I made these two half life OCS like. A while ago I've just been unsure about posting them. These are their designs for HL1 and HL2.

Info dump:

Terry is 24 in HL1 and is 44 in hl2

Has a background in filmography and Used to document progress, sending them off to dr.breen. Now has a huge hate boner for breen in the events of HL2.

He stays on a base with arywn and a few others on the coast. Usually stays behind in battle to communicate to other rebels via radio. despite that, he has a huge trigger finger. Kinda deranged. Loves the ant lions <3

Arywn is 27 in HL1 and is 47 in HL2

Botanist, loves plants. Unfortunately he can't really pursue that since the resonance cascade.

May or may not be pissed off that his young adult life was pissed away because of the combine idk. /Sarc. Just tired all of the time but I don't blame him. He loves the shit outta terry tho and unfortunately with loving terry he has to love the ant lions as well.

Oh yeah they're kinda gay for each other sorry I had to make it woke life. I mean it's slow burn they wouldn't really start dating until like. Somewhat in between HL1 and HL2

Meet Fargo (Utrushur in Vortigese), Zivko's medic vort buddy.

i didn't have much space to write info about fargo on his sheet sooo…

-6'0" and 68.2kg

-he/they/it (because I believe vorts are sexless and probably don't care what you call them, they're a hivemind after all)

-A vortigaunt that lives within an abandoned antlion cave (antlions no longer inhabit the cave) which is open to injured sanctuary seekers. Although eccentric, Fargo is very attentive.

-In a chaotic Nova Prospekt rescue mission, he came across Zivko, a mechanic who was in the midst of being converted into a stalker.

-Fargo and Zivko are now inseparable, helping him to regain his memories and self.

-Fargo is an accomplished medic, harvesting larval extract for rebel use.

-Glowing markings are made from larval extract, for fashion purposes only.

-Unique colouration to other vorts because fuck being canon compliant, rule of cool.

-Enjoys fashioning scrap metal into jewelery and armour, decorating them with his paint.

-Little details: Fargo and Zivko have matching bracelets. Medical pouch contains an injection needle. Red cloth on shawl is made of the same material that Zivko's scarf is made from. Wears an antlion fang on his neck. -Due to vortigaunts' perception of time, Fargo is pretty much the perfect companion for Zivko, being able to pull memories from the past to help him regain his identity (though due to lore reasons he isn't handfed this info so easily, tehe.)

joan was stationed on the border world during the resonance cascade, and after communication from black mesa was lost she managed to synthesize a portal back to earth herself. on xen she mostly studied the biological lifeforms, like the houndeyes and bullsquids, along with researching vortigese.

shes super reluctant to do any sort of harm to xenian lifeforms when back on earth, instead preferring to Run Like Hell or hide, using her prerequisite skills from her studies on xen to survive. having her cool special purple hev suit helps too.

her houndeye friend (it doesnt have a name yet) was the first thing she encountered after getting back to earth. she learned how to properly deal with houndeyes during her research, and since ol' houndie got teleported all on its lonesome, it bonded to joan. theyre basically best friends now and she has to keep it on a leash so that it doesnt attack every friendly scientist or security guard they may come across. houndeye named cupcake when it sees an unsupervised 60 year old scientist

also, shes hard of hearing and employs use of a hearing aid (i dont know if you can tell from the simplified version i drew) which renders her more resistant to the houndeye's sonic attacks than the average person.

i havent gotten around to drawing it yet, but i think she survives to the events of half life 2. maybe she has a xenian animal sanctuary out there somewhere, and can introduce houndeyes and bullsquids as allies to the player (similar to the antlions)

anyways his name is Brutus, as named by the other half life oc im yet to finish drawing. i feel a bit shy about sharing my characters and my ideas so please be nice to me. im not gonna explain anything rn, but feel free to ask about him :D
