2月にやってたオンライン講座。先月、修了証が発行されてたの。

なんと無料〜！

このサイトの無料講座ばかりを選んで受講してます(^_^;)

今までの最終テストは選択肢から選んで解答するテストだったんだけど、こちらはそれに加えて、受講して実践したことなどをレポートにして、他の受講者がそれを読んで、誤字はないか、実践したことが書かれているか、などを採点して感想も書くの。そんなの初めてだったから、読むのも読まれるのもドキドキだったよ。

私はいい所を書くようにしたけどね。私のレポートも思いのほか好評で良かったです(*^^*)

Nanine Rigs

Nanine technology has been in human science for awhile now, but the Nanine Rig is a concept created by the young, late, genius scientist Gadot Gacco. Nanine Rigs bestow the user with temporary boosts to their physiology without altering their genetics. Users may experience a boost in load bearing, strength, high-impact endurance, and general durability. The Nanines may also be gathered in areas of the body and crafted into shapes that are only hindered by the users imagination and focus.

Gadot was a genius. Alba was an old friend with far too much trust in her. Alba allowed Gadot to perform her experiments on her. Eventually, Gadot produced Nanine Rigs.

This is Alba’s primary defense. There were a couple of prototypes, the second one almost killed her and permanently damaged her jaw.

There’s a couple ways she repeatedly uses these nanines.

To grow huge black monster-like claws, and subsequently increase her strength. She doesn’t technically need to grow the claws, but she likes the look. It’s very unexpected.

She can grow several types of tails. Some are for balance, some are for aiding her in swimming. Balisk likes the swimming tail.

Her ankles are damaged and her balance isn’t great. She uses the nanines to stabilize herself when she overcorrects her posture. Over time it’s become less of a crutch and more of an exploit. Basically she can lean over to one side more than she should physically be able to.

She can grow spikes and suck them back in quickly. Great for when someone grabs you from behind.

She’s overpowered for a human. Thankfully she’s very much the kind of person who only busts out the claws/enhanced strength to like climb trees or throw her friends around. She prefers to avoid confrontation and is not initially super confident in fighting these trained hunters. These enhancements pretty much only kept her from being constantly manhandled.

She’s a real fan on the “pick up the enemy, throw them, and run tactic” as she actually can outrun them. Even though most yautja can overpower her, she’s yet to find someone that outpaces her.

During sparring matches, Grimm would pin her down and lay on her like an asshole sibling. And she would just lay there and take it because she didn’t want to hurt him with the spikes.

It takes her years to gain confidence in being around the yautja and knowing how to counter them. But eventually she figures it out.

Then the incident on Ophelia slapped her upside the head for five fucking years.

在宅勤務の日は、早い時間だと空いてるからスポーツクラブに行くの。 でも今日は雨だから行くのやめちゃった。歩いて15分くらいかかるんだもん。 なので、無料オンライン講座を受けました。もう3週目なのに、まだ1週目のをやってる… まず自分に関して知っていることを10個以上書く作業から。それから自己理解の対象の分類の説明があって、それに自分が書いたものがどれに当てはまるか考えるの。 こういうのやったことないから、最初はなかなか出てこなかったけど、私は内側のが多かったかな。 それからマズローの単元をやって、次はユングなんだけど、おなかすいてきたから、どうしようかな。ユングまでやるかな。おなかすいたは、マズローの生理的欲求だね。 #gacco #自己理解の心理学 #東北大学 #無料 #オンライン講座 https://www.instagram.com/p/CoegQcFvaZP/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

ぎりぎりにならないとやる気がでない・・・

　

昨日から本格的に右足裏の小指側からかかとにかけてが痛い。

2～3週間前から痛かったけれど、普通に歩いても痛むように

なってしまった・・・

したがって、今週も水曜日のランニングは休みかな・・・

なかなかうまくいかないなぁ・・・

後、日曜日ジムでのランニングはあまり頑張らないようにしよう・・・
