Callista wasn’t sure why she’d bothered coming to this. She always enjoyed the autumn festival but wasn’t necessarily one for dressing up. Somehow, she’d convinced herslef to come and have some fun. All she’d done is bought some black spray paint for half her hair and found her nicest black and white outfit to be some version of Cruella De Vil. Mostl she was here for the booze, “Oh sorry, are you looking to get past?” She asked, noticing someone nearby as she was lost in her thoughts.

Cynthia had responded to her message. Even though Alison had told her it was fine, she had chosen her own secret. She told herself that she was okay with it because she had come to terms with everything and she was healthier now but suddenly thinking about people knowing and the news dropping at any moment had her picking at her finger nails - an old habit she thought she’d gotten over - and she was so lost in thought, she didn’t even notice Rory when he appeared. She jumped when she did, “What? No. I’m fine.”
