I sometimes love talking to my dad about anime or movies bc we have plenary of overlapping taste

But then I remember he’s crazy and has THE MOST RIDICULOUS TAKES and kind of bad taste

Like dragon ball is his favorite show on the planet earth, that’s fine, not my speed but more power to you BUT HOW do you love dragon ball but reduce ARCANE to “the show with the crazy blue girl” and continuously drop jjk to watch the some episodes of dragon all super

( I’m pretty sure he’s like me in that if something doesn’t click and he can’t obsess over it he’s not consuming it which would be chill if his taste wasn’t so widely different from mine)

Also like half the time he really doesn’t understand the characters he’s just there for the fights which is chill but as somebody who LOVES Conor’s well written characters it drives me through the roof, like he has reduced shigaraki to somebody who was “crazy from the beginning” bc for some reason he can’t conceptualize the fact that he was groomed by afo and how he perceives the world now effects how he viewed his past

Like kts fine but it’s also not bc those are my baby girls amd fav shows your talking about and you clearly have not obsessed over it like I have and that makes your opinions bad

Shockingly underrated thing about Leo is that he’s legitimately charming when he wants to be?

He’s the Faceman! He’s persuasive! That’s not just some random title he gave himself with no backing to it. People will listen to him. Even if they think he’s being annoying or if they’re upset at him, people listen to him anyway! There’s a reason his bros push him out front to talk to people, and when this happens, that talking nearly always works.

Moreover, Leo knows people. He looks at them and takes into account how they act and what they’re like as he makes his way through the conversations. It’s easy to forget this aspect of Leo’s character because he only brings it out when he really needs (read: wants) to, but it really is a notable part of him that always love to see.

And I say charm in particular because he has a knack for not only getting people to pay attention, but for getting people to stay and listen to what he has to say.

sleep deprived dust can't recognize what's dream and what's real when he goes in and out of consciousness so i think dust is allowed to be incredibly reckless when he's awake but thinks he's in a dream. he will kill whoever passes by him (or attempt to. for him it's an instict to shoot bones anyways.) he will drink 4 bottles of alcohol just because he thinks its just a lucid dream. have incredibly loud conversations with phantom paps because he's asleep so nobody will hear him talk. or just have loud ass breakdowns because again he thinks he's asleep!!! nobody's gonna know what he gets up to in his dreams. and until someone (probably phantom paps) tells him that he's not asleep and this is reality he won't realize until he's done something really reckless

horror is seconds away from exploding dust's skull open with his magic while dust is trying to strangle him and FINALLY phantom paps tells him he's awake and dust snaps out of it. killer is walking around the house with bones sticking out of him like pins on a sewing pattern (casually too. another day in the life for him) and he just asks dust what that was about. dust just gets off of horror and shrugs his shoulders with an idk. and then walks away. this is the 6th time its happened this month

ONG. Noritoshi's scenes in the anime were so fucking gorgeous (i'm still not over how they animated his lips and eyelashes and eyes and hair and clothes an-) and they so DISGRACEFULLY PUNCHED HIM OUT OF THE SCREEN TO BALANCE IT OUT.

yknow what, i cherish those moments he was on screen. his constant -_- face brought me unending happiness. if we saw more of him, we would all ascend to beyond human for witnessing such beauty and coolness in one man. that or our faces would melt off bc hes so amazing ahahaha (<- copium)
