Sadly, I didn't think to do this in time for Eponaliâ, Sonnassodion (the Winter Solstice), and the beginning of Hanukkah, and it's early for some of these, but:
Some words I constructed that hopefully may be useful. Some of the forms are based on Irish terms and some on Welsh terms. Also, I used two different spelling conventions for variety.
More additions. More changes. Still lots of nerdy linguistic background information. Finally added a section about Rûnou̯egiâs (the equivalent of Bindrunes). Added links to more sources.
Mini-altar dedicated to Đîronâ/Sîronâ because I've been having a lot of sinus pressure + broken teeth pain. Appropriately, the incense is raat rani ("night queen").
Full disclosure: I've only seen the first movie so far, but I thought translating these titles into Gaulish would be a fun challenge.
("Terror at Lake Blood-fart")
Obnos ad Lacû Crouobrammanî
Crouobrogiû
Crouoriccî
("Return to Lake Blood-fart")
Trogî ad Lacum Crouobramman
Crouobrogiom
Crouoriccim
(I did three because the Celtic languages have apparently all had a variety of words for "fart" over the years. All three Gaulish words I've used [bramman, brogios, and riccâ] all have cognates in Proto-Celtic and Goidelic and Brythonic languages.)
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if you see this floating around somewhere (and you probably have or will), it's 100% fake. Totally made up. Honestly, that probably goes for half (if not more) of anything you see with the word "Celtic" attached to it.
New album. Very dark, 9 tracks, about 25 minutes, many genres, many instruments (including a spear). 10 second samples in video. Link to full album below.
