But in doing so, she misses the ray of hope, in the form of a butterfly. Butterflies signify change and transformation. Hope is there, you just have to believe in it. Take the time you need to heal and regroup, but don’t shut down, and don’t shut out the ones you love. 🦋 I had my first life coaching session today, a Christmas present from my Dad and his Girlfriend, and it’s given me hope. I shut down for a few years. Shut out my friends because the pain was too much to bear. But like the butterfly, I’m transforming. I have hope, and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s still going to be a long road of recovery, but it doesn’t seem so scary anymore. Doesn’t seem so dark. 🦋 Trust and have faith, not only in the ones you love, but in yourself. The bad times won’t last, unless you keep dwelling on them. Learn to let go of the past, and embrace the future.
