 

Octavius writes poetry and sometimes him and Jedediah chill out over in the jungle exhibit or the Lewis and Clark exhibit and look up at the fake-but-still sky and Octavius recites poetry to Jed. Fight me.
