like according to centaur lore™️ centaurs kinda like.dont live around humans but they live in their own closed off societies in the forests, thus the whole different culture and everything. so how?? did ratchet even get here??? was he kidnapped as a child was he already born when his parents had already been taken away from their homesocieties?? i need answers because otherwise i WILL go mad (also consider ratchet reuniting with his home society…..like these centaurs take a look at him and are like “why are you dressed like that who are these people why are you with them wait youre DATING one of them and ADOPTED another hold on”)

OOHHH to be honest my underlying feel was, that ratchet belonged to some rich centaurs who didn't get microagressions thrown at them all day ('heya, wanna go for a ride with me hehe'), but instead lived at the euqivalent of iacon, and were council-adjacent.

But then Optimus, cute librarian and up and coming most powerful wizard stepped into his life and made him reevaluate what he had and what others didn't have in comparison ;V;,

But that's also how he came to know how other centaurs were treated, some even abused as mere transportation devices in some territories (functionism but like .. mega-awful)

but those are just random ideas floating in my head, omg @avoid-avoidance and @curious-sootball what do you think? ;V;
