6 weeks running around Europe: Too much bread. Too many hours sitting in cars and buses. Too many dates. Way too much wine. After hitting a really low spot on Tuesday (a bit of a broken heart and too many tears for someone who didn't deserve them) I decided it was time to get back to being the better version of myself. The one who soaks in self-love. Who takes care of herself. Who eats plenty of fresh vegetables and drinks clean water, and who takes the time to condition her body, mind, and spirit with yoga. Even after a few days I feel like a different person...stronger, better, and filled with love.
