A new Harry song from 2016 leaked called “I’m not happy.” I think it’s about Taylor. Find it on HS News on twitter. Lyrics include “it’s been a year and several days” and general theme of “if I took it all back and said I’m sorry would you say you love me”

Thanks anon, sounds very HS1. A year and several days is interesting, it could have been early 2016. Otherwise it would have sounded more fine line.

I wonder what the fire in the muses favourite part of town is a metaphor for… (Update: there was a fire in Malibu 26 February 2016)

Also it has the same count in as MMIH, so I guess it was written before MMIH, or at the same time and they only kept MMIH

After listening to sweet creature and this I think it was recorded at the same time, February 2016. About a year and a fortnight after hunger says they broke up and they stopped being seen at the same places.

MASTERLIST. A/N: this took me a while to write because i was in the midst of exams, so this may not be as good as i wanted it to be, but i hope you all enjoy it nonetheless WORD COUNT: 797 ──────────

COMPLICATED FREAK

“Alright London, this is my final show in my European leg, and I don't like saying goodbye!” You scream into your microphone. The crowd goes wild, cheering at you, which makes you smile widely.

The arena is full with people, and you can’t believe you’ve reached the point in your career where stadiums fill just because you are there. It is insane, and it makes you swoon. It had been a surreal experience. And while you're sad that it is coming to an end (or for now at least), you cannot wait to finally be able to be with Harry for a good couple of weeks, all by yourselves.

“We have a couple of songs left, so our time together is not quite up yet!” You know your words bring comfort from the reactions of people, there are no sad faces yet, just joyful people.

“I debated a lot over what to do for my last show, maybe I should bring someone out?” The crowd goes into a frenzy, many start jumping, and chant for Harry, “Nah, I don’t think so! But then I had the most brilliant idea…”

At your trailed off words, the lights dim. It was apparent many were confused, some screamed for songs that were not on the setlist, some still chanted for your boyfriend. It seemed a formal collaboration was due.

The notes for Complicated Freak start playing in the background, some dramatic pauses, and it repeats again. You dance a little around the stage, the flashing lights making you seem like you’re disappearing and reappearing.

People dance to the beat, obviously not knowing the lyrics to the song. You know some people will deem the song too freak-ish, but that is very much the point.

There is a prominent gasp at your blunt lyricism. You absolutely loved it, which meant this song would be something you’d perform every once in a while, just to give the fans a taste of something different. Your boyfriend did it, and it made you go mad (while could just ask for him to sing the song in heartbeat), each and every time

Your hips moved to the rhythm of the song, while you moved your hands down your body. It was so exciting to be so explicit with your show. Your manager would probably sigh, and then not say anything, because maybe you wouldn’t be like this again. But you planned to improve your moves, and make it obvious what the song meant (although it didn’t take a genius to know), while never addressing it again.

You were sure there was no feeling better than shocking your fans. To know that you are the one to make them smile, that your actions make their days better. You knew that there was no way you would ever forget this moment, this was an out of world experience.

The music was loud, but the fans were louder. Many just screamed as you neared them, or moved your hips a bit too much, since they really didn{t know the song.

Your singing was now accompanied by some fans, and that simple action made you smile like crazy. You grab your microphone from its stand, and point it towards them, mouthing the song while bopping your head.

Each fan knew this show had been a magical experience, one many would be jealous of, but they would remember with a smile forever.

Do you think the last HS leaks were about Taylor?

Thanks for the ask, sorry for the delay, I was leaving the leaks but today learned something interesting, (thank you to @womanexile :) ) that the 'Lately' Voice Note leaked almost on it's own anniversary. The file includes that it was from 5 January 2017.

It first appeared on HS News on the 6th Jan. There's a photo of Harry on the next day too.

This date is possibly an anniversary of them breaking up. The Blue dress on a boat was 4 January 2013. They had been spending time together through the end of 2014 to January 2015. Harry arrived at LA on the 2nd and disappeared. Then on the 6th Taylor posted "Clear Blue Water" Lyrics from This Love. They then stopped hanging out and were icy at Lily Aldridge's birthday. Taylor started dating Calvin a few weeks later. Harry posted rain on a window on the anniversary of that post and then wrote this song on the following anniversary.

It's not a finished song so I'll just flag this part, which with the timing, makes me think it could be about Joe and Taylor, it also includes a reference to Clean's "Rain came pouring down"

Link with Dancing with our Hands Tied

In April 2016 Harry and Taylor had been spending time together before he left to film Dunkirk and record HS1 in May 2016, and also both in NY & LA later in the year.

He and Taylor had both been in London at the start of January and both in LA at the end of January 2017. There was an unconfirmed sighting of them together on 28 December 2016.

3 January Taylor had a Lover Journal entry, that she and Joe had been together since October the 3rd.

5 January he then writes this voice note about a lover told them they love someone else.

12 January Taylor was then seen for the first time in a while in LA at a gym, which is when DWOHT is thought to have been written. DWOHT is about wishing she had another chance with someone but feeling fame ruined it.

Harry started wearing the Rose ring soon after. The rest of 2017 they released and promoted HS1 and Reputation and dated Camille & Joe, with a few Haylor nods

In Secret Sessions she talked about how this scenario was when she wrote Dancing with Our Hands Tied:

That inspiration for the song came when she was back in LA after spending several months out of the public eye. as we know now she spent basically all of this time in the UK without anyone knowing she was in a relationship. back in LA (i think for work), she went to the gym only to be caught by paparazzi on her way out.. the paps shouted all kinds of things at her including comments about her weight… remember this was the first time she had been properly seen in months and nobody knew she was in a relationship.. She described being really overwhelmed by the experience but that her thought process was less about herself and more about how she could possibly have a normal relationship when this was her life. Taylor actually said that after the incident she went straight to the recording studio, cried, and wrote this song.

@cntfightmydemonsthyknowhowtoswim just did a post about DWOHT, in particular the line "If I could dance with you again" means the song is not about her BF at the time, plus it refers to the age Taylor was when she and Harry broke up (25) and water rushing in (Clean, later Falling.).

Interesting that DWOHT and this voice note leak both reference Clean.
