Barbell deadlift 1x8 110kg + 1x12 105kg
Barbell backward lunge 1x12 42,5 kg+ 1x16 37,5kg
Excentric single leg squat 2x15 6kg
Barbell Hip thrust 2x8 105kg
Leg curl 2x15 40kg
Calf raise (leg press machine) 2x20 100kg + 1x20 90kg (no break between the 2nd and the 3rd round).
