Intrigue, Ibiki finds Han to be an interesting person with questions that make him have to really stop and give things his full consideration, which in turn, leads him to think even more, outside the box cage. Curiosity because Ibiki wonders if he's really as old as he sounds/acts (also, Ibiki's curious as to who would win in a purely Taijutsu fight, Gai or Han?). Empathy, for obvious reasons (scars).
