Bellatrix slowly put down her book finding, as expected, heavy lidded amber eyes which met hers in challenge.  She shuddered as a pink tongue made its leisurely way along the outstretched leg, before weaving its way around delicate toes. Bellatrix: “Hermione! Mr. C is doing that… that thing again!” Hermione: “He’s grooming himself Bella.  Cats do that.” Bellatrix: “But Pet, why does he have to perch on the couch and do all that noisy sucking and slurping right next to my ear when I’m trying to read?” Hermione: “Yeah… do you know, I have no idea.  Cats just do that.”

A muffled cry echoed in the static air of the abandoned classroom, so sweet it blended with the melody of the music in the next room.

So weak and desperate the mere sound sent a shiver of twisted desire through the alpha's shaft.

When the girl had stormed out of that ridiculous party, scurrying through the corridors of Hogwarts like a prey waiting to be hunted, Bellatrix had given her no chance of escape. The woman had grabbed her little prey in quick strides, shoving her into the nearest door.

The action had made her feel wild.

She should have seized the stupid girl by the neck and thrown her into an empty room long before that night, making her cry and squeal in fear until her tiny whimpers turned into moans of submission.

Does she dare think she is not ours? Growled the voice. The words struck with burning fury, a declaration of obsession that roared like a crescendo.

Her heart raced, fuelled by the feral wave of conquest coursing through her veins. A rush of liquid adrenaline ignited her blood. Beneath the thunderous beat came a hiss, her inner alpha, emerging from the depths of her mind.

The chains that bound her to Bellatrix's will grew weaker and weaker.

A snarl escaped Bellatrix's lips with possessive ferocity: "Mine."

Summary: The torture was done and over with before Hermione knew it. The only thing she remembered clearly was the pain, the carving of skin and Bellatrix screaming to the heavens before the world disappeared like sand running through her fingers. By some cruel twist of fate, she was now stuck in 1968 where she only had her memories and books to keep her company... and perhaps a broken girl who was cruelly taught obsession is love and was just as quickly bewitched by the brunette as the first time.

Bellatrix went outside into the nice, crisp April air and sat next to Hermione, who promptly shoved a large gift box into her arms. She put her bookbag on the ground and inspected it. “What is this?” Bellatrix asked, putting it next to her ear and shaking it. “Open it and you’ll see,” she replied. So Bellatrix did. She took out two strange shoes that had wheels attached to the soles. “They’re roller skates,” Hermione explained. “I thought you’d like them. Thought I’d teach you to roller skate like you taught me to dance.” “I thought we were going to go Hogsmeade?” Bellatrix queried in response, cocking her head to the side and looking at her. “What can we do in Hogsmeade that we haven’t already done a thousand times before?” she countered.
