Marvel revives "Giant-Size" comics for 50th anniversary of the format

Marvel Comics' "Giant-Size" Celebration Continues with "Giant-Size Fantastic Four"

2024 will see many new Giant-Size one-shots to celebrate the anniversary of the first of the Giant-Size editions of Marvel Comics. These one-shots will also include backup reprints of key stories from Marvel's past. Following Spider-Man's Giant-Sized issue in January, Marvel has announced a Fantastic Four Giant-Sized issue for February.

Hailing from writer Fabian Nicieza and artist Creees Lee, Giant-Size Fantastic Four #1 will reveal a hidden secret about Atlantis in the form of Natlus. "Awakened after thousands of years, be there when this ancient ruler re-stakes his claim on the throne of Atlantis!

IMPERIUS REX! Namor is imprisoned, serving out his sentence as the disgraced King of Atlantis! So when a new yet ancient threat arises from the sea, who better to leap into the fray than Marvel’s First Family: the Fantastic Four!" (Marvel Comics) Giant-Size Fantastic Four #1's backup issue is Fantastic Four #33 from Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
