🥼 academics: attended class. i learned a lot doing this simulation with my class partner. he was really good at displaying aspects of therapeutic communication—i took mental notes for when i have to do patient interviews.
🥼 fitness: 10 min dumbbell workout, 10 min abs/thighs pilates, and took a walk 🌿
🥼 spiritual growth: journaled about life and priorities. i noticed that i naturally gravitate toward things that serve my peace—like finishing a task ahead of time or staying home to unwind. that’s my intuition. it’s not something i need to find outside of me. it’s always within and in the present.

🎀30 Day Glow Up Challenge 🎀 - day one
♡ Mindset : I’ve been reading “The Power Of One More” and honestly it is a life changing book I definitely recommend. The author did a interview with Jay Shetty and he immediately got me I found his book the same day lol. In the first chapter he speaks about how you have to let go of your past identity to get to who you truly want to be no amount of skills you learn and book you read will help if you don’t change your identity. In this 30 day glow up challenge I am working on the things I want to change to get closer to my higher self. I haven’t journaled in a long time and today I picked up my journal and journaled 3 things I’m grateful for. I forgot to say my affirmations sadly<333
♡ Health : I didn’t get to meal prep so I went to key foods and picked up lunch I kept it on track with my meal . Im so dedicated to getting to my best self before summer I want this body to be teaaaa lol. I don’t workout on Mondays and Fridays but I did a HIIT workout at home after work I felt so good after.
♡ Self Care : I applied my morning skin care products, I was so lazyyy to do my nightly skin care but I did it anyway which I’m proud of and I’ve been doing research on hydrafacials I def plan on getting one soon. I’ve also been interested in red light therapy for my skin as well. I’ll update you girliessss<333
♡ Experience : I’ve been working on some of my hobbies and I’ve been growing new friendships I’ve met a lot of really nice girls especially on campus and becoming social was apart of my goals this semester and I’ve been putting myself out there.
Overall today was super good very relaxing and the weather was amazing which added to the mood I posted day one of the challenge but these posts will be weekly instead of daily because of my schedule<3333
