I literally did a complete overall of my life. I was not happy with where I was living, who I was dating, my career, my personal appearance, my mental health etc. and had a come to Jesus moment. My life wasn’t bad before, not at all, but it was just not what I realized I wanted. I spent an entire afternoon thinking about my ideal life and then started writing down a plan and working backwards from there. If you’re talking about just physically, a lot of it is pretty self explanatory: skincare, body care, hair care, nails, high quality makeup, fine tuning your wardrobe, eating lots of protein/veggies/fruit/healthy fats, lots of water, vitamins & supplements, working out for at least 30 minutes every day, sauna, intermittent fasting. A lot of it was mental too though, if you don’t change your mentality you’ll continue to attract people and situations you no longer want. So meditation, therapy, journaling, etc. are all equally important. I changed my hair color slightly. Got a different haircut. Went to the doctor and got a full panel done (metabolism, thyroid, heart, fertility, vitamin deficiencies, etc.). Found out I was severely deficient in Vitamin D and have been taking supplements that have helped a lot. Watched my speech and how I talked about myself, avoiding crass language, using a softer tone. Correct posture and relaxed body language. Got some nice jewelry and accessories. Getting my eyebrows tinted & threaded was actually a game changer for me, I have extremely thick eyebrows and getting them snatched really worked out well. I’m in the process of getting some Invisalign/whitening done and that’s been a drastic improvement too. I get facials every month and am obsessed with Korean skincare. I tried lash lifts but I don’t like the maintenance so I just get them tinted when I get my brows done every couple of months. It’s a lot of work if you’re not used to doing these things or are coming out of a depression pit like I was but if you slowly integrate habits it will be a lot easier to maintain. It’s all connected, every little thing you can do to better yourself for the future will pay off eventually.

seriously considering getting wine drunk and showing up to my old stomping grounds and showing everybody how much i've glo'd up. but fuck pacific beach its just that my girls are going out there tn. i said i'll make an appearance lmao i really dont like leaving ob except for werk. i got a huge grease stain on my fav lounge outfit 😣 i'm actually torn up about it like so sad..... but i got to surf today i finally felt good enough about my tailbone and my scabs. and it was fine the surf was really good at the beginning and i got to try a couple fun moves. which is just sick to think about i really want the surf to be good but small waves so i can go to the pier and try my 7'2...... that thing is sick i could do some serious damage. hehe anyways i'm heartbroken like heart broke in half heart broken. like c'mon if i want to be a hot mom to beach boys who i teach to surf i need to meet my pacific islander husband now.......
