Yesterday I made my goblin brain extremely happy by finding a mug that holds almost a litre of tea. It’s like a ceramic bucket. And it’s pretty too.

Possibly the best thing I learnt from reading Tunnels (and the sequels) was the existence of Triboluminescence. All you need is two bits of quartz and you can make magic light. Triggers all the wee goblin parts of the brain that likes bashing rocks together and making magic light

i don’t think people understand how important gift-giving can be, especially to neurodivergent people. i’m not just talking about gifts for birthdays and holidays, i’m talking about the random “hey I found this cool rock/leaf/plushie and it reminded me of you :)” kind of gift-giving

Things I let myself collect to varying extents: reusable grocery bags (you never have to many! [you can]), pens pens, stickers, nail polish

Locked Tomb Necklace Set sneak peak and question.

I love the locked tomb, but 2d fan art is not a skill I have

So I have turned to a medium I'm actually good at to regulate my....we not "bone frenzy" but maybe my creative mania.

I bead. I make pretty jewlery. I spend gobs of money on it and it brings me joy.

Anyways in anticipation of nona, I set myself a task:

9 necklaces

Each corresponding to a necromantic house

Each with the color palate of that house

Each with the number of unique bead types corresponding to the house number.

Rings and hardware do not count towards the tally of beads but ideally, they should also match the house number in quantity

Each necklas should use a beading pattern that reflects the house number

Last each necklace should be thematically appropriate to the house. And be something that a member of the house might wear

I relize that is a lot of rules for a project I made up for myself. But it gives me something to hyperfocus on.

I only have the 2nd house and the 4th house done. And I apologize for the picture quality.
