Healthy Food for Good Health
Healthy food or healthy eating is eating many kinds of food to provide the nutrients that maintain health and energy for making people feel good and gaining benefits to health and mind. Many people in today’s world realize and concern about health for living longer. Therefore, healthy food is the best way for these people to gain many advantages.

Healthy food has nutrition that is really important to provide benefits to health. It is about important elements which are protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins and minerals that people have to gain from food per day in order to create energy and make health to be strong (Breastcancer, 2018). The nutrient can replace all disadvantageous food that badly affect people’s health, such as fast food and snacks. When people eat healthy food every day, their health will be better and stronger. This is the reason why healthy food can decrease obesity and provide effectively good health. 
There are many ways to arrange food for healthy eating. This paragraph will contribute the best way to eat for being healthy. 
Firstly, planning time schedule for meals per day is the main way that people need to do for healthy eating. Cooking healthy food is spending much time to choose food to cook and prepare food to cook (Healthy food for life, n.d.), so people have to plan what food that they want to cook in that meal. As a result, when people can potentially manage time to cook per day, it is convenient to plan to do other things as normal routine. 
Secondly, people have to prepare food which is clean and organic. There are many foods in store, but all of them should be scanned for selecting for healthy eating. Buying whole grains instead of snack, such as whole wheat breads, beans and nuts to eat in relax time (Making Healthy Food Choices, n.d.). For example, whole wheat bread for all meals per day is the best choice for preparing food, such as American breakfast and sandwiches. Low fat dairy is prepared to eat in the morning, such as low-fat milk and in the evening, such as low-fat yogurt. Buying lactose intolerance. Most of lactose intolerance will be milk and yogurt. Lactose milk tastes sweet but it is more natural than normal milk. This is because there is low fat. Lastly, cook with natural oil, such as coconut oil. These ways can help us gain clean and natural food rather than normal oil that most people tend to use. 
Thirdly, finding or buying tools for cooking food to be healthier. There are many tools to cook healthy meals. After this paragraph, I will distribute necessary tools for cooking healthy food.

A steamer basket is used for frying in oil in butter and meat. This tool can reduce and decrease the quantity of oil in meats and food, so we can gain strict quantity of oil per day (Milan, 2018).

When we eat healthy food, all kinds of food are vegetable and organic food, so this has risk for these foods that they can be rotten. This stuff can help us to maintain the range of age in food to eat in other days since we have bought (Milan, 2018).
Finally, Managing size matters of food by using pyramids. Pyramid is the way or plan to help us know about daily food choices. The food pyramid shoe how much you eat overall per day (Healthy food for life, n.d.). This can help us balance diet and weight.

All foods in this pyramid has only advantageous food that people should eat per day for energy and health. We face many foods that are not involved in this pyramid every day, such as pizza, coffee and snacks. If we can cut all these foods and eat only food following pyramid, it will be more effective to reduce obesity and make health stronger. 
In conclusion, there are many ways which people can plan and manage for health. Healthy eating is the best way that can help us as we do the exercise. If we can combine this way with doing the exercise, it will be more effective to make health to be better and reduce obesity. To suggest, this way of eating is good for health. If we can try this way, it is good for health and mind in the future.

Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right time can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety.
The way feel while you're awake depends in part on what happens while you're sleeping. During sleep, your body is working to support healthy brain function and maintaining your physical health. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development.
The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm a person over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise the risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well one think, react, work, learn, and get along with others.

When stress starts interfering with your ability to live a normal life for an extended period, it becomes even more dangerous. The longer the stress lasts, the worse it is for both the mind and body. One might feel fatigued, unable to concentrate or irritable for no good reason.

Learning and memory are governed by a mechanism of sustainable synaptic strengthening. When we embark on a learning experience, our brain associates a sensory experience either with other stimuli or with a certain form of behaviour. The neurons in the cerebral cortex responsible for ensuring the transmission of the relevant information, then modify the synaptic connections that they have with other neurons.
I now know the importance of diet, sleep, stress and learning memory formation which I do take my vitamin D3 as it's an important Vitamin that it's gotten from sunlight or as a supplement, and eating 5 a day fruits and meals high in protein like porridge, and beans avoiding oily food that are saturated in fatty oils, walking everyday for at least 40 mins a day (20 mins during the day and 20 at night) as well as avaoiding drinks 3hours before going to bed or caffeine drinks or foods (chocolates) as it keeps the brain awake and sleep deprivation affects ones health.
