I have this kind because you can easily go online to modify it if needed. There’s a QR code on the back that the person scans to get your Info. Also you can set it up to be notified for if and when someone scans it.

Love my new #MyID band for my #GearSport so I will no longer have to wear a separate medical ID!! @getmyid thank you for amazing products.
