I talked about this on Discord already but I have to make an appreciation post for Rory and Storm’s character designs in Unicorn Academy

Rory is obviously the token boy and his unicorn has the stereotypical short haired masculine design you’d expect to go with the only guy in the main cast… except Storm is female

I stan the fact that in the UA universe unicorn mares like Storm can look butch and unicorn stallions like River and Cinder have feminine designs with long flowy manes.

It needs to be said, most of Genshin Impact’s character designs suck ass, it ignore important character design fundamentals like unique silhouettes and limited details, making the designs a mishmash of pretty things with no real coordination or identity.

I wanna talk about this character because she looks like my old anxiety medication in human form. She looks like the mascot for propanolol.

I look at her and the fog in my brain dissipates, she is like a lighthouse guiding my serotonin into port

she looks like what I imagine ocean sounds look like if you could see noise

i feel at peace, maybe things will be ok

I watched the new Helluva boss episode (Mammon's magnificent musical season 2 episode 7)

And holy moly this one was probably together my favorite with Queen bee (season 1 episode 8) only thing is that Mammon's jokes weren't funny at all,I got second hand embarrassment from it and Asmodeus still looks goofy af,Especially in that suit in this episode,But the story went pretty nice than the other ones,It made my hopeless soul in Helluva boss be slightly lighter.

But now for the main thing that got me.(They are perfect in every single way)

-Glitz and Glam-

I love them so much,I have a personal fear of anything related with the ocean or sea but they are perfect,I love the design good job Viziepop you made a character design without red,pink or yellow and *gasp* they aren't wearing a suit either!!

Their song was also so good,It definitely gave me kpop vibes but it was so catchy,In my defense one of the best songs in the entire Helluva boss seasons,The wings they had also reminds me of the Dazzlings from mlp,I'll probably make my own design version of them for personal gain.

But yeah,This was better than i expected and the twins Glitz and Glam are absolutely beautiful,One of my new favorites definitely✧⁠*⁠。

Round and Angry

watched the dnd movie. My favourite chraracter was the fat dragon. I personally think he should join the party if they ever make a second one.

Second favourite character was Xenk, so I guess I wanna play a Paladin now, I don´t know what has become of me

Something really cool about Baiken’s design is that she carries her sword so she can draw it backhanded. Normally samurai would wear their swords so that they curved upwards. Wearing them the other way would cause you to draw your sword vertically, which is really impractical if you’re using your sword fronthanded, as most everyone would have. But for Baiken that’s the swiftest way for her to draw her sword. She can’t afford the time it takes to reach across herself and draw it fronthanded with only one arm, so she keeps it on her left and draws it backhanded vertically because it follows the natural motion of her arm. It’s so cool

The party has been stuck in Jidoor for like three weeks now because the auction house Will Not give me the sword I need to encounter Gilgamesh and every time I see the robotic imp that guy buys for one million gil I think about how Edgar would probably love to figure out how that thing works
