Ok I’m a stupid white American but I feel like Euphrasia should a head covering, what type (hijab, shayla, khimar, etc) would be most accurate for her being a monk? Or just what would people who know better than I want to see her drawn with?

YAAAAASSSSSS A FELLOW REFORMED HEAD COVERER!!!! Do you wear a veil, headband style, a hat?
Yesssss!!!!
I started a few months ago after a lot of thought and i see no going back.
I wear a headband style! I had the most gorgeous blue and white handkerchief that I found at the thrift store, and it was perfect but I lost it after a trip 😭 I have worn a veil but that’s a bit more dramatic and no one at my church wears one (I don’t attend a reformed church sadly) so I stick to headband-ish style.

I was thinking about this and I think I would. I don’t but I might try it in the future.
You don’t need to be religious to wear a head covering. I mean we wear hats and etc all the time so a head covering? Doesn’t have to be just for religious reasons.

Saw something on Instagram that gave me pause thought I'd post a little about it. There was some confusion on women wearing a scarf as a head covering (someone confused it with Hijab in the comments) but head coverings span many cultures and are in Christianity too.
Women across all kinds of cultures wore head scarves and some still do. Italy, Greece, Nordic traditions and other middle eastern countries that aren't primarily Muslim (like Armenia) wear/wore head coverings and scarves. Christianity at one point required women to cover their heads during mass. Older, often married women would wear head coverings to signify they are married or the head of the household. In some places in Europe that lasted for a very long time before being overturned.
Italy's legend of La Befana (the good witch that comes after Christmas) is depicted with a scarf (not a witches hat) traditionally.
Cool stuff! Head coverings have a (now complicated) and long history.

Although I’m not religious, I like the concept of wearing a hijab or something similar for modesty. Recently, I’ve been trying to avoid the attentions of a specific man, and I noticed that one day, when I wore my hair down, he paid much more attention to me than when I had my hair in its usual bun. So hair really does make a difference.

YouTube Videos on Head Covering
Below are YouTube videos on head covering.
These YouTube videos on head covering are all from sound men in the faith such as Brian Sauvé, Carlton McCleod, Joel Webborn, R.C. Sproul, and several others. I have watched them all and I believe that these videos are an important tool in our attempt to understand 1 Corinthians 11: 2-16. Soli Deo Gloria!

Fun fact: Samus' zero suit is a bodysuit in more recent games instead of the tank-top she wore in older games because at this point, she's been spliced with so many species' DNA you really don't want to see what the rest of her skin looks like.
