rare non-palestine post real quick because my finger joints have been hurting really bad for the past three days and drawing is my life so i'd really appreciate any pointers to make them stop hurting

I'm not sure if u take asks like this, u can delete it if not, but I wanted to show off Tuppy!!

He has a little pouch in his belly, to hold a heating cushion and a lavender scented sack (all made myself!!) & he's my favorite plush friend!

Oh don't worry I really love to see others plushies! Tuppy looks so cuddly! I love the addition of the heating cushion pouch too you did an awesome job! His bandana and matching blue button eyes are also so sweet! What a lovely plush friend! I havent taken proper photos of this guy yet but I very recently got a lil heatpack friend myself and i love the weight it gives them! I was very surprised that this one is filled with cherry stones so he smells vaguely of cherries which is really nice and calming. Pippin says "Hi Tuppy!"

I usually don't get cramps (ik ik) but holy shit I'm in hell I'm in hell and I've been depressed and I didn't know why but the only explanation is this??? which I don't think has ever happened before

Are you someone who doesn’t like their chest? Maybe you normally wear a binder during the day, but at night as you try to fall asleep you are overly aware of your chest and it gets in the way of you sleeping. Well, here are Ari’s tips and tricks for being able to fall asleep without a binder:

* Sleeping with a weighted blanket over your chest

* Hug a large stuffed animal or pillow

And remember, always bind safely.
