It was your first Stray Kids concert. Two straight years of saving up every spare dollar you had and camping out on Twitter for ticket sales finally paid off. Not only did you secure your tickets, but you and your friends got the front row- something you dreamed about since you started becoming a fan of Stray Kids.

You were beyond excited to see every member, but your bias -Bang Chan- was the one you were dreaming about. You know how he likes to flirt with stays, and you being in the front row meant you had a good chance at being noticed.

Hyunjin asked for stays to wear blue to the show, so you chose a solid baby blue romper that showed off every curve that you had. Your hair was out in wild, big curls and you chose simple silver jewelry.

The concert started with “Hall of Fame,” and you wasted no time in screaming your head off when the boys came into view.

The entire thing felt like a dream, and you got light-headed whenever a member got close to you. Sometime during Cheese, Chan came to your section to wave at Stays. You smiled so hard your cheeks hurt as you waved aggressively at him. He saw you and wasn’t shy about the quick once-over he gave you, then he winked before moving on to interact with other fans.

Your knees felt wobbly, and you could feel the way your friends stared at you after that interaction.

“Did he just wink at you?” Mia, the friend you’ve known since childhood asked.

“I think so,” you say, “Or maybe it was someone behind me?”

You turn around to see a good chunk of people looking right back at you. Some are envious and some curious, but all confirm the fact that Bang Chan just winked at you.

“He wants you girl” Tianna, your best friend since middle school, teases. You can’t help but roll your eyes once the boys go backstage to change. The lights in the stadium come on as you look to the screens to see the Stay games starting.

The first game has stays copy the boys' poses, you and your friends laugh as flustered fans appear on screen. Soon enough, the next game starts, a game where stays must do the choreography to random Skz songs.

This is the part of the concert you weren’t looking forward to, so you duck your head and try to stay clear of any cameramen. Some people scream and wave their arms to be put on screen, and you can only hope they get picked as the laughing staff goes to pick out people.

After three people dance to Gods Menu, Maniac, and Thunderous, you start to relax and enjoy the game. The last song, S-Class, comes up and you and your friends dance along to the practice video shown. After they show the video, you find yourself on screen smiling before pure terror graces your face.

You can’t even hear what the members are saying to you before your friends urge you to dance.

Did you do the choreography correctly? No. Were your friends dying laughing the entire time? Yes.

“Good job” You hear Han’s unmistakable voice say, “You’re so cool”

“And pretty” Felix’s deep voice continues before your face is replaced with the regular Skz logo

“Oooooh” Tianna teases, “You’re cool AND pretty? I’m jealous”

“You got three members fighting over you” Mia exclaims

“Hush” You stress, feeling glares on you, “It’s just fan service”

Tianna rolls her eyes, “Usually fan service involves all the fans”

The lights in the place dim, signaling the group is about to come back on stage. The glares you feel cease as the people around you start to scream their heads off

“Not all the time” you manage to say before the show continues.

In all honesty, you had a great time at the concert. The boys came over to your section a lot, especially Chan.

You didn’t want to believe he was making eye contact with you, and only you. However, it was hard to ignore the obvious looks he kept throwing your way. After a while, you began to count the amount of times his eyes found you in the audience; 25 times.

In a room full of thousands of people, how did he manage to look at you so many times? All your most delusional fantasies came to mind, thoughts that reminded you of when you first started to become a fan.

Cute thoughts of walking down the aisle with a member, some cute dates, and even a passing thought of a family. Just niche little things that crossed your mind as you fell more and more in love with the group.

Then there were the not-too-wholesome thoughts, the ones where you’re usually crying and begging to reach your release after hours upon hours of edging. These thoughts kept you up at night and usually involved more than one member.

You suddenly felt so dirty. Thinking about your idols in such a way while they throw kisses at the fans on the stage in front of you. You barely notice the lights come on and people start to leave the venue.

“That was so good” Tianna gushed, looking at you with a playful expression on her face. You knew the walk back to your hotel would be filled with your friends only reaffirming your delusions.

“I’m jealous y/n. I’d love to have Bang Chan eye-fucking me all night long” Mia said, making your face heat up.

You three walked out of the building and joined a crowd of fans waiting for the boys’ cars to leave the stadium.

“What if Chan comes out of the car and confesses his love for you?” Tianna teases

Mia giggles hysterically as the two continue with their joking, not paying attention as you’re flagged down by what looks to be a security guard.

“Is he asking me to come over there?” You ask your friends, making them stop and look at the staff.

“Looks like it” Tianna shrugs, “I think he was the security guard over by our section. Maybe you dropped something?”

You nod and jog over to the guard, looking back at your friends just to make sure they’re keeping an eye on you.

“Hello,” You say politely, “Can I help you?”

“You dropped this,” The guard says, handing you a mini quokka plushie that you’re only now noticing isn’t in your jacket pocket.

“Thank you so much!” You say, taking the plushie and beginning to walk off, that is until he grabs your attention again.

“I was asked to give this to you as well,” He says, handing you a rather thick envelope, “Put it in your pocket”

Before you can question it, he bows and walks off to where the other staff stands.

With your brain on autopilot, you stuff the envelope in your pocket and go back to your friends.

Mia wastes no time in asking what happened, and you tell them he gave you back your stuffed animal.

For whatever reason, you fail to mention the envelope in your pocket, and you silently celebrate when Tianna suddenly exclaims her stomach hurts and she wants to go back to the hotel.

The walk back is short, and you’re grateful that you all invested in your rooms.

The first thing you do is take out the envelope and open it. You see two folded pieces of paper.

One of them is a picture, one of the group that you’ve never seen before. It’s signed, and you instinctively look on the back and is surprised to see a message

“Go to the Hotel Grande, second floor, room B6, knock 4 times."

Already taken aback, you look at the other piece of paper to find an NDA.

“Oh my God” you whisper, quickly pulling out your phone to search the directions of the hotel. Only a 10-minute drive.

“This could be a trick,” You think out loud, “What if I get hurt?”

The rational side of you is urging you to think about the consequences of showing up to a random hotel, but the wild and unpredictable side of you quickly orders yourself an Uber and touches up your makeup.

There was a distance growing between you and Seungmin, one that you attributed to his busy schedule and his lack of adequate sleep, the constant practice and promotions, it had taken a toll on him and it looked as though it were slowly starting to take a toll on the relationship as well. 

That’s why the little stick that you held in your hand felt more like a saving grace, it was something that would save your relationship, it would bring Seungmin closer to you. The both of you had talked occasionally about starting a family together in the future, and while it wasn’t that far off in the future, you felt like things would be okay. You loved each other, that’s what mattered. You hoped that maybe he’d get a couple days off to spend with you while you both processed the news together and started to plan things out, you were really hoping for that. 

He walked through the front door and before you could even open your mouth to say hi, he was walking to the bedroom. “Min!” You called out to him, and you heard the heavy sigh escape him before he turned around to face you, leaning against the wall and staring at you with no expression at all. “Aren’t you hungry? Have you eaten yet?” It wasn’t what was originally supposed to be said, but the way he was looking at you had you backing down almost instantly. 

“I ate with Hyunjin and Chan before I came home. I’m fine.” He grumbled, turning back around to go into the room, but you called for him again, desperate to hold his attention just a little longer, at least long enough to get out what you needed to say. “What? I’m really tired, Y/N, just say it.” 

He was so short fused nowadays, you weren’t sure what happened today that had him so annoyed, but you were hoping that the announcement would have him softening up. “I’m pregnant, Min…” You whispered, and even under his cold gaze, you couldn’t ward off the smile that crept to your lips and tugged at the corners. 

“Congratulations.” He mumbled, and your smile slowly dropped as you took a step closer to him, his lack of emotion was absolutely terrifying right now to you. “Did you tell Changbin already?” The question had you pausing, your head tilting to the side, wondering why he was brought up right now. “I’ll congratulate him tomorrow too.” 

“Wh-What are you talking about?” You quizzed, grabbing onto his shirt to keep him from walking away. “Seungmin stop!” You pleaded when he tried to pull away, your eyes already welling with tears as you tugged against his shirt once more. “What are you talking about… seriously…” You tried not to whine, but you couldn’t help it. This was supposed to be a special moment, but it was all spiraling down and you didn’t even understand why. 

“Stop fucking pretending just once!” He said sternly, grabbing your hand, and although his anger was palpable, his touch was still gentle as he moved your hand off of him. “I know what’s going on, and I thought that maybe, just maybe you’d finally be honest. I guess not.” He huffed, running his hand through his hair as he back stepped away from you. “I see the way you are together… I’m not stupid… I didn’t say anything… Because he’s my hyung and I tried to ignore it but…” His teeth gritted together as his eyes squeezed shut, his cheeks and his nose turning red as he tried to hold back his tears. “But I can’t ignore this… I fucking can’t.” 

You weren’t even given a chance to deny it as he brushed past you, heading right back out the door he had just come through. How could he think… How could he assume such a thing? You were devastated, you were furious, and now you were alone… Left on your own to raise a baby that you thought would put all the pieces back together. You just didn’t know how scattered those pieces were.

Work was beyond awkward and the tension was excruciating for all the other members who had not a single idea about what was going on. The only person who thought he knew what was going on was Seungmin, but his frame of thought couldn’t be further from the truth. It didn’t help though that after he had walked out, you had called none other than Changbin to come over and talk to you. 

Bin was one of your best friends, and apparently that meant that the two of you were together, even though most of your conversations with him before all of this happened had been about Seungmin. Hell, even now your conversations were about Seungmin because you couldn’t stop thinking about him, especially now that his child was growing inside of you. 

Changbin knew what was really going on, and he was absolutely livid. He wanted to talk to Seungmin, but you were adamant that he didn’t. Seungmin would either figure shit out on his own and come around, or he just wouldn’t, and you knew that Changbin coming to him would only make things worse. 

“Did you eat today?” Changbin called as he walked through the front door, carrying a bag of take out in one arm as he pushed the door shut with his other. “I hope you didn’t because I got a bunch of your favorites and we’re gonna chow down!” He cheered, kicking off his shoes and running over to the couch where you were sitting. 

“Did you bring that one drink from the office? You know the one you had yesterday that you told me not to drink but I took a little sip and it was really good so I finished it and then told you that it spilled because you were wondering where it was?” You rambled on, taking a deep breath once you had finished the question, your smile so sweet as your hands clasped in front of you, but Changbins eyes went wide as he stared at you. 

“You drank it?” He squeaked, his bottom lip jutting out as he playfully pouted. You quickly apologized and his pout quickly faded, turning into a bright smile, pulling you into a hug. “It’s alright shmooks, big boy is just like his dad and can’t go without his americano.” 

At the mention of your son's father your shoulders slumped, your throat tightening. Any mention of Seungmin had you on the verge of tears, and Changbin quickly shook his head, running his hands up and down your arms to try to calm you. “I’m sorry… I shouldn’t have brought him up…” He quickly stated, his face getting closer to yours to make sure that no tears had formed yet. “I’ll bring you home one of the drinks tomorrow… Let’s just forget all about this, eat all of this very yummy and very expensive food, and we can rewatch your favorite movie for the fifth time in a row this week.” 

You snorted softly, rolling your eyes at the number he had given as you lightly pushed against him. “It hasn’t been five times… It’s like… Seven. And I’m going for eight, so pass me the remote and I’ll get it started up. Remember, take your bathroom break now because I hate pausing it.” 

“Pfft!” Changbin sounded, grabbing the bags of take out off the coffee table and placing them on the couch between the both of your legs. “Says the one who has to pause the movie every fifteen minutes to run to the bathroom.” He teased, and you quickly forgot about the Seungmin comment, mainly because you had to keep swatting Changbins hand out of your bag to stop him from stealing your fries. Having Changbin around was a nice way to forget about what a mess your life was right now. He was the greatest friend, he was like a brother to you, and you were thankful that even though you and Seungmin were on the outs, Changbin had decided to stay in your corner, to help you get through this time.

“You never talk about Y/N…” Hyunjin said, the comment coming from seemingly nowhere, he himself came from out of nowhere as Seungmin made his way to the small cafe in the office, trying his best to avoid Hyunjins prying comments. “I haven’t heard you even mention her the past six months… That’s crazy… I haven’t seen her at the dorms either.” Hyunjin paused for a moment, and Seungmin quickly picked up his speed, hoping that he’d get away from his hyung before any more questions were asked, but Hyunjin started sprinting to catch up. “Don’t tell me you guys broke up… You two were the cutest! Oh man… No wonder you haven’t been smiling as much… Dammit. What happened?” 

“Oh my god!” Seungmin groaned loudly, coming to a sudden halt to whip around and face Hyunjin. “We broke up! Yes! I’m sure it was a mutual agreement considering she’s pregnant… And the kid isn’t mine… It’s Changbins and I wasn’t going to keep pretending that everything was okay and be a father to a kid that isn’t mine. Okay?! Does that answer all of your questions?!” He took a deep breath, shoving his hands into the pockets of his sweatpants as he started walking again, feeling Hyunjins presence right behind him, clearly following him still. “Look, I don’t care if you follow me… Just… Don’t bring her up. It still hurts to talk about her.” 

Hyunjin nodded slowly, but he was quiet, too quiet, and Seungmin knew that the silence meant that he was thinking, and he seemed like he was thinking a little bit too hard. His tongue clicked against the roof of his mouth as he shook his head. “It just doesn’t make any sense… I know you don’t want to talk about her but… She just doesn’t seem like she’d do something like that to you, and I know Changbin wouldn’t do that.” The last thing Seungmin wanted to hear were excuses made to make you and Changbin seem innocent, especially from someone who didn’t even know the full story. “Seriously! Seungmin, listen!” 

“No, I don’t think I want to.” Seungmin muttered, walking as fast as he could down the hall, but Hyunjin wasn’t the best at taking hints, especially when he felt like he had something to say. “For the love of god, will you stop! You of all people would know considering you live in the same dorm as him. She was always over there! Stop trying to protect them!” 

“You’re right! I do know, because I do live in the same dorm!” Hyunjin retorted, keeping up the same pace as Seungmin, completely passing by the cafe, now wandering aimlessly through the halls as they argued. “She came over all the time to talk to him about you! The last couple times she sounded upset… Saying that it seemed like you were pulling away and she didn’t know why… And Changbin told her that it was probably just the stress from getting ready for the comeback. They were like siblings, we couldn’t get them to shut up… And the very last time… Oh my god, it’s all adding up now!” Hyunjins eyes went wide and his mouth fell open, his hands gripping onto Seungmins shoulders. “The last time she came over, she was asking Changbin about how he thought you’d react if she told you she was pregnant. She said she wasn’t sure yet if she was… But Changbin said that you’d be excited… And she said… She said she’d take a test the next morning… And I haven’t… Seen her since… Oh… My… GOD! You idiot!” 

Why would Hyunjin lie? He had no reason to… He would gain absolutely nothing if he helped fix the relationship… That’s how Seungmin knew he was being honest. “Oh… Shit, what do I do? You’re a romantic guy, come on, help me out!” Now he was panicking. He didn’t know the first thing to do, especially considering he had been actively ignoring you for six excruciatingly long months. 

“Dude… This is way different than forgetting a birthday or an anniversary… You denied your child and then, on top of that, accused her of cheating and claimed the baby was someone else’s, and not just any someone… But one of the other guys! You can’t just buy her roses and be like sorry! This requires communication.” Hyunjin patted Seungmins shoulder with gritted teeth, wincing ever so slightly. “Good luck.”

Changbin stood in your kitchen, your apron wrapped around his waist as he worked on making lunch for you. Neither he, nor you, were expecting any guests, which is why he was so confused when he heard the rapid knock at the door. It was probably another package, you did enjoy doing online shopping for the baby when you couldn’t sleep at night, and the delivery man probably knocked so hard to get someone’s attention. It was about to rain, and a soaking package was the absolute worst. 

He didn’t bother to take off the apron as he rushed to the door and threw it open, his hands already outstretched to receive the package, but all he got was the view of a very nervous Seungmin. “So… This is… Where you’ve been all week…?” Seungmin questioned as he looked Changbin over, eyeing the pink ruffled apron before moving his eyes back up to meet his hyungs. 

“Yes. I’ve been helping her, and I know what you’ve been thinking this entire time, and I just want you to know that you’re wrong. I might be able to be cordial with you while we’re working… But I’m pissed…” Changbin said, flexing his muscles in the doorway as if to block Seungmin from getting inside. “You need to go now, she doesn’t need this kind of stress.” 

Seungmin refused to move though, he refused to leave, standing like a statue on the front porch as he glared at his hyung. “What are you? Her dad? Just move, she’s carrying my kid, I have the right to see her.” He tried to push past Changbin, but it proved pointless against the much stronger man who simply pushed him back with a sarcastic chuckle. 

“Oh, so now you accept the fact that it’s your kid.” Changbin snarkily retorted, closing the front door as softly as he could behind him before leading Seungmin off the porch to stand in the middle of the yard. “You don’t even know what she’s having. You don’t know what her number one craving was during the entire pregnancy. You don’t know how much she cried… How much she still cries over you… You don’t know anything and now you just decide to come back six months later? You’re a little too late, Seungmin.” 

“Why…? Why am I late?” It was a question that Changbin hadn’t been expecting, but Seungmin needed answers, he needed any and every answer he could get right now. “Are you two… Together? Is that what happened? Is that what this is? Huh?!” His voice was gradually growing louder, and Changbins hand shot out to cover Seungmins mouth, much to the younger man's surprise. 

“See, that’s your problem. Even now, you just can’t let it go.” Even though his voice sounded calm, his physical demeanor showed just how stressed, just how angry he was. “You’re like my brother, I’d never do something like that to you… And she’s literally like my sister… I love her and I care about her… And I care about the baby… Which is why I can’t let you in right now. She’s not doing well, and she can’t handle the stress.” 

As if on queue, dark clouds rolled in across the sky, completely blocking the sun as the rain started to come down. It didn’t even start as a drizzle, it went from clear skies to a complete downpour in an instant. “What do you mean she’s not doing well? Just… tell me that much… Please… Is she going to be okay? Will the baby be okay?” 

“I wish you cared this much six months ago…” Changbin muttered, running his hand through his rain soaked hair as he sighed heavily. “I have to make her lunch… I’ll tell you about it later, I’ll call you.” And it wasn’t like he was being given any other options, his only choice was to go back home and wait for Changbins call. He just had one more question. 

“Hyung…” Seungmin called out as Changbin walked up the stairs, causing him to stop at the center of the porch, not even turning around. “Is it a girl or a boy…?” 

“It’s a boy…” Changbin answered softly, the answer being carried to Seungmin through the wind that whipped around him from the storm. He said nothing else as he went back inside, leaving Seungmin to stand alone in the center of the yard. 

A son. He had always wanted a boy, he had talked about it with you before during one of your late night conversations when the two of you were barely even conscious, but his mind had run wild with dreams of the future, of holding his son for the first time, teaching his boy to play baseball in the park and taking him to baseball games to cheer for his favorite team. Now those dreams were as dark and hazy as the clouds that hung above him. All he could do now was wait, wait for a call, wait for an answer… Wait for you just as you had been waiting for him.

STAY loves that you can play the guitar! Occasionally on lives, you'd play one of your favourite songs or a SKZ song. Someone even made an edit of how handsome you looked everytime you played.

Your wolf cut attracted many stays to bias you too, as if you belonged in a band and not a group. Your seemingly tough and gothic look absolutely killed STAY, and loved how you were so sweet to the members!

The members, adored you to hell. You were in the hyung line, so the maknae line viewed you as someone they could look up to - or just someone they really admire. You were sweet, it was just your appearance that made you look intimidating.

Chan loves your taste in music! Your Spotify playlist contained mostly rock music from other bands, which you shared with Chan whenever he asked. He loves listening to your favourite rock songs the most!

You were pretty responsible in the group, caring for the members when they were hurt mostly. Jeongin had injured himself on stage once and you rushed to help him, the other members going to tell the staff. Some stayed to keep him calm and company until staff arrived.

It was a pretty tragic scene for the concert, but Jeongin could still perform, he only had to sit down and sing his parts. You occasional made faces at home, making him laugh while you performed greatly.

STAY loved that! How you cared for your younger members as if they were actually your little brothers. Maknae line adored you, and you were content with that. Jeongin would gladly give you kisses when you ask him to, honestly.

Minho, loved how you were so kind to his cats. His cats loved you, what more could he ask for? Maybe he should just marry you on the spot! Kidding. ..maybe? You would always make fun of his cats, though. Claiming, ‘ they can't understand Korean, Minho ’.

Felix bringing you shipping and finding little red strawberries on cups. (Yes, I'm referencing that scene.) You didn't care if he bought them or not, if he wanted to he could - it wasn't like you didn't have money. He didn't want to buy it, since he thought you didn't like them - which meant there was no point in buying them.

You were usually spotted practicing on your guitar skills - which made Hyunjin sit down and draw you in his notebook, admiring your features. How your eyebrows furrow whenever you mess up, how you bit your bottom lip when you were focused - he was smitten.

Your guitar skills were immaculate, honestly. Everyone loved how you would laugh softly at a note you messed up - not bothered at all. Haters would use some clips where you messed up to roast you though - which didn't bother you at all. Hate all they want, they can't be as good as you.

Especially how you have to practice dancing and singing? Yeah. They can't compete.

You melted into a fit of giggles as Chan tossed you the microphone for safe keeping. Tucking it behind your back, you looked up with wide eyes as I.N, Han, and Changbin began to surround you from varying angles. If you were going to die tonight, it would be protecting everyone's ears from yet another poorly sang rendition of Hellavator.

"They have our songs on the machine for a reason, Y/N!" Han whined as he stepped closer. "One of us neeeeeds to get 100%. We have a reputation to protect!"

"I think you have other reputations you should probably be worrying about over this one," Lee Know barked from the corner, keeping the other mic in his hand.

"I got 98% on it during my turn," Seungmin grumbled. "Isn't that enough for you guys?"

Apparently, it wasn't.

"You grab their shoulders," Han nodded to Changbin. "I'll do the tickling."

"Come on guys," Felix cooed, sliding across the cushions to sit beside you. Placing his hands between you and the advancing group, he smiled up at them sweetly. "Surely we can come to some sort of peaceful agreement here."

"Look at Felix trying to rescue Y/N," Hyunjin teased from across the room. "You're not doing a very good job!"

"We're rational adults," Felix continued after shooting Hyunjin a dirty look. You felt his fingers begin to creep behind your back, immediately putting you on high alert. His touch had a way of doing that.

Tapping down your skinship panic, you realized a little too late that his hand had closed around the mic you were white knuckling. He cleared his throat before continuing, "We can totally-"

You gasped as he rushed away from you, the karaoke microphone in hand.

"Traitor!" Han yelled before racing toward him. "Our tickles know no mercy!"

Lee Know picked that exact moment to begin singing a trot song, but in the style of a funeral march. It really added to the vibe of pure chaos erupting around you. After what had to have been multiple minutes, the scene finally ended when Changbin bear-hugged Felix to the ground, allowing Han to rip the mic from his fingers.

"I didn't want to do it Felix," Han clucked. "But you forced me to."

"That's victim blaming," Seungmin nodded.

"The only victim here is me!" Han gasped. "It was my turn!"

"The victim here is everyone's eardrums," you groaned. "As much as I love you all, and your impressive discography, can you please not sing the same song for the fifth time?"

"Fine," Han pouted, crossing his arms. "Chan, you pick."

Chan looked up from the tablet of song selections and grinned mischeviously. In an instant, the intro to "Party in the USA" began to blare across the room.

Rolling his eyes, Lee Know immediately pushed the second microphone into Changbin's palm, giving cause for him to finally let go of Felix.

You watched in amusement as Felix crawled over to where you were sitting and pulled himself up onto the sofa. Letting out a heavy sigh, he slumped against the cushions, and tilted his head to the side to look at you. You smiled in return and reached up to fix his disheveled hair.

"I saved the day," he said cutely, closing his eyes at your touch.

"You did!" you laughed, focusing on fixing the direction of his rumpled strands. Being this close to Felix always caused your stomach to go in a tizzy. Even in the dimmed lighting of the karaoke room, his freckles stood out brightly on his face. His long lashes fluttered just above his cheekbones full of constellations. Continuing to trace your eyes quickly across his features, you tried not to pass out as he licked his lips.

It only took a few seconds to get Felix to rights again, but as you pulled away, your eyes caught his as they were blinking open. Inhaling slowly, his lips remained slightly parted as he watched you unabashedly. You instantly felt heat begin to creep up your neck and darted your eyes away. Letting out a light chuckle over the shared moment, both you and Felix looked over to the other members. Sans Changbin and Han, every set of eyes were on you.

Furrowing your brows, you gave them all a questioning look. Almost instantly, they all diverted their attention in different directions.

"What was that about?" you asked over the screaming that was being labelled as karaoke.

"What?" Felix asked, now also refusing to look at you.

"Everyone staring at us," you laughed. "I know you saw that too."

"I didn't really notice," he said with a small frown. He shook his head slightly before glancing at you.

"Oh, so I made it up then, did I?" you grumbled. "How convenient."

Felix gripped at his chest dramatically. "Your accusations! They wound me!"

You rolled your eyes and poked Felix in the forehead, intending to push his nonsense away from you. Looking back over to Han and Changbin, you noticed Chan was still staring intently at the two of you.

"See!" you gasped, pointing at Chan dramatically.

Chan's eyes grew wide as he pointed to himself.

"Yes, you!" you yelled, but not loud enough to travel over the music.

You looked to Felix who started initiating a nonverbal conversation with his older member. With his eyes narrowed, you could tell that Felix was chastising him for something.

"Secrets don't make friends!" you yelled, hoping to reach both boys over the din.

Felix glanced back at you with a smile. "He's just being weird."

"And you aren't?"

"Weird is kind of my brand, Y/N," he grinned, waggling his eyebrows. You shook your head, regrettably scooting away from him and more toward the wall on the opposite side of you. Unfortunately, this was also where a pair of speakers were hidden.

"Wait!" Felix gasped. Turning his body toward yours, he followed you until you were nearly touching. The small chase made your heart pick up speed. "Y/N, can we talk?"

"I don't know," you said genuinely, motioning to 3racha bouncing around in front of the lyrics screen. "It's kind of hard to hear."

"I just...need to tell-" his lips continued to move, but you weren't catching anything. His deep tone was already difficult to hear sometimes, but in this atmosphere, it was nearly impossible.

"I can't," you said, motioning to your ear.

Felix huffed in frustration before looking up with a lost expression. You waited for him to try again but came up with a better idea. Yanking your phone from your pocket, you pointed to the screen.

He smiled before pulling his mobile out as well. You watched as he gnawed on his lower lip, his fingers flying across the keyboard. With furrowed brows, he paused, and began erasing half of what he had written.

You tried to ignore the empty feeling in your stomach that only grew the longer he typed. Felix made you nervous on a good day, let alone when you needed to have "a talk". Maybe the crush you were harboring in silence hadn't been so silent at all and he needed to tell you to chill out. Maybe he was writing a dissertation about how the two of you would knock out Changbin and Han, tape them to the wall, and keep the microphones well out of their reach.

Finally hitting the send button, Felix was ready to put you out of your misery. Watching as the text message rolled in, you looked back up to him. He nodded with a small smile, encouraging you to read.

Your heart was hammering in your chest. Felix was the absolute best person you knew, so this declaration meant a lot. You had never fathomed that your feelings for him were mutual, but here you were.

i'm not asking you to return these feelings (but it would be really cool if you did). you don't have to be anything more to me than this if you don't want to (but i think partner has a certain ring to it, doesn't it? like we're cute little cowboys who like each other a lot) i'm glad i'm telling you and either way, you're so fcking important. always.

You remained staring at the screen, reading and rereading his text at least five times before you could gather the courage to look up. Felix waited patiently, hope evident in his eyes.

You opened your mouth to speak but weren't sure of what to say. You looked over his shoulder at the handful of Stray Kids members not singing. They all were staring at you in earnest.

"Hey," you heard Felix grind out. His fingers stroked along your jaw, directing your attention back to him. Leaning forward, he gripped the back of your neck so he could speak directly in your ear. "Don't look at them. Look at me."

In that moment, you thought you would simply swallow your tongue. His deep voice curled around your ear and made its way through your body to pool heavily at the bottom of your stomach.

Tilting slightly away from you again, he leaned his elbow against the couch and sat his cheek in his palm. His position kept him close but allowed for a small cushion for comfort. Your eyes searched his as you tried to find the right thing to say.

"It doesn't have to be perfect," Felix said, seeming to read your mind. "But please, just say something."

"Yes," you squeaked, still dealing with the heat of his presence dancing across your body.

"Yes?" he asked. A smirk played over his lips. His eyes never left yours as he waited for you to continue.

"Yes, I have feelings for you," you confirmed. This caused Felix's smirk to turn into a full blown, sunshiney smile. You tried to engrave this image into your memories. You didn't know if you had ever seen something more beautiful.

Leaning forward and holding your jaw, Felix looked at you with a renewed wonder. "May I kiss you?"

"If you don't, I think I might die," you grinned.

This caused another award-winning smile before Felix dove in. Any type of kiss you had daydreamed about paled in comparison to his actual lips. Soft and pillowy, he held you so reverently, the quiet admiration was enough to make you want to cry. Not going in for a long kiss, he placed a series of short and gentle ones on your lips instead. He was letting you have a taste of what all of this could be, and you were more than ready to accept it.

Pulling away, he grinned sheepishly at you as the room burst into screaming and applause. You covered your face with your hands as you allowed him to tuck you under his arm. Glancing through your fingers, you couldn't help but laugh at the men hopping around excitedly.

"And to the happy couple," Han announced on the microphone. "We give you...Hellavator!"
