#giving up carbs forever is completely unrealistic given its my favorite thing to eat & i have a huge italian extended family#..but i am cutting it out severely starting today#carbs n sugar cause my moods to swing very erratically ive noticed and processed food directly impacts my depression#companies legitimately are fucking with us spiritually via processed and bioengineered foods#ive known this for a long time but it seems theyve ramped it up in the past couple years#when I eat whole and unprocessed i feel so stabilized and positive. need 2 not fall off the wagon
