I hadn't even realized AGDQ was on at the moment; but I just got a recommendation for a video of a guy speedrunning a game with his dog. Like, the guy's trained the dog to press buttons on command, but the dog is the one who's actually pressing the buttons.
BRB, starting an argument about whether the run in question should be classified as a "two players, one controller" exhibition, or as a human player using a dog as an input device.

“Orphanclip¹ is kind of complicated to explain. You see, if we push all the orphans into the exact right spot, then drop the landmine and perform a series of frame perfect inputs, their ragdolling bodies with push us just far enough through the barrier to-“
“While you’re pushing those orphans, do you have time for some donations?”
“Uh. Sure. I guess.”
“We have $35 from 0rfanB0mber saying ‘orphanclip HYYYYYPE!’”
HYYYYYPE chants erupt from the crowd
“We have $20 from GigaDoggo saying ‘Pet! those! orphans!’ Next we have an anonymous $5000 donation that says ‘I lost my wife and brother to cancer last year. I’ll never get them back but thanks to charities like this other people won’t suffer the same loss’”
*landmine explodes, orphan viscera coats the screen*
“And finally we have a $5 donation asking chat to start a $5 orphan train choo choo!”
“Oh piss² I missed the 23rd consecutive 1-frame Orphanclip input, I was sure I could nail that on stage. Oh shit, sorry I swore.”
“While you’re setting up the clip again, do you have time for some donations?”
¹The Orphanclip would become a fan favorite glitch. At later GDQs, because the any% route of StreetSlayer: Blood of the Weak would reroute to skip it entirely, it would later become a $600,000 donation incentive to add a bonus “Orphanclip%” run. They would also sell official GDQ merch depicting the Orphanclip
²The speedrunner would later receive a permanent GDQ ban for swearing

301 Players Banned In One Day
FIJMU News 11-3-22 by Ledbetter Q. Yarnblob
Today’s GDPF (Games Done Pretty Fast) event was marred by what may be the worst instance of cheating in video game history.
Event organizer David Dreidel first noticed that something was amiss when one player’s screen displayed compression artifacts that could not have been generated by the NES system the player was supposedly using. Said Dreidel, “He was clearly playing along to pre-recorded video, which might have been altered or entirely generated to display a good high score run.”
But it didn’t end there by a long shot. As the competitive run was paused to examine the player’s cheat, other players were reviewed and caught using Game Genies, Game Sharks, and Game Toasters. Other hacks found from other players included the use of banned turbo buttons, code manipulations, a Sega Genesis, and in one case, a remote player controlling the competition NES with a radio broadcast from a location traced to the Svalbard archipelago. Still, the revelations were not yet over.
Several players had scores over 30,000,000, which is not possible with a score cap of 28,880,000 points. Another player was finishing level 48 when the pause took place, in the 32 level game. “That was when we realized the scope of the cheating,” said Dreidel, “When we checked to see how many levels there were in Super Sushi Pinball, we found that the game had never actually been released on the NES system. It was cancelled in 1989 before its debut.”
Indeed, Super Sushi Pinball was not only never released, but never completed or even developed beyond its initial pitch to Nintendo. Dreidel began to review how the players even registered at the event given that they were all playing a nonexistent game. He found, to his dismay, that none of them were ever registered. Indeed, 301 people had just entered the building without permission, set up real and fake NES consoles, and began playing, faking, or cheating at the game that did not actually exist. Once banned, they all left and were never seen again.
But the worst was yet to come. Dreidel began to review the applications and found that not only had their paperwork been lost, but the office print shop where he got the paperwork printed had no record of him printing anything there, ever. It was then that he noticed his hand had gone transparent. As he faded away into oblivion, he came to understand that neither he nor his event ever existed, but were merely the demented joke of a fake fact blogger who couldn’t think of an ending for his post and got all “meta” and shit.
Completing the gag for a late night post, the author breathed a sigh in accomplishment, hit post, and did himself cease to exist.
