Hehe more rosegold : ) I associate Briar with a red fox and Rose with a cat, so I commissioned this super cute pic of them sleeping and having fox/cat ears and tails 🥺❤️ I imagine their Pokesonas being Nickit and Galarian Meowth respectively, so I asked for a second version where they have Pokémon traits instead. They're so so so cute, I love how happy they look napping together... my konkon and meowmeow...

Can I request Leon crushing on a sweet, book-obsessed Reader that's also a fairy-type specialist, please?
Leon x Reader: Too Sweet
Hello! Thank you for your patience in getting this done! I really did mean to get it done sooner. This is such a cute request! This isn't proofread because my brain is running out of juice.

Leon first met you in your hometown of Ballonlea. He had walked into the library looking to loan out some of the new books on the Gigantamax phenomenon when he met you behind the front desk. You were volunteering for the local library over the weekend. You didn't get paid anything, but your Pokemon were well taken care of and you got the satisfaction and enjoyment of being able to help people and be at your favourite place in town.
When Leon saw you he instantly recognised your style. You looked like you had come right out of a contest; you were covered in frills and ribbons and pastels. It was quite the contrast compared to the dark wooden walls and floors of the library. Leon thought it was cute.
The moment he stated talking to you that thought was brought right up to the forefront of his mind. You were so patient with him, listening to him ask questions and go on small rants about Gigantamaxing with a genuine smile on your face. Once you explained the books had just come into the library and weren't on the shelves yet, you offered to show him the back storage room where they were being kept.
As you explained, there was a noise from underneath the counter, and up came a Swirlix! The Pokemon smiled at Leon, its tongue sticking out at usual. Leon smiled back.
"Is this one yours?" he asked you.
You responded, "yep! Cotton Candy here is just the sweetest; he loves attention. Anyways, let me show you the storage room."
Leading the way, you walked through an employees only door into the back section of the library. Heading down some stairs into the basement, you entered another door labelled 'storage'. 'Guarding' the door was your Alcremie, who waved their arms around trying to scare Leon from entering the room before you managed to calm the Pokemon down, explaining they were very passionate about their job. Leon laughed.
Entering the room, you were met with what you had expected - mostly. Shelves filled with boxes filled with books lined the walls. Sticky notes were stuck to the walls, little messages and notes written on them. A single light was hung from the ceiling. But what caught Leon off guard was the Galarian Rapidash lying in the middle of the room.
"Oh, Trot just likes to sleep down in the cool here," you explained, noticing the puzzled expression on Leon's face. "Don't worry, she has water and Poke Food over there." You pointed to the bowls of water and treats.
Leon eventually was able to loan out the books and headed on his way. You saw him off with a smile, your Swirlix waving goodbye with his tail. As Leon left, he noticed himself thinking about you in particular, and made a mental note to visit the library again.
And visit the library again he did. Under the excuse of wanting to loan out more books, he came on the weekend hoping you would be there. And you were! Lucky him. Again, you treated him with such a sweet smile and lovely personality, always offering your help and personally guiding him to where the books he wanted were. He couldn't help but smile.
So, he visited again. And again, and again. And every time you acted the same. So sweet; so kind. He could feel himself falling deeper with each visit. Deeper in love. But he didn't care. He was able to manage the teasing from the other Gym Leaders just fine. And it's not like it was getting in the way of his schedule, either. Chairman Rose wasn't even bothered by it.
So, when you offered to meet up with him sometime out in Glimwood Tangle for training, he was sure to agree. Leon even swapped out from his regular team to give you a bit more of a chance in case you wanted to battle. You never asked, but he had it that way just in case.
Soon you were hanging out at your place or his. You house fit your theme perfectly; lace tablecloths and old-timely furniture filled the place. Your Galarian Rapidash rested out in the yard while your Sylveon slept in her bed in the lounge room. Leon took to playing with your Swirlix while your Alcremie helped you in the kitchen. All the while your Shiinotic and Mawile hung round in the dining room waiting for their meals to be prepared.
In the end, Leon couldn't stop spending time with you. Whenever he had a chance, he wanted to be hanging out with you. I mean, in his eyes, who wouldn't? If Mary Poppins existed in his universe, he'd say that you're practically perfect in every way.

Arven x Reader
Hi! I wanted to ask if you could make an Arven x reader story. Basically the readers reveals their original partner died and Arven comforts them. Feel free to change the details to whatever suits you, I just put some examples in there cause that’s how think I it would go down. Thank you
Short: Takes place after path of legends, arven asks the reader why they helped him and then confessed about their dead Pokémon partner
Long (and a bit specific) : A bit after Mabosstiff recovered, Arven asks the reader why they helped him. The reader opens up confess that they actually used to be a champion from the ____ (ex. Unova) region. They had a partner Pokémon ____(ex. Hydreigon) and had to give up the title after being unable to move on from their death because of an unfortunate battle accident (ex. Killed by rockslide). Reveals that they moved to Paldea trying to move on, and didn’t want to see the same thing happen to him. Reader reminisce and eventually breaks down about their dead partner, with Arven (and Mabosstiff!) to comfort them.
Whoa, I appreciate you adding all those extra details!! Really helps me get a better idea of what you want ^^ I hope you enjoy the outcome x
Loved and Lost (Arven x GN!Galarian!Reader)
Rating: G ? (Pokémon death) | WC: 1,362
“Why’d you do it?”
You lift your view towards the curious voice. Arven’s face, riddled with mild concern, is beautifully lit by the campfire a few feet in front of him; his Mabosstiff snuggled up at his side, the Pokémon’s head consuming your friend’s lap.
“Do what?”
“Help us." He sighs, taking his eyes off you and focusing on the flames.
It’s been weeks since you and Arven defeated the last of the Titan Pokémon together, thus saving his partner from the brink of death. You’re surprised that it’s been brought back up, honestly. You didn’t think it would still be on his mind.
“We’re best friends now, but back then… I was just some guy shoving my problems onto you.” Arven’s turquoise eyes raise back to yours, and he continues, “Why risk your life to help a complete stranger?”
It’s your turn to sigh. Your eyes scan his face as you realize it’s time to give him your own story. It feels like a Bind strangling your heart every time you recall it, but Arven deserves to know.
“I don’t tell a lot of people this,” you begin, your voice soft. “But before I came here, I was already the Champion in Galar.”
“Y-you– What? Seriously?”
You nod. “It’s not all it’s cracked up to be… Too much spotlight, too many people to please, too many expectations set on you to always give training and battling your absolute 100%. It makes sense on the surface, for a Champion to have a drive like that… but it was too much.
I had been having a rough time for months. Leon, the former Champion and my new boss, would’ve probably been more than willing to accommodate me had I needed a break, but I didn’t want to let him down. He and his little brother were my closest buds over there, we practically grew up together.”
A shaky breath racks you as you truck on. “But then, I let my partner down.”
Tears well in your eyes as you peer at Arven, who’s lightly urging Mabosstiff off of his lap. The instant your friend noticed you beginning to cry, he wanted to be by your side to provide you solace. Your gaze follows him as he stands up, just to settle back down at your right, his large left hand brushing against your back for comfort.
“What do you mean?” he mutters, his irises locked onto yours.
From the corner of your eye, you see a figure move. Mabosstiff rises from his spot, stretches, and settles to your left, now using your thighs as a pillow. You laugh beneath watery tear ducts as you begin to pet the giant dog Pokémon.
Your view is still on Mabosstiff as you keep going. “My Cinderace – the first Pokémon I ever caught – died in battle.” You exhale, then describe how it happened.
“It was during this tournament Leon hosted after he became Chairman of the League: The Galarian Star Tournament. It was a bracket-style thing, with double battles between Gym Leaders and Champions, current and former. Most of us were friends, so it was a fun change of pace from our usual League duties together.
I was paired up with Piers, another one of my closest buddies over there, who was the Dark-type Gym Leader. That title goes to his sister Marnie now. We were battling against Mustard, a Fighting-type specialist and former Champion, and Peony, another former Champion, who’s keen with Steel-type Pokémon.”
A smile creeps up on you through your sniffles as you recall the beginning of the battle, lifting your face to see Arven’s. He’s still intently watching you as you recall that day.
“Cinderace and I freakin’ destroyed Peony, right off the bat – type-matchups, and all.”
Arven grins too. “Hell yeah, Little Buddy.” He holds up a fist for you to bump, so you meet it with yours.
Dropping the hand back to Mabosstiff’s fluffy head, you get back to your spiel. “Piers was holding up well against Mustard in the meantime, surprisingly enough. I still wonder to this day if Mustard was going easy on him, since Piers doesn’t Dyna- or Gigantamax. Either way, it was practically a side-by-side single battle, up until Piers’ Obstagoon was downed.”
“Then, it was my Dynamaxed Cinderace versus Mustard’s Gigantamaxed Water/Fighting Urshifu.” Getting to the hard part, your body begins to quiver and your voice cracks. “Urshifu used G-Max Rapid Flow, which is strong enough that it doesn’t need to hit to do monstrous amounts of damage… but I guess his paws slipped, or something.” Finally, a sob bubbles in your throat, and you break. “It hit Cinderace face-first.”
Arven wraps his arms around you, and you bury yourself in his chest. After whispering your name, he offers, “I’m so, so sorry.”
You simply shake your head. You chose to recollect the story for him. It’s something you want Arven, and only Arven, to know about.
Nemona would freak out over having befriended a Galarian Champion, as Galar’s League is seen as one of the most prestigious in the world. Definitely would’ve felt bad about Cinderace, but she’d probably had overdone it in trying to distract you from the situation, thus stressing you out more. You’d never be allowed to forget about it. She’d never let it go.
Penny, on the other hand, would probably be uncomfy, had she known so many details about your epic-to-tragic backstory. You’re close with her, but not that close.
And if word got out to the rest of Paldea… chances are, the Galarian League would creep its way back into your life. You plan to eventually take that beast on someday, but it’s far too soon.
As you soak your friend’s shirt, you start to wrap things up. “I know neither Mustard nor Urshifu meant for it to happen. They were at Cinderace’s side just as quickly as I was, checking to see if he was okay… but he’d never felt so cold, Arven.”
You take a second to breathe before getting to your point. Basking in the soothing way he’s rubbing your back while pressing kisses against the crown of your head. Makes your heart flutter. You’re unsure if they’re platonic or romantic pecks, but you only have a split second to contemplate it before dread consumes you again.
“If I’d quit sooner, I probably wouldn’t have been in that tournament, and that wouldn’t have happened. So, I resigned as soon as I saw Leon again, and fled from Galar the following week, not even saying ‘goodbye’ to anyone. I was too terrified that they’d convince me to stay, and I’d be haunted by what happened there for good.”
You pull away to see Arven’s face. He offers you his hands, and you take them.
“Then, I met you. I-I’m not gonna lie to you, dude, but at first, you were a distraction,” you bashfully smile through the pain. He laughs, luckily.
“But then, you introduced me to Mabosstiff, and I saw his tired eyes and weak breaths, and…” You release a palm from Arven’s and stroke the Pokémon’s fur. “A-and I knew I needed to keep helping you two. It didn’t matter what it took. It didn’t even matter that I barely knew you, at that point. All that mattered was that Mabosstiff would be okay, and that you would be okay. That you wouldn’t need to go through what I did.”
“That’s… wow,” Arven quietly replies. He leans his forehead to yours and closes his eyes. “I’ve thanked you plenty already…” his eyes flutter open, and he grins. “But seriously. Thank you. I don’t think I’ll ever really be able to repay you–”
“You already did,” you smile as his thumb strokes some tears from your face. Placing your hand on top of his, you explain, “Helping you two has helped me move on, in a way. It still hurts, and I don’t think I’ll ever truly be over what happened, but it feels like making sure you two are alive and well gave me some of the closure I needed.”
You sigh, then slip out, “Plus, I got you out of it.”

Paldean League Worldbuilding
aka how Geeta is reshaping the poke-economy and making herself the most hated woman ever in the process
I generally try to keep any sort of real world analogues out of my HCs for Pokemon bc I think it's more of a utopian society and doesn't need to operate on the same logic of economics or politics as irl, but swsh and sv seem more grounded in our reality so I've been thinking about them (especially sv) a LOT. Decided I would just dump all my musings and HCs about the paldean league here if only to organize it all. Also disclaimer that I am not an economist and will never pretend to be so it’s more than likely this system would never work irl but it’s pokemon so it’s fine
The Galarian and Paldean Leagues always struck me as relatively recent, at least in terms of their current operation, and mostly spearheaded by a super ambitious head of operations who restructured the entire place as soon as they got there. I'll talk about Galar in another post, but atm Paldea has my brain in a chokehold so this is all about them
My main HC about the Paldean League is that up until extremely recently (20 years ago give or take I'm not doing specific timelines here) the Paldean League was extremely corrupt and poorly run. When the Paldean empire collapsed, the League was formed as a way to try and maintain the status quo and keep power in the hands of those who previously held it. It was, and continued to be for the next few centuries, an oligarchy. No one in the system was elected, and those in lower positions had to be personally selected and approved by their superiors. There were no checks and balances, so the people at the top could and did maintain power indefinitely. By the time we reached 20~ years before the main story, the structure was as follows:
Chairman: The leader of the entire thing. Has absolute power over everyone else in the system. Does all the boring stuff Top Champion: A battler and figurehead for the public. The "face" of the League, but generally not in charge of anything and has no political power. Their battle with up and coming trainers determines whether they get champion rank ^ If ur thinking this is similar to the Galar League, you'd be correct. They were based off the same model for a while Elite Four: Originally called the Council of Four, they act as a council that makes decisions along with the Chairman and test trainers' worthiness. Typically in charge of a handful of gym leaders Gym Leaders: Local political leaders that operate under the Council of Four and ensure things don't get too rowdy on the town level. In charge of testing trainers, protecting the town from wild threats, keeping up appearances, and union busting (they mostly did that last one) Everyone else: Salary workers. They have not yet unionized
The system, ultimately, was corrupt as hell. There was no job security, and the hierarchical nature of the league ensured you had to suck up to and do the dirty work for your boss if you wanted to get paid at all. Unions? Idk her. Corruption and embezzlement was the name of the game, and Paldea was basically flat broke because of it, with infrastructure decades behind neighboring regions and a bevvy of shitty trainers. The champion, unlike other regions, was not decided by who unseated the current champion. It didn't matter how good someone was, they had to be selected by the chairman to be Top Champion, and the Chairman would only select someone who would work with them without question. Paldea was basically the laughingstock of the world because of their complete and utter incompetence in any and all battle tournaments and lack of advancements in literally every sector. Then shit hit the fan and we moved onto the system we see in-game
I'm not sure what the event was (a recession, investigative journalism, doesn't really matter) but the newfound understanding of just HOW corrupt the league was and the resulting scandal made the Chairman resign and shook the very foundation of the League. Luckily or unluckily, a young upstart politician named Geeta was quick to fill that void, and through a few political loopholes and charisma, she managed to secure herself as Chairwoman. She had long since hated the current Paldean system, thinking that it held her beloved region back from greatness. She had always been gunning for higher and higher positions, a dark horse of Paldean politics with undetermined motives, extreme intelligence, and frightening levels of ambition. The Chairman had always had their eye on her, personally keeping her in check, but when they were gone Geeta immediately seized the opportunity to grab as much power as physically possible. Getting the position made her effectively untouchable, and that was the ultimate goal, because her plan for Paldea was about to make her the single most hated woman in the region's history
Geeta, upon gaining a position where they legally could not get rid of her, decided to fire every single person in the upper echelons of the league. Every gym leader, elite four, and the top champion were all fired, and she withdrew Paldea from every battling tournament and public appearance until she could workshop the league into something servicable. It was the boldest move since the dissolving of the Paldean Monarchy and it did NOT make her any friends
Though her ultimate goal was to reform the entire Paldean league, her early changes were only possible because of the old system. She could and did reform the system to her liking without consequence only because of the old hierarchy system already in place. Her ability to hand select her coworkers and fire people indiscriminately was one of the greatest abuses of power Paldea had ever seen, whether for noble reasons or not, and the people she fired tried to smear her as much as they could. Though these radical steps were necessary to undo and reshape the corruption hellscape the League had become, it wasn't exactly a good look for the new chairwoman (not that she cared)
Geeta also combined the top champion position and chairwoman position, which was so shockingly unpopular and suspicious-looking that she effectively cemented her godawful reputation. She saw the top champion as an unnecessary expense and decided to take on the responsibilities herself so she could funnel the top champion salary into public projects. This is part of the reason why she’s so Bad at being champion: she’s doing it to save the league money and only needs to the absolute bare minimum. Most of her job for the first decade was analyzing the current hierarchy, finding trainers to fill positions, and trying to figure out how to fix things so that would be sustainable after she left and wouldn't fall back into old corruption. She took on a job in the academy schoolboard to keep an eye out for younger trainers, put as much money into research and economic opportunities as possible, then got to work shaping the League to her vision
Her main vision for the league was to make as many parts of the system economically self-sustaining as possible, which was vital for her gym leader choices. She picked people who had *enough* skill in battling, but who all had other careers that would generate interest in and revenue for the gym. Paldea didn't have the pure battling talent yet to make a name for itself on any kind of world stage so Geeta was completely unconcerned about the actual battling skill of her picks as long as they were good enough and making cash. In terms of gym challenges, she mandated that they had to be free or extremely cheap and somehow tied to the town itself-- the giant contraptions of other regions were NOT in the budget. She wanted the gym system to be a celebration of the towns they were in and to inspire people to visit in the same way Galar's stadiums did, all in the hopes that gyms wouldn't need money from the league itself
The gyms would maintain a similar system as before, with each town and gym operating like a smaller independent organization. Most day to day operations and decisions like numbers of workers and salaries would be handled by the gyms themselves, but with all details publicly available so interventions could take place if things got fishy. All revenue generated by the gym would stay within the town-- it would be used to pay salaries, do upkeep, etc, and anything left over could be used to make renovations / add more stuff to gym challenges / support local businesses. If the revenue generated wasn't enough to cover upkeep and salary, the league would fill in the rest
The reason the gym buildings Look Like That is because the old league funneled most of the money into the pockets of the higher-ups and very little was allocated for building gyms. Geeta kept the design bc it's cheap, Paldea is broke, and the uniformity of the gyms allows trainers to find it more easily. it's also convenient if there's a turnover of the position-- no need to build a new gym! It's mostly an administrative office anyway, only there for paperwork and to house office staff, and Geeta is under the (correct) impression that most gym leaders prefer having stages at their favorite places instead of a specific building. Only two gym leaders have strong negative opinions about the building itself: Grusha, who can't have an outdoor reception area because of the snow and hates sitting in the lobby all the time, and Brassius, who thinks it's ugly as shit (he's right) and wants to paint a mural on it
The gym system is actually run much better than it was before-- it's still hitting its stride at the time of the game but is shaping up into a system that will work long after Geeta retires. The gym leaders also like how things are run quite a bit-- they just hate Geeta as a person (but that's smth I plan on exploring in another post)
The Elite Four is something Geeta admittedly hasn't put much thought into: her main focus was on redoing the administrative side of the league and ensuring the gyms were generating enough money to function + helping the towns they were in. The Elite Four, in her mind, were an afterthought, especially since she stripped them of their political power and distributed that power amongst regular office staff. She uncoupled politics from battling in the upper spheres of the league, allowing for more concentrated and specialized attention to issues so the Elite Four could just battle
In the new league, the Elite Four isn't a council of politicians, just people who test the strength of trainers looking to be champion-- every current Elite Four member is an employee in another sector working the job for a bonus (except for Poppy-- her parents are accountants and she ended up in the position as a joke that went a liiiiittle too far). In the future, the Elite Four and Top Champion might be dedicated battlers rather than a side hustle, but Paldea doesn't have the talent nor money for that at the moment
In terms of economics, Geeta decided to set an inflation-adjusted salary rate for each position that was viewable by the public and that couldn't be changed without a public vote in the hopes this would limit corruption. She also redid the League Points system— it used to be how employees were paid, but now it’s mostly for trainers, allowing the league to subsidize common trainer goods and make things easier to buy (all employees are paid with regular money). Paldea doesn’t have designated trainer routes like other regions and cash is far easier to mug than digital currency, so trainers are encouraged to use LP as a precaution so they don’t get robbed while in the Paldean wilds. However because the LP system isn’t very popular and NOT secure, Geeta is debating phasing it out
In the new system, gyms operate mostly on their own, so the central administrative stuff (aka everything that happens in the league building by the academy as well as E4 salaries and whatnot) gets their money from returns on investments— mostly from Tera Orbs. Fees from defeating trainers also helps, but Geeta made sure not to tie it to anyone’s salaries so that they wouldn’t thrash trainers for money, as encouraging them is the whole point of the challenge. Side note about Tera Orbs: once the league got the patent, Geeta didn’t think twice about the professors, being far too busy with Everything Else to think about her old business partner. Not keeping an eye on them is one of her greatest regrets
In terms of future plans, Geeta has already implemented checks and balances on every position but her own. When she’s confident in how the League is progressing and is sure the system won’t fall back into corruption, she plans on turning her own position to an elected one. Geeta isn’t stupid, she knows that everyone hates her and will lose her position as soon as she puts proper checks and balances on it, so she’s waiting until she’s confident in the League’s system to let the rest of the league get rid of her. By that point, she hopes that the League will be organized, financially stable, and balanced enough so that it can run smoothly long after she’s gone. Also, the league is likely to enter back into international batting conferences by the end of the decade, since there’s a LOT of up and coming battling talent that can make Paldea proud (and hopefully bring enough positive attention and money back to the region so they can actually make the league profitable)
To me Paldea’s league always felt like it was in a transition period, building itself from the ground up again. We happen to see it right at the middle, just before it’s really up to a properly functioning and self-sustaining entity. I don’t really have a closer for this but if u read all the way here I’m very flattered and apologize for being a lil delusional about this :)

Galarian Tourists
it's easy for Kaloian's to get lost in Lumiose City, much less two clueless Galarian kids who could get lost in a paper bag.
-Leon (freshly championed) was supposed to meet with Dianthe in Lumiose for some pr stuff for each league
-Raihan tagged along, having been selected by the current Gym Leader of Hammerlocke to be trained to be her successor after seeing his championship match with Leon
-Raihan see's this as a temporary things, as he knows he'll beat Leon next year
-It was also his idea to explore the city and slip away when Chairman Rose wasn't looking. He convinced Leon to tag along with the promise of buying him something from the famous pastry cafe
-Meyer's english is pretty limited at this point, despite his lessons with June.

December 4: company Christmas party
Tumblr media
For such an accomplished musician, Piers really hates crowds.
Well, context is important; there’s a vast difference between being on-stage away from it all, watching the mosh pit and people teaching their pokemon to wave glowsticks in a pattern, and being at a League-sponsored Christmas party. Needless to say, he would rather be on stage.
Piers adjusts the collar of his suit for what feels like the millionth time tonight. Every year he manages to avoid the League’s kick-off ceremony, rarely ever having to venture beyond the safety of Spikemuth’s neon walls— but when his newly-appointed Gym Leader sister begs him to attend the League's end-of-year party, even he can’t say no. And that’s how he’s ended up with the rest of the Galarian League trainers at the top of Rose Tower. The building has been renovated since that incident with the Chairman last season— the very top of the tower has been set up for an evening as luxurious as you’d expect from the well-respected Gym Leaders of the region. Long tables full of food from various regions; live music at one end of the room, when Piers’ band had been politely turned down when they offered to perform; banners and lights that reflected picture-perfect in the polished window glass. Trainers from the major and minor Leagues. Their plus-ones. Marnie and Morpeko doing their best to hold conversations with new people, something that makes her older brother proud.
All night, Piers has managed to avoid proper interaction; it’s especially difficult avoiding Leon, because the former Champion is heading the event, and his energy remains boundless. The single cup of apple cider in Piers’ hands has acted as his shield every time Leon— or anyone else, actually— looks like they have something to say. Unfortunately, that well runs dry eventually; Piers tips his cup for another sip, only to realize that nothing’s there. He sighs to himself and ducks around one of the dessert tables to find the drinks again.
The bowl of cider is nearly empty, but the bright-red punch in the next bowl is less appealing. Before Piers can pour himself another defensive glass, someone else’s hand snatches the ladle just out of his grasp.
“You don’t look like you’re having too much fun, Piers.” You never greet him properly, and he never minds. You scoop some cider into his mug before filling your own again.
He shrugs and raises his glass in acknowledgement. “Miss Champ,” he nods at you, “This really ain’t my speed, but Marnie asked.”
You shift to stand next to him, shoulders brushing against each other, his presence comforting in this room full of people you only somewhat know. Piers is more relaxed now that you’re here to keep quiet company, but he can’t help feeling smothered in his formal suit and such a structured event.
It seems like you share his nervous energy, because you nudge his arm, careful not to spill his drink on his jacket. You grin up at him. “Let’s ditch, this is boring.”
“This is a League event, and you’re the Champion,” he chides, ever the voice of reason. That only lasts a moment, though— of course Piers, of all people, appreciates a rebellious streak. He grins back down at you. “I was wonderin’ if you’d ever ask.”

Galar’s Ultimate Showman and Attempted Saviour: A Partial Rewrite of Chairman Rose
Like most people, I’m not exactly crazy about how Chairman Rose was handled, and I thought I’d take a shot at making him a better villain by giving him a more comprehensible motive and more early signs of being an overzealous and single-minded, albeit well-meaning person. In summary, Galar’s economy depends on its sports tourism, and Chairman Rose will do anything to keep the show rolling. Anything.
Thank you very much to @standardizedbogey and @deerdeardarling for helping me to flesh out these ideas!
Here’s how I would write his story in the game:
-imply that Dynamax energy is already on its downturn. In addition to having it be mentioned by a random NPC or two, it could be demonstrated by having one of the gym challenges experience a partial breakdown in energy, resulting in Dynamaxxing only lasting two turns. Afterwards, Chairman Rose apologizes to the crowd and announces that, towards the end of the championship, he will unveil a solution that will ensure that nothing like this will happen again.
-Have some NPCs discuss how Galar isn’t a resource-rich nation, but it doesn’t have to be because it’s so rich in tourism. Of course, that doesn’t serve the towns without Dynamax spots very well. A good candidate for this would be Piers, Marnie, or even a Team Yell grunt after the Spikemuth gym has been completed.
-While Piers never used Dynamaxxing, his gym used to be able to let his opponents Dynamax, and it was more popular back then. Piers’ reason for never Dynamaxxing? Spikemuth has been experiencing buffers in energy since before Piers took over as gym leader, so he believes that the whole region should be preparing to give up the gimmick and find ways to make traditional battles more entertaining instead.
-Chairman Rose acts as Leon’s mentor/manager and isolated him from a young age to mold him into not only a great trainer but a great showman. Have there be a few hints that Leon was isolated earlier on, and have Leon take the player aside before the final match and admit, with uncharacteristic somberness, that being the champion before you’re grown isn’t what it’s cracked up to be, and that he will fight tooth and nail in the finals to protect the player from it. Chairman Rose then pops in and says something overbearing to Leon about him being Galar’s hero, and they step out onto the field.
-Chairman Rose’s reasons for adopting Bede were that, now that Leon is grown up, he can no longer be controlled and is taking the show in a direction Rose dislikes. He wants to start fresh with a new champion of his choosing. This would explain why he outright disowns Bede after the Stow-n-Side event, instead of just revoking his endorsement and punishing him: he wasn’t useful anymore. This is something Opal or someone else close to Bede could mention in the post-game.
-Have some Marco Cosmos NPC mention that most of the mining for power that Rose’s company is responsible for occurs outside of the region, both because Galar doesn’t have many resources to mine and because Rose believes that Galar shouldn’t have to deal with the dangers and environmental degradation that come with mining. He wants to keep the place beautiful for Galarians and tourists alike.
-Rose’s reason for starting the darkest day? He’s known for a while that Dynamax energy is fading. If he doesn’t do this, one day all of Galar could share Spikemuth’s fate. If he does, well, Galar would practically be a utopia! Not only would this give Galar enough Dynamax energy to last a thousand years, it would be enough energy to power everything! They would have cheap, pollution-free, limitless energy for centuries. And summoning Eternatus will allow him to put on, as he calls it in the announcement before the final match, “the ultimate show.”
-His reason doing it on the day of the championship match? He wanted Leon, who he still loves as a performer even though he’s losing control of him, to be the one to get Eternatus into a usable and safe state: the star of his ultimate show. Leon might not be the champion tomorrow. He didn’t think the protagonist could do it, or at least, didn’t think that they’d make as impressive a show as the man who’d been Galar’s hero for a decade, or that as many spectators would stick around if he were to summon Eternatus after the championship.
-Leon actually agreed to catch Eternatus (he’s a dumbass, your honour), but not with an audience: they could end up getting hurt. Rose summoned Eternatus during the championship to try and force Leon’s hand, and when that failed, he had his staff straight-up kidnap Leon and force him to do it. It’s only after Leon tries and fails to catch Eternatus that the protagonist, Hop, and the legendary wolves are able to step in.
-Rose turns himself in willingly as he does in canon, because he realizes that his attempts to bring glory to Galar have given it nothing but grief. He also passes the league onto someone more pleasant. Thankfully, though, Eternatus has averted the Dynamax energy crisis, allowing even Spikemuth to Dynamax. Piers is still going to stick to traditional battles, however, just in case.

Juliana's Family
I just love my interpretation of Juliana from Pokemon Violet, I've figured, "Why not give her a Galarian family?"
TW: supporting character's death mentioned, angst, history may repeat itself.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Gloria: Juliana's mom who's accepted and supported her new (and scary) life; during the Champion Cup, she hesitated to go against Hop and his last Pokemon... To the point where she almost took her Dynamax Band off from her wrist.* Hop: Juliana's late dad sacrificed his life to ensure everyone evacuated the PokeLab building of an unstable Galarian Moltres. Leon: Juliana's overprotective uncle who made sure that she and her mom had more than everything to be more stable; His nature changed dramatically when he lost his baby brother (aka, his "no. 1 fan"). BB: Juliana's flamboyant Zizi who ships Pride Month merch and supplies to her at the exact moment they heard her coming out; they truly and deeply regret mentioning to Hop that his "constant losing will rake Champion Leon's name and title through the harsh mud".**
*Ever since Hop went out of character after his battle with BB, she knew that something was off; usually, he would never mind losing (it was natural to happen during a battle). After a brief conversation with Leon, she grew more and more nervous as the Champion Cup was drawing near...
**As soon as BB noticed Gloria was about to forfeit via "taking off the Dynamax Band", they didn't even hesitate to grab the microphone from Chairman Rose's hand and made a public apology/confession... "WAIT!!!! Gloria! Don't you DARE give up! Hop's odd behavior was all my fault, not yours! So don't feel sorry for winning! Hop... Don't compare yourself to your brother." Despite how long it's been (and their accepted apology), they still never forget both of those moments.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Since Juliana was a baby when it happened, she doesn't really remember him that much (except for the stories that were eventually changed as she grew older so she could understand more). The reason Gloria never told her about the incident (Juliana and her family would get yearly alerts from their Rotophone) was because she was still tender about it. As the time went on, she would slowly bring it up.
After hearing and remembering the stories, Juliana grew concerned for Kieran and his obsession with winning and "getting stronger". After talking about this with Carmine, the latter can understand; why she appears to be harsh and/or skeptical when it comes to outsiders or "Gaijins". (Plus, we only see their grandparents instead of their parents, so unless we get an explanation why...)
I'm sorry for the dark turn of Hop's future. However, I do believe that he'll die a hero by making sure that others are safe does sound like his speed.

Penny Family Theory (Confirmed)
OKAY SO, I started playing Area Zero and then Penny says this:
Tumblr media
[Image Text:
Penny - “It’s just my dad! He’s loud and clingy and makes up weird nicknames for me like “Pen-Pen”.]
And when read this, I thought: “Peony?”, and that was the start of my rabbit hole. I theorize that Penny is the younger daughter of Peony.
For a little reminder: Peony is the character who leads the player through Pokémon Sword and Shield’s Crown Tundra DLC. A steel type user, former champion, Chairman Rose’s brother, and embarrassing father to Peonia (and Penny).
Penny was introduced in the main story of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, being the secret leader of Team Star.
Exhibit A: Dialogue
This is what she entirely says about her dad:
Penny - “It’s just my dad! He’s loud and clingy and makes up weird nicknames for me like “Pen-Pen”.
Penny - “He’s the most annoying guy in the world! Period! He’s the worst!”
Penny - “Unbelievably Annoying”
Penny describes her dad as “Unbelievably annoying”, “loud and clingy” and that he calls her weird nicknames like “Pen-Pen”. Peony is well known for being an enthusiastic and endlessly supportive father, and gives Peonia nicknames like “Darling Daughter”.
Penny already seems a bit pessimistic so maybe she’d read Peony’s energy wrong.
Exhibit B: Names
Penny’s Japanese name is “ボタン” or “Botan”, which comes from the Tree PEONY.
Also, their names all start with “Pe”, have an “N”, and have an “ē” sound in their name.
Peony
Peonia
Penny
Exhibit C: Home
Penny (being referred to as Cassiopeia) was sent to Galar after Operation Star, and Peony was introduced in Galar, former Galarian champion and gym leader, and so on and so forth.
Tumblr media
[Image Description: Harrington with Ortega, the player, and Clive.
Harrington - “I wanted this student (referring to Penny/Cassiopeia) to take some time to rest, so I had them return home to the Galar region.”]
Exhibit D: Genetics
Now for the elephant in the room: they look nothing alike.
This would be a flaw, if we didn’t have his second league card:
Tumblr media
[Image Description: Peony’s Second League Card, Peony is front and center with baby Peonia on his shoulder and a blonde woman behind them]
It is assumed that the woman in the back is Peony’s wife since she’s in the league card along side him and Nia (and because her and Nia have blonde hair). Penny is paler… but that may be from a lack of sunlight due to being a nerdy hacker who barely goes outside (Canon).
We don’t see the woman’s eye color… but we do see that she is a recolor of the beauty trainer model (notice the red clothes and hair styles) which has brown eyes, just like Penny.
Tumblr media
[Image Description: Beauty Trainer from Sword and Shield, she has brown eyes and a red sweater]
UPDATE 12/16/2022
A friend of mine (YouTube: WagonWorks) mentioned a bit of evidence that I hadn’t noticed. We were discussing a video by HybridHero about my theory, except HH theorized that Penny was the daughter of Rose and Oleana LINK. He goes over some of the same evidence as me, but I’m not as certain about “Oleana being Penny’s mother” and Bede isn’t mentioned despite being Rose’s adoptive son. Now then…
Exhibit E: Eye Shape
Rose and Peony have eye shapes very similar to Penny, specifically eye lashes. Her eyes especially resemble Rose’s and eye lashes resemble Peony’s, Rose being her uncle would confirm that that eye shape would be somewhere in Peony’s genes to pass down to Penny.
Tumblr media
[Image Description: Penny, Peony, and Chairman Rose’s faces. Peony’s eyes are more angular while his eye lashes are curved and have a bit pointing out. Chairman rose had more curved eyed but shorter eyelashes. Penny has the same eye shape as Rose and same lashes as Peony]
Update: 12/29/2022
Exhibit F: Hair
While Nia and Penny’s hair styles are very different, their front bangs are extremely similar (maybe even the exact same if the graphics weren't completely different from SwSh). They both also have dyed hair (presumably, at least the red part of Penny’s hair could be dyed).
In the real world, dyed hair and bangs would mean nothing, but this is a fictional world where small details like that can be important. We recently has Legends: Arceus where we had several ancestors of modern characters, many of which have the same (or similar) hairstyles to their modern counterparts such as The Miss Fortune Sisters and Bertha, Candice, and Saturn, Colza and Gardenia, Rye and Riley, Choy and Charon, Arezu and Mars, Calaba and Gordie, Volo and Cynthia Etc. (they also share name origins, with their counterparts and similar parts of their names).
Now, comparing ancestors to descendants is a leap, so a more modern example is in Sun and Moon with Hala and Hau. Both of them have that ponytail and start with a “Ha”.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
[Image 1: Penny and Peonia, their front hair bangs are very similar.
Image 2: Hala and Hau, both have a ponytail with Four Points]
Update: 12/13/2023
Exhibit G: The Mini-Series
Penny, Peonia, and Peony all make short cameos in the final episode of their respective region’s mini-series, and both cameo in the same location!
At the end of Twilight Wings, Peony is shown chasing Peonia on a train to the Crown Tundra. They are not facing the audience.
At the recent end of Paldean Winds, during a montage of people watching the final video, Penny is shown in the background, on a train, not facing the audience.
Now this would be nothing big… IF THE TWO TRAINS WERENT EXACTLY THE SAME:
Tumblr media
Notice:
The rectangular Windows with curved edges
Orange text above the door
The yellow railings and curved railings towards the back of the train
The blue chairs that are shown to face each other.
The pokeball symbol on the back door.
Another important detail is that in the Paldean Winds Train, no one is shown wearing a Naranja Uniform, including the children, meaning this isn’t Paldea since EVERY OTHER CHILD WEARS THE UNIFORM IN THIS TRAILER.
Caph Squad still standing in the previous episode and the player character seeming to cameo at the beginning means that this episode takes place before the events of the game, WHILE PENNY IS IN GALAR.
I’ve also made a separate Post for more “Out There” pieces of evidence.
The End
In the Mochi Mayhem event, before the Zero Crew leave for Kitakami, Penny had to call her dad for permission and this is what we get:
[Transcript:
Penny - “Oh my GOSH, Dad, would you just drop it?! I told you—friends! I’m going with friends! No, you DON’T need to be worried about it! We are perfectly capable of taking care of ourselves! Ughhh, no, it’s not gonna be an “Adven-tour”—no one says that! Honestly. I’m hanging up now!”
Second Clip:
Penny - “Haaah. Suddenly I’m too tired for any of this…”
Arven - “Did you get your old man’s OK to go?”
Penny - “Yeah…in the end. But I had to put up with his ultra-mega-annoying dad talk to do it.”
Arven - “He just ultra-mega-cares, little bud!”
Penny - “Oh! Oh…yeah, maybe you’re right…”]
THERE IT IS “ADVEN-TOUR” THAT IS PEONY’S WORD, THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT THIS CONFIRMS:
Penny Is Peony’s Youngest Daughter
Almost 2 years of theorizing has finally led to confirmation, my life is complete.

hi neela [ ETERNA HUMANS NOW
Tumblr media Tumblr media
@cassioppenny @justinjivejustify ALRIGHTYYYYY also i havent rlly thought of a name for the group but i LOOOOOVE the name eterna humans......YESSSS that what im calling them now ok.
long story short: about 15 or so years before the events of swsh chairman rose and macro cosmos find that they can power galar's major cities with massive amounts of wishing stars formed into a human shape. through experimentation with eternatus's body parts, they find they can make sentient constructs that almost completely resemble humans, to be used the first one they create is very powerful, but ends up going awry and escapes into the wild area 3 years after his creation. from there, four more are created, significantly less powerful and to be kept in a semi-conscious state of stasis in energy generating tubes below the cities. four are made, but only three end up serving their purpose: when one is presented to spikemuth, piers and his parents refuse to let a living battery child be implemented beneath the city. instead, they take the construct (later named rosemary) in and raise her alongside their newest kid as a twin sister. the other three that didn't escape or get adopted end up going under motostoke, hammerlocke and wyndon.
starting off we haaaaave casey!!! she's the one in wyndon. she looks just like gloria (but with long hair) save for some weird rocks jutting out of her skin and a glowing 'core' at the centre of her chest. her hands, especially, resemble eternamax eternatus's hand form. she's the first one to be properly unearthed, as when hop and victor are fighting eternatus gloria is stories below rose tower trying to free her energy eternaclone. she was the first one that i thought of, and initially she was going to be ambiguously real (did rose tower actually have a living battery girl underneath it powering wyndon or did gloria dream the whole thing as a symbolic gesture of her facing herself?) and she was going to end up 'absorbed' into gloria's soul in the end, but i've gotten so attached to her and her fellow eternaclones that i think she deserves to be her own person.....after getting freed from below rose tower and reuniting with her fellow eterna humans, she cuts her suuuuper long hair real short and starts intentionally differentiating herself from gloria! her first and partner pokemon is a type: null given to her at the battle tower by a former macro cosmos employee. omg the artificial life forms created by macro cosmos who just need some love and care are best friends!!!!!! she calls her type: null nellie....also she catches a galarian meowth and a mareanie later!!!!!!
next up is nabil!!! the one who was located under motostoke, he looks like hop, save for the rocky protrusions of course. when he's unearthed, he IMMEDIATELY takes a liking to hop and eventually leon. hop considers nabil the little brother he never had (though theyre like. the same age LMAO)...unfortunately though nabil ends up being REALLY good at pokemon battles, something that makes hop jealous because he spent his whole life trying to be like his older brother lee and just as he's becoming comfortable with being sonia's assistant he's met with a guy who looks JUST LIKE HIM who has a natural knack for battles!!!!!! no fair!!!!!!!! he's a little more brash and commanding than his human counterpart, but he does genuinely care about hop. seeing him so forlorn about him being better at battling genuinely makes nabil sad :( on another note his hairstyle looks more like leon's, with a little ponytail & all! anyway nabil's partner pokemon is a charmander! one given to him by leon in fact...he also ends up with a mimikyu and a poipole from the crown tundra!
third one is travis!!! located underneath hammerlocke, he resembles bede to almost an uncanny effect. he's also more soft-spoken and amicable than bede, which bede HATES. this pathetic loser thinks he can look like him????? seriously????? he isn't even trying to be the best he just wants to have a good time. tch. anyway travis tries to join bede in becoming opal's apprentice but is politely rejected by opal. "i'm sorry, dearie, you're just not pink" or whatever. travis ends up feeling kinda worthless after this, like he'd be better off being a battery again. eventually though he gets a hold of himself, realizes that he can do whatever he wants now and begins training psychic-types!! travis's partner pokemon is bede's former gothorita, who he was given by opal (along with bede's duosion) after bede shifted his focus to fairy-types. he also catches a dottler... also side note but bc bede's hair looks like a hatenna, travis's looks like a hattrem...he has little pigtails that resemble hattrem...
next up is rosemary!!! initially proposed to be located under spikemuth, she was instead taken in and raised alongside marnie as her twin sister. she's actually the first eternaclone victor and gloria run into: they mistake her for marnie at first LMAO...understandable, since if it weren't for her vastly different fashion sense (despite also being punk she wears a lot more neon/loud patterns), how she always smiles and the rocky horns jutting out of her head (which is actually why marnie has horn-like hair, bc she wants to relate to her sister)! she also isn't doing the gym challenge, she's only there to cheer marnie on. after finding the other eternaclones and finding out the truth surrounding her circumstances she has a biiiit of an identity crisis x_x but her friends and her sister help her through it and make her realize that her worth is based on who she is now and not who she should've been! her first pokemon was also a morpeko BUT her main partner pokemon is a toxel/toxtricity!! i also like to think she catches a shinx/luxio at one point...electric type girl....
last but not least, there's henry!!! the first one out of the five to be created, the oldest AND most powerful out of the eternaclones, he looks just like victor. three years after his creation he escaped into the wild area, causing massive destruction to macro cosmos's tech as well. he lived with and alongside pokemon for the next 12 years and was considered a monster/urban legend, a boy with the powers and temperament of pokemon lurking in the wild area ready to attack travellers for their food. victor is FUCKING TERRIFIED of these legends, and sometimes he catches henry walking through the wild area in the dead of night, something that his uncanny resemblance to him makes even worse. after freeing all of the other eternaclones, the galar gang heads to the wild area to find the wild boy, who gloria suspects is another escaped eternaclone. despite the initial hostility from henry, victor ends up reaching out to him and seeing him as more than just a failed experiment or an unworthy inhuman monster that people have come to see him as. he ends up, reluctantly at first, joining the crew, but eventually he becomes their protector! he considers the pokemon he grew up around his family, but his partner pokemon is a drakloak he was raised alongside by a dragapult. drakloak is more like henry's brother than his pokemon, though...he also travels with a barraskewda, a doublade and a grapploct!
for miscellaneous notes: all of them have the ability to generate and absorb massive amounts of energy, emit galar particles in the air and dynamax or gigantamax their pokemon without the use of a dynamax spot. henry can even slightly warp the spacetime surrounding him, though it takes a toll on his mental and physical state and the others can't. also they can use mild variations on eternatus's moves bc i said so. post-swsh they all split up and go either researching legends at the crown tundra or training at the dojo on the isle of armour: victor, casey, hop, marnie and travis go to the isle of armour and henry, gloria, nabil, rosemary and bede go to the crown tundra!

Aster has been updated with a new look! And a job. And an updated backstory. Putting it all under the cut because it’s fucking long lmao
First up, not actually abandoning Aster’s original design, just giving her a new one to sort out the time and place for different scenarios I draw her in :)) little diagram below of the changes she undergoes over the course of around 5 years.
Tumblr media
The Backstory
Born and raised in Wyndon, Aster and her older brother grew up watching the city change and evolve around them at a rapid pace. This impacted both siblings in different ways — in Aster’s case she tends to find herself getting bored or frustrated if her surroundings stay the same for too long.
In childhood Aster was pretty shy, and struggled to bond with people outside of her family, preferring the company of pokemon to her classmates at school. Generally came across as a bit awkward and quiet but otherwise unassuming to her peers, while at home she could be very talkative and energetic.
Became interested in battling from a young age thanks to the general culture in Galar being very battle focussed, and used to dream of being a steel type gym leader, just like Peony watched a lot of his matches on TV throughout her childhood
Taking part in the gym challenge at 14 years old made her reassess this ambition, however. She enjoyed the battles, sure, but the extra attention gained from doing well in the challenge made her uncomfortable. Once people started recognising her in the streets she decided that no matter how far she got, she would not get involved with the league afterwards. Aster did not want to lose out on personal privacy and it made her very anxious feeling like there were eyes on her at all times. Changed her plans to using the prize money she saved over the course of the challenge for travelling.
Then she made it to the finals. And beat Leon. It was a very close match, basically a draw, but out of their respective last pokemon standing, Leon’s Charizard was the first to hit the ground. So Aster won.
Within two weeks of assuming her new role of champion, Aster quit. Giving zero notice to the league, she packed her bags and left the region for Kalos after giving her family a brief goodbye. The league was not happy with this development.
Her disappearance resulted in a bit of a media frenzy for a few weeks, and Leon got his position as champion reinstated. Chairman Rose decided to sweep things under the rug by way of claiming the championship fight was actually a tie so this was all just a big mix up, actually.
After half a year in Kalos, her next move was to visit Paldea, where she met a Naranja-Uva student named Pecha, and some of her family (belonging to @peachsodama ). The two girls became close friends and would stay in touch after Aster left the region to visit other parts of the world.
Spent the next few years exploring different regions before coming to Unova at 20 years old. After about six months seeing what the region had to offer she took a liking to Unova, and moved to Nacrene city, living with a friend she met in her travels, and getting a job at the daycare on Route 3.
Nearly a decade after leaving Galar she made her return at 22 years old to take part in the Galarian Star Tournament at Leon’s invitation.
Her personality has changed significantly over the 10 years since she left Galar. Constant travelling forced her to interact with total strangers far more frequently than if she stayed in Galar. While some interactions were negative, overall she became more comfortable with socialising. Actively enjoying it, even.
Aster’s battling style has loosened up considerably along with her personality. As she commands her pokemon she moves in time with them, as if dancing along to the rhythm of the battle. Almost got banned from Gear Station for jumping around a train car in the middle of a battle when she first arrived in Unova.
Miscellaneous info
Born into a family of flying taxi cabbies on her father’s side, at least one person every generation grows up to be one — family has a tradition of each child receiving a Rookidee as their first pokemon when they’re around 5 years old. In part so if they too become a cabbie they have a partner they trust and know inside and out, but mostly to ensure the kids in the family are used to being around pokemon and learn to treat them with respect from a young age.
The gifted Rookidee is also the offspring of the parent’s Corviknight — Aster’s family values their ties and connections to one another and having your first pokemon being connected to your parent’s is a nice sentiment.
Loves movies. While travelling, Aster would sneak into cinemas to see new movies, and once settled in Unova she got to work building a DVD collection.
Her Perrserker, Muffin, was a runt Aster found abandoned out in the wild when she first started her gym challenge. She took him to a pokemon centre, and raised him into her ace. He’s a tough little man now :))
Aster’s team has three main stays — Muffin, Mango and Goji. These are her guys who carried her through most of her gym challenge and haven’t left her side since. The other three slots in her party get rotated out often so she can give equal amounts of love to her other pokemon
The fourth party slot is usually taken up by her Carkol, Treacle, during work hours though.
Aster’s job at the daycare is primarily taking care of and hatching eggs trainers don’t want to collect, then raising the newborn pokemon until they can be released or given a new home with a suitable trainer. She also assists in handling particularly rowdy and aggressive pokemon when necessary.
Daycare wages, while consistent, are not the highest, so Aster supplements her income by visiting Black Tower on her days off when she needs the money. She makes some extra cash and her team get to battle tough opponents, they have a great time
Really dislikes using social media. Finds it super tedious, so the best way to stay in touch is just by texting her lol.
Despite loving cat pokemon of all kinds, the Kantonian and Alolan Meowth lines just rub her the wrong way. She just thinks the Galarian variety are much better cats.
Has multiple scars on her body that have accumulated over the years, most are from minor accidents during her travels or getting a bit carried away while playing with her team.

Bean hails from the Galar Region, with her hometown being in Wedgehurst. As a child she participated in the Galarian feat known as the Gym Challenge and faced off with the various Gym Leaders within the region. Now that her skills have improved and she can hold her own in a Pokemon battle, Bean is training with her old opponents in order to become the first one to open a Dual-Type gym within Galar, claiming that a need of more variety and throwing curve-balls at the participants within the Gym Challenge was needed and so she worked to open a Dual-Type Gym at the heart of the Slumbering Weald.
During her Gym Challenge pre-game test, the Gym Challenger is required to catch 5 Pokemon using only an Electric Type or a Water Type to battle. If the Gym Challenger does not have either typing on their team, they can choose between using a Mudkip or a Dedenne in order to complete the test. The testing arena is set up almost like a hamster maze, but is also underwater. The challenger must catch all 5 Pokemon and make their way to the end before making it to the end of the maze, and only then will be allowed to proceed to battle her directly.
Out of all other Gym Leaders, Bean gets along with Milo the best. They both have the same fondness for treating Pokemon well and ensuring they're healthy and happy. The Gym Leader that she headbutts with the most (figuratively) would be Melony's son, Gordie.
During the chaos caused by Chairman Rose, Bean ensured that Wedgehurst wasn't left unattended while other towns such as Motostoke and Chirchester were being aided by their respective Gym Leaders due to the Pokemon in the surrounding areas randomly Dynamaxing.

Old Friends, New Battles (Leon x F!Reader)
Rating: Mature/Explicit
Summary: Your best friend’s duties as the Chairman of Galar's Pokémon league have taken priority in his life, and you miss him. So, you decide to pay him a visit. Things don’t go according to plan, but in the best way possible.
Author's Note: Edited one last time. Now featuring the Charizard Pose(tm)!!
I hope you all enjoy the final product, despite the v gratuitous and slightly ooc Leon! :’) Keep in mind, MC is NOT supposed to be Gloria or Victor!! And she is in her 20s/roughly Leon’s age
Please let me know what you think, and take care! x
Give it some love on ao3!
The Battle Tower: The former Champion of Galar’s soaring glory, right at the heart of Wyndon. Tall, shiny, and easy as cheri berry pie to find. Even easier to navigate internally, being that there’s no winding hallways or finicky stairwells to get lost in. Perfect for someone who’s bad with navigation! Perfect for Leon.
You’ve been lifelong friends with Leon, attached at the hip and unconditionally loving supporting one another since childhood. It’s pretty common knowledge too, now, given his time in the public eye. Arceus, it took you guys months after his grand victory to get reporters off your backs.
Headlines everywhere speculated what you were to him, calling you the Galarian Queen, the Champion’s Champion, and so on. Paparazzi took pictures of the two of you relaxing with one another in cafes, walking side by side through the city, even just sitting together and idly scrolling through your rotom phones on the train. Trainers and Challengers envied you, ladies and gaydies feared you. It was only once you defeated him and became the new Champion of the Galar region that people laid off. Somehow, your win shifted the general public opinion from “Ooo, they’re totally dating!” to “Wow, they must’ve trained together!” You don’t get it, but it’s whatever.
It’s not like you minded that people thought you two were together. But only because you wanted to be a good friend, and ease Leon’s stress by not making a big deal about it! Of course!
When Leon was the Champion, he barely had time for you friends. You two hung out every chance you could, but ex-Chairman Rose had put a ton on Leon’s plate.
Now, Leon’s the Chairman.
Your best friend is your boss.
And he lets you do anything you want.
You’ve used some of your prize money to travel around Galar and catch up with old friends. Professor Sonia and her new assistant Hop are killing it as researchers. Marnie, the new Gym Leader at Spikemuth, is more powerful than ever; and Piers is still the adorably caring guardian and older brother he’s always been for her, because why wouldn’t he be? And of course, Bede is still a little shit, albeit he’s now a little shit that’s being progressively humbled by Gym Leader Opal’s vigorous training.
After that, you traveled back up to Wyndon, taking the long way through all the Wild Areas and side roads to train up your Pokémon. Can’t hurt to get them stronger, if you want to keep on being the Champion.
But now… fuck. Now what?
The Battle Tower: Chairman Leon’s soaring glory, right at the heart of your new home city, Wyndon. Tall, like Leon. Shiny, like Leon’s winning smile. Sweet as a cheri berry pie, just like Leo– wait. No.
All this thinking about Leon the Battle Tower made you realize something. You’ve never actually utilized the Battle Tower. What better way to train and see Leon than to join in on the fun?
From what you’ve gathered via Leon’s stories of his new career, every time you’re about to tier up in the tower’s own mini-league of sorts, you’ll face off against him. The only way to actually tier up is to beat him in a battle, which sounds simple since you’ve done it before. The issue is, you can only bring three Pokémon, you can’t use potions or revives, and each Pokémon can only hold one item. If your Pokémon is too overpowered, its level is temporarily scaled down, for fairness.
You knew what you were up against when you were just a Challenger, but this is a whole new and nerve-wracking experience for you. Then again, when have you ever turned down a challenge? Your fiery passion and competitiveness as a Pokémon trainer is what brought you this far, after all. It’s one of the reasons you and Leon have gotten on so well for all this time too.
With your new goal in mind, you trek along the outskirts of Wyndon, scavenging for items that’ll be of use as well as battling enough to raise your Pokémons’ stats. You manage to trade with some other trainers you come across too, giving them wishing pieces or pearls or whatever in exchange for items and moves that’ll help your team. After a short week or so, and with a little research, you decide it’s finally time to enter the fight… but you found something interesting in your studies that’s giving you pause.
Because of the mysterious and intense nature of his tower, Leon holds a strict no-rotoms policy once you enter the elevator. If you have one on you, it’s imperative that you give it to a staff member until your departure from the vicinity. Leon prefers people don’t talk about their experiences within the tower in detail either, and for the most part, that’s respected.
Someone snuck their rotom in, though. And this someone leaked a video of their battle with Leon. They’re one of the rare trainers with a dynamax band, meaning both sides’ Pokémon were able to go all-out. The poster lost, but it looked like they put up an immaculate fight. You can’t help but wonder if they’ll become a Challenger and take you on, someday.
You’d watched the footage plenty before it got taken down, despite how dirty it felt. Like you were cheating, almost. But eh, whatever. It truly was helpful to figure out Leon’s current fighting style, as well as the style of his opponent. You wonder if all the Battle Tower competitors fight in such a fashion.
Something that’s been reluctantly lingering in your mind though, despite how much you want to focus on the battle you saw, is how good your best friend looked.
You feel like a dumbass for focusing on something so trivial, but Arceus, he looked hot out there. Maybe it’s ‘cause you miss him outside of your almost-daily texts. Maybe it’s ‘cause he’s gotten better looking. Who fuckin’ knows, dude? Not you. Not like it matters anyway. It’s just a dumb little crush.
A dumb little crush that’s haunted you for… well over a decade. Ugh.
In the footage, Leon sported a red, caped suit jacket, tight tan dress pants, and black boots. No hat, which is a normal sight for you, but it had the public quakin’ in their boots. According to various forum-goers, Leon wears the same outfit at work every day. It’s his new “default” look, now that he’s retired the Champion jersey and corny, regal cape.
Since you’ll be seeing him again – and surprising him, too – you try to think of the ways you can make your ~grand reveal~ more interesting, since he’s gotten more interesting. You think of your previous pranks on one another. None would really work in the tower’s setting, because of how strict regulations understandably are in there. You think of something you can say that might dazzle him or whatever, but nothing comes to mind. You’ve been boring lately. You think of his time as Champion, translated into the beginning of your own reign… oh, that’s it!
The first time he saw you in your Champion uniform, he thought it was hilarious. You’d worn his clothes in the past, for spontaneous sleepovers and rainy day emergencies. But you’d never worn his uniform (he kept it strictly off-limits), and never owned the same outfit as him before that. He reveled in how dorky you two looked, walking around while wearing the same shit sans his “crown” from head to toe. He kept giving you dopey compliments, like, “Hey, nice jersey, where can I get one like that?” and so on.
It was so fucking corny. Infuriating after a little, honestly.
But it was adorable the way he beamed at you for no reason every here and there, and it’s a funny memory to look back on, and you’ll be damned if you don’t try and get that reaction out of him again.
So, it’s decided! You stop at a boutique the afternoon of your first tower appointment, purchase a replica of his Champion jersey (on clearance, which is nice), in his size to add to the effect. Stopping home to change, you pair it with tall white ribbon socks and plain black trainers, skipping any sort of pants. Don't want 'em, don’t need ‘em! His shirt size is basically a dress on your shorter form anyway. With that, you head off.
It’s a tough first few battles, but being the current reigning Champion comes with its privileges. For example, a few people were so taken aback by the concept of battling you that they practically let you win. You were bothered when whole adults did it, but took it easy on the occasional kid that showed up all starstruck. When the battles didn’t turn out so poorly, though, you had a blast. It’s the first true adrenaline rush you’ve had since the Finals, and you decide to make training here a more regular occurrence.
Finally, the time comes to battle Leon. You stand in the center of the floor, back straight, Pokéball in hand and clasped within the other behind your back. You want to keep a serious facade, but slip up once the door across the room slides open, revealing your opponent.
Leon takes a few steps, and once he processes who he’s about to face, he yells “Whoa, holy shit!” and breaks out into a sprint towards you. Both of you have goofy smiles plastered on your faces as he slams into you for a hug, picking you up and squeezing the crap out of you.
“Dude, stop!” you strain, laughing through the pain of your back being cracked like a walnut. He’s still as strong as ever.
“I’m so happy to see you,” he giggles, large hands still cupped onto your shoulders. “How are you doi–” he cuts himself off, face freezing as he notices what you’re wearing. You stifle another laugh as he scans your body. He sternly says your name.
“Hm?”
“What the fuck is this?” he asks, although it comes out more like a statement.
“What the fuck is what?” You snort back a chuckle, watching him watch you.
When his eyes raise to meet yours again, your own eyes widen. There’s something sinister about the way he’s looking at you now. His laugh has turned into a proud and cocky smirk, and he’s squinting down at you through long lashes and dilated pupils. Oh Arceus, why is this hot?! He hums inquisitively, and before you can ask what’s up, he turns and walks towards his place on the field, letting Inteleon free from its ball mid-stride.
You note to yourself how much more muscular he’s gotten since you’ve last seen him in person. You didn’t feel it up close, but the way his suit clings to the curvature of his arms is making you feel some sorta way.
“Wait, we’re starting already?!” you laugh, cheeks flaring with heat as your brain snaps back to the reality of your situation.
“You’ll get hit with a water pledge in about 5 seconds if you don’t ready your first Pokémon, Champ!”
With that, you begin your usual pre-battle ritual: You shake your head to rattle out any nerves, hop and roll your shoulders a few times, and finally, you pitch out your beloved Umbreon and begin.
_______________
Leon kicked your ass.
You were too distracted by how good he looks to fight to your full potential. Well, that and that look he gave you before the competition began.
Like, what was that?
Both of you are breathing heavy through the thick air as you stand opposite from one another. Sweat clings your new jersey to your body in weird ways, and Leon’s bangs are threatening to stick to his forehead. He ties his hair back into a high ponytail, and you follow his lead, noticing the way your own tresses are plastered to your neck and temples.
“I know that wasn’t the best you’ve got, mate!” he taunts. He strides towards you, shaking his head and glaring menacingly despite his wide smirk. “You think this is some kind of game?” Leon asks, crouching as much as he needs to with his hands on his thighs, to match your eye level. “You already took my title, now you think you can just waltz in here looking like me and run me out of my own tower, too?”
The corner of your mouth quirks up as you try to ready a snarky reply, but he continues.
“You know I don’t go easy on anyone,” he mutters, punctuating the end of the sentence with your name.
He’s never talked to you like this before. Something about the way your name lulled out of his mouth brings a new heat to your belly. Sure you’ve shared angry quarrels and bull-headed debates, but he’s never really had such an obvious fire in his eyes. You didn’t notice it in the video that one trainer captured, and you’ve definitely never noticed it in your own battles against one another. Not even during your title match.
“I-I’m just a little distracted today, I guess,” you stutter out when his gaze doesn’t falter.
He bites his lip as he studies your face, and you look down, as if a mild tilt would cover up the pink bulbs of your cheeks. You wonder nervously if it’s obvious how this new treatment is making you feel. When you glance up, you see his eyes flickering down your form again, drinking in the way your jersey that’s also kinda his jersey folds along your curves. You suck in a breath and look down again when he catches you staring at him, staring at you. He stands up straight and wraps around to your left, slinging a heavy right arm over your shoulders.
“You were my last battle for today,” he announces with a deep sigh, nodding towards the door “Let’s get outta here.”
The two of you make small talk as he leads you a few floors down. Yes, you read that correctly – Leon led you somewhere, and he knew where he was going! You’re so proud!
As you two ease into conversation, the butterfrees dissipate from your stomach. This is the Leon you’re used to. This is comfortable. It’s not confusing. It’s not sexy well like it totally is but like it’s easier to ignore when Leon is being Leon and not whatever the fuck that incubus back there was. It’s goofy and cozy and friendly and sarcastic and you missed it.  Not that you were complaining about that other stuff… This is more familiar.
He’s bringing you to the locker rooms to freshen up before you two head out. ‘Cause you both reek. The facilities here are mainly used by staff, he says, but they’re rarely used at all by anyone other than him. It’s rare that the staff really need anywhere to change or store things, being that their work is so sedentary – although, he’s trying to change that. He wants them to get more involved! He has no plans to abandon his dreams of making Galarians the greatest Pokémon trainers in the world. You smile as he reassures you of it, and you believe with 100% certainty that he truly can achieve that.
When the two of you enter the locker rooms, you’re in awe of how pristine it is. Locker rooms are a weird thing to get excited over, but you’d be surprised by how many of them are just tiny lil’ sweatboxes. This is like a frickin’ spa, amidst a bunch of abnormally large lockers. Leon-sized lockers. Wyndon Stadiums’ changing room, the most clean and efficient locker room you’ve ever entered, doesn’t hold a candle to this.
Once you’re done voicing how cool it is in here, and once Leon’s done teasing you over how nerdy you sound, you head off to look for the showers. But little did you know that Leon was following you… At least until you thunk against cold metal. Leon’s got you trapped – your back against a probably vacant locker, and his arms on either side of you. He has that look in his eyes again.
“W-what’s up?”
“Why are you wearing my jersey?”
You give him a shit-eating grin, and despite your racing heart, you’re able to manage a sassy answer to match your face. “Technically, it’s not your jersey,” you prod. “It’s just got your numbers on it.”
His eyes narrow more, and so does the gap between you. “You went out and got a duplicate of my jersey… in my size?”
Refusing to give up your bravery, you nod, a smirk still present on your face. “Yeah. Just got it today. Ya like it?”
He breathes deeply, looking annoyed, but with a hint of amusement there. “I do,” Leon admits, his voice gravelly. “But why?”
“A lady can’t show some support for her predecessor?”
“Sure she can,” He chuckles. “But I need a real answer, please.” He waits for you to reply with raised brows and thinned lips.
“…To get a reaction out of you.”
“To get a reaction out of me.” You nod. “What kind of reaction?”
“I thought it would be more along the lines of the one you had when I started wearing my own Champion uniform,” you answer, “not… whatever this is.”
“Do you know what this is?” he growls.
You answer honestly, “Still trying to figure that out.” Well, it’s at least half honest.
You’re starting to get the idea, given his overall demeanor today and now this, that he feels the same things you’re feeling right now.
He sighs your name, sounding almost disappointed. “I know you’re smart enough to figure out what this is. You’re a clever woman.” His eyes pan from yours, to your lips, and back up, making your heart skip a beat. “I don’t doubt that your initial idea was to get a cheeky laugh out of me…” His voice softens, “But I haven’t seen you in weeks. Over a month, at least. You’re my best friend, but you’re also the most beautiful person I’ve ever met, and you show up to my tower looking like this?”
Your eyes widen at his pseudo-confession. You know he thinks you’re cute, as you’ve both tossed plenty of looks-oriented compliments at each other before. But you always thought it was in a friendly sorta way.  He’s never called you beautiful or anything. Your face feels like it’s been fire blasted by a charizard, and Leon’s cheeks are looking a little pink too.
A moment passes.
And then another.
And then a wave of courage overtakes you, so you act on it.
“So… you want me to take it off?” you whisper, your hands finding the hem of your jersey, and slowly beginning to lift it up.
You’ve seen each other naked before. You both needed to strip down to bathe while you camped together back in the day. But that was just pals being friends, doing what you needed to do to stay healthy in the Wild Area. This is much, much different.
You wonder briefly if the distance that’s grown between you two as his new duties took priority is the reason there’s such a newfound tension, right now.
But that thought is cut short when Leon’s gaze on you darkens and his hands cup around your cheeks and his lips crash down into yours. Arceus.
You let out a surprised squeak, but quickly adjust to the situation at hand, melting into his touch. Abandoning your grip on your shirt, you cling onto his jacket instead. He deepens the kiss, and you loosen your clutch, opting to rub lightly up and down his chest. You could swear you felt him shiver a little at the motion.
Leon’s always had a powerful aura about him, but he’s been known for being a gentle giant of sorts. Behind closed doors he can be an absolute nuisance, but that’s something only people dear to him – like you – know. And besides, he counteracts it by being… a genuinely amazing guy.
That being said, it catches you by surprise when his fingers find your neck and he squeezes. You can still breathe, but the restricted airflow is intoxicating as your vision is tickled with little stars. A soft moan slips out of you and you feel him smile against you before pulling back. He looks down at you like you’re his prey. As if he’s drinking in the sight of you, flustered and shivering beneath him, wearing his hands like a necklace. As if it’s something he’s imagined doing before.
He dips down again, kissing the corner of your mouth, then nibbling your jawline, and then removing one hand off your neck just to replace it with his teeth.
In between love bites, he purrs, “Do you have any idea how long I’ve wanted to do this?”
His tongue swipes a sensitive spot, prompting another moan. One of your hands finds his ponytail and you absentmindedly play with his hair to self-soothe. You shake your head in response to his question, not knowing he felt this way at all until today.
“I always kept my jersey off-limits for borrowing for this exact reason…” You never would’ve expected Leon to be kinky about something like that. It’s so hot. “And you just waltzed in here wearing practically nothing but it.” His head comes back up to level with you, but his eyes quickly trail to your lips. Leaning in until his lips graze yours, he murmurs, “You’re a real piece of work, you know that?”
You’re both smiling now as you go in for another kiss. As if his last sentence made the both of you realize that you two aren’t just lusting after anyone, you’re lusting after your best friend.
You know each other better than anyone else. You’ll be able to figure out each other’s bodies so easily just from being so familiar with each other’s preferences and reactions… even just from being comfortable enough around each other to always openly communicate how you feel. None of what’s happening now feels awkward, and neither of you are worried about your friendship being ruined by it, because your bond has always gone so strong. Why would this put a screw in things?
You deepen the kiss with a widened mouth, gently sucking his tongue as your hands trail down his body, toying with the waist of his pants. “If I’d known I’d get this reaction out of you,” you lilt, cupping his length through the fabric, “I would’ve worn your jersey years ago.” You feel him twitch beneath your touch.
You’re about to strip away the cloth between your hand and his cock – which is gigantic when it’s hard, apparently, good lord – when he cups his hands around your thighs and lifts you, wrapping your legs around his waist and pinning you against the lockers. You quietly curse to yourself at the feeling of your cores making contact like this, but your pleasure is interrupted by a stifled giggle from the Chairman.
Your foreheads are pressed together, but he won’t look you in the eye.
He’s up to something.
“Are you ready to have a cha–”
“For fuck’s sake, Lee, don’t say it…” you whine.
“A Champion time?”
“Leon,” you scold his name in the same way you’d scold a Pokémon doing something naughty. You still laugh, though. He’s chuckling against you, his laugh rumbling from his chest into your own as he plops his head into your shoulder. “You’re literally the worst.”
“I’m great.”
“You’re not even the Champion anymore.”
His head shoots back up, and he still looks like he’s in a silly and goofy mood, aside from his eyes boring into you like he wants to ravage you as punishment for saying that. He’s probably conflicted on how to feel about this. Does he take the insult to heart, or will he brush it off? Whatever. If it means Leon’ll be more rough with you, then maybe you should taunt him more.
One of his hands finds your throat again, and he squeezes harder than previously. You groan and roll your eyes shut, and he whispers against your earlobe, “At least I’m not a bottom bitch.”
It was supposed to be a cheeky roast, but instead, his words turn you on more. Arceus, you really are such a bottom bitch! You’d laugh if you could, but instead you just smile, drinking in the pleasurable pain of mild asphyxiation.
Once he lets go and you’re able to use your words, you suggest that you do this stuff in the showers. Two pidoves with one stone, and all that. He agrees, but rather than putting you down, Leon opts to just carry you there.
“I can walk, you know.”
“But you’re fun to toss around.”
That shuts you right up.
From the moment you two enter the small, sauna-like capsule – The showers have their own rooms, rather than being tiny little stalls here! This place rocks. – you begin stripping one another. You point out that Leon’s gotten more buff since you last saw him, poking at his abs while he flexes them for show. You also admit that you were very much ogling at him because of this during your battle, but he already knew. Damn.
As soon as the two of you are fully naked, you can’t keep your hands off of each other.
“Hey, these have grown since I last saw them!” he points out, massaging your boobs with both hands.
You snort and swat him away, turning the water on after. “I’d hope so,” you laugh, “We were barely adults the last time you saw them.”
“Your boobs will always have a special place in my heart, you know,” he teases. “They were the first ones I saw in person.”
“How sweet,” you sarcastically enthuse. “Now get down here so I can kiss you or something.”
He obliges before lifting you up again, just to seat you on the bench below the showerhead. Feeling Leon’s bare chest in this context is weird. Not in a bad way, by any means. It’s just… different. You feel his muscles ripple below your palms as he tugs you closer to him, perfectly aligning his cock with your entrance.
“Mmmf!” You moan into his mouth at the contact, embarrassed by how easily the tip threatens to slide in.
Leon pulls back, his face beaming with a devilish pride. “Mother of Arceus, you’re wet.”
“Shut up.” You cover your face, feeling bashful.
“How often do you get this wet for me?” he muses softly, teasing the tip of his penis along your folds. Making you want to scream.
He removes your hands from your face with one of his, and pins your wrists above you. You bite down hard on your bottom lip, a poor attempt to quell the lewd mewls Leon’s drawing out.
“How many times have you touched yourself, wishing it was your Champion doing the work for you instead?” he prods, despite you not having answered his previous question.
The sounds of water pattering against the floor and your skin, Leon’s heavy breathing, and your heady whines fill the small room. It sounds disgusting, but like, in a good way. You pity the poor staff member that might have to walk past you two and hear all this.
You feel so delectably small writhing beneath Leon, while he admires you like a damn trophy. His pupils are blown wide as he takes in the sight of you, almost-silently muttering something about how perfect you look. Finally, he slips the head past your entrance, proceeding slowly while you both adjust to each other’s sizes. You moan in unison, and he scans you for consent to start moving. After a few short moments, you nod, desperate to feel more of him.
“Fuck, you’re way too tight, mate,” he groans endearingly, steadily picking up speed.
Chuckling amidst your moans, you force out, “Maybe you’re just too big, Has-been.” You learned earlier that your bratty nature brings out a new side of Leon, and you want to see more of it.
Your plan goes swimmingly. Leon’s award-winning smile is on full display as he laughs, but there’s something hellish in the way his brows furrow above his narrowing eyes. He tightens his grip on your side, nails threatening to dig through your skin, as he slams into you.
“Holy fuck, Lee!”
You begin slipping, and noticing the scrunched-up position you’re being forced into with each movement, Leon repositions so that you can lay down fully.
You cheekily thank him for the gentlemanly behavior, to which he responds with a firm slap to your tit.
You moan out in surprise as he latches his hand around it, pounding into you harder again now that you’re comfortable. He smiles at the positive response, and repeats the action, prompting the same one again.
“You like that, princess?” he purrs, making your stomach do a flip. Fuck, that was so cool.
“Princess?” you strain out, starry-eyed and reveling in the new nickname.
“Ahah~,” he pauses to curse your name under his breath, “you’re more like a queen now, I guess.”
“N-no I– fuck!– I prefer princess, actually.”
Leon laughs at your effort to talk, bending down to give you a sweet forehead kiss. As if he isn’t ravaging your lower half right now. “Good, so do I,” he agrees. “My filthy fucking princess,” he lilts.
“Oh Arceus mate, that’s so hot,” you half-giggle and half-moan.
“I can tone it down, if you want,” he mumbles, stifling a chuckle. “I can, like…” He sits up and slowly, as if wanting you to stop him, begins to morph into his signature Charizard pose.
”Lee for the love of all that is holy do NOT—“
He thrusts into you as he snaps into formation, and you’re disappointed by how good it feels. Leon’s chest vibrates as he holds back his laughter, while you nearly cackle him right out of you. Your companion’s nose scrunches with laughter as he turns his face towards you again, readjusting as to not be completely ejected.
The conversation falters, and you comfortably focus on each other instead. He toys with your nipples and you with his, discovering that you’re both only kinda into that. He knows now that you’re into being choked and slapped at, but you find out soon enough that he definitely isn’t. Fine by you, since it means you don’t have to do as much work. He is into having his hair pulled, though, but he retracts it after discovering that you do too. He won’t let you touch his amethyst tresses anymore. At least not this time.
He roughly flips you over, flinging your body as though you weigh nothing. Both of your legs are slotted between his now, one of his kneeled beside you for support and the other planted on the tile ground. Leon has you face down, booty up. Old faithful.
Having had very few sexual partners prior to this, you’ve never been with somebody this big... So it’s only natural that such a deep-reaching position would feel so much more intense than before. The noises you’re making are animalistic, and he’s adoring every second of it. Leon does you the favor of tugging your head up by the ponytail with one hand and choking you with the other. You reward him by thrusting your hips back into his, not only making his job easier but heightening the pleasure for both of you.
“Shit, just like that,” he growls, demanding that you move faster consequently.
It’s only a matter of time before you’re both reaching your limits. Leon removes his grip from your soaked hair and relocates the respective hand to the small of your back. He moans your name like a prayer, nails deliciously carving into the skin of your throat as he approaches his climax. The added pain is like a dopamine hit, leaving you blissfully apathetic to the marks Leon’s adorning you with.
“H-how close are you?” he grunts, “I’ll never live it down if you don’t finish first.”
You grin back at him over your shoulder, knowing he’s right, but not confirming nor denying anything. “Harder, Lee,” you moan. “Please, I’m so fucking close!”
Both hands move to grip your ass, and he takes full control, bouncing you against his hips with a second wind to finish the two of you off. As fate would have it, you manage to cum together. Aww. Once you’re both finished, he collapses atop your back, squishing you against the bench. You giggle as you try to squirm him off of you, and he suddenly gives up, realizing that he just came inside you.
“Oh no–”
“You’re good,” you wave him off. “I’m still on birth control.”
“Oh thank Arceus.”
He pulls out and helps you up atop wobbly legs, guiding you to the soap so you can actually freshen up now. The two of you chat as you bathe together, catching up a little more in-depth than your usual texting allows. Enthusing one another about cool Pokémon you encountered, and whatnot. It’s just like old times.
Once you’re both done and wrapped up in towels, you exit the shower room and sit on the bench nearer to Leon’s locker.
“We should probably talk about, uh…” he gestures between the two of you as he falters, “Us. Or something.”
“Yeup,” you agree with a nod. “Can we grab takeout or something, first? I’m starving.”
“Good call,” he answers, scruffing his hair dry with a towel. “Paldean sound okay?” he asks, peaking at you adorably through the fabric.
You groan with pleasure, “Please.”
“Arceus,” he laughs, “That sounds so weird now.”
“You sound so weird always!”
“Speak for yourself, Champ,” he taunts, proceeding to pitch up his voice and imitate your moans. You swat at his pec, he swats your boob back, and the two of you proceed to smackdown at one another for a few seconds like a bunch of feral rhyperiors.
“I forfeit,” you announce, standing up to change. “Do you have anything I can borrow? My jersey probably stinks.”
With a dastardly grin, Leon pulls his actual Champion jersey out from his locker. And you proceed to wear the shit out of it as you two eat food, talk about your feelings, and roam each other’s bodies some more.
