How do you make time and space for yourself? For me it’s a combo of multiple modalities - movement, meditation, gratitude journaling. Sometimes it’s 5 minutes. Sometimes it’s an hour or more. I’m in no way perfect at it and it’s definitely a practice! The important thing is just just giving it a go. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨ It’s Day 6 of the #MakeSpaceForYourself Challenge!! I tried to walk past them but one beached itself and I felt so deeply it wanted to talk to me. I turned and looked into its eyes. "I'm Lost" The broken voice of a child, deep soulful eyes, vulnerable & scared. I promised to help them both & looked to the sky asking for help in returning them to their home. I began a healing journey & this dream revealed the orca was me, my soul. My inner child was asking for help. Calling me to swim deep. When I feel overwhelmed, I go to the water. Surrender to the love of the divine feminine element. Recently, I heard a new depiction of my favorite tarot card, The Star. A naked woman & body of water. "You will find healing in your own essence" There is such grace & power in holding space for yourself. To show yourself unconditional love. To allow yourself to cry, through each tear you release your old story. You rebuild trust with yourself. With the embodiment of love, you return to your soul's essence. You return home. Forgive yourself for abandoning your soul. Affirm I am listening now, I am here, I won't leave you, you're safe to be who you are, I love you in each moment.
