Felt like taking a little trip down memory lane with a Throwback Thursday. Singular moments captured in time along my journey that I felt incredibly proud of and accomplished. Trust me…Dedication and hard work WILL pay off. You just have to want it bad enough. I hope this inspires someone to run a bit farther, push a bit harder and dig a little deeper today…and everyday!!

Fri 12th Jan
That was a week 😂 I had a better day today though, on purpose! I forced myself to be sociable instead of withdrawing and had a lovely day with everyone as a result. And learned lots bc the guy buddying me today is so helpful but also laid back so I didn't feel pressured and asked all the questions I wanted. Worked out this evening while Matt was working, did a full body strength session and it was so good 😊 little flex friday too. Happy weekend all 🥰

Normally when I do dumbbell workouts I don't really log them. I just do whatever I feel like and stop when I feel like it's enough. But tonight I decided to log it for a change. I have no idea what the exercises are called, so drawing them out is the easiest way for me to keep track. n_n This way you can't ever go wrong!! Can't wait to see my progress over time. <3

Valentine's workout bc I was feeling gross from eating lots of cake with Nanna Mary for her birthday

Followed by a lovely Valentine's dinner cooked by Matthew ❤️ wore my pretty new dress for the occasion even though we were just at home stuffing our faces and watching tv 😂 it was nice to get dolled up a little though!

Back to work today, it was nice to be back. Did a short little workout when I got home. Felt strong even though I didn't get to do as much as I wanted.

I half-assed my workout today.
But, I did start it, and did about 20 min.
I didn’t want to do any minutes.
Was 20 min the whole thing? Nope.
Is 20 min better than nothing?
Absolutely!
I’m not going to be perfect, but I convinced myself to do something. And that means something.
