Glad to be done w that place 💗 good stuff and I'm grateful but it was beyond time and not just bc I was bored after the first 2 yrs. E is leaving next year too. We need some more diversity, internal accountability from leadership, less nepotism. This can't be a hard bargain😭 and also I want things to feel like they run systematically and not in a chaos clusterfuck that results in me getting shorted $800 lol. Bffr!!!

also im SO MAD bc i picked up a BUNCH (like... ten???) shifts at my shitty hospital job and when you pick up a shift you automatically get a set bonus. and i filled out my timecard and noted my bonus and turned it in on time (like i’m supposed to!!!!) and i didn’t think i needed to check my timecard to make sure my dumbass supervisor did her job and yet! i go to check my payslip this morning and LO AND BEHOLD the bonuses are not on there! she never added them on!!!! i sent her an email absolutely seething with passive aggressive frustration lmao and now bc of her mistake the like 200+ dollars in bonus i had on my check will be sent to me via a separate check (?????). im like. girl doing timecards and making sure shift differentials and bonuses are all that shit is entered correctly is literally like 30% of your job. i did my part by filling out my timecard and literally noting everything down for you, so it’s just super frustrating to have her just not fucking do her part!!!!! esp since she ALSO did this to me on my last paycheck, though that was for significantly less (just one bonus, versus six). seriously at the point where like i almost want to be like. listen train me on how to put in my bonuses and i’ll just do my timecard myself!!!! you can check it to make sure im not giving myself extra money or w/e the fuck but im tired of having this done by a rank amateur who doesn’t know how to enter things in or just doesnt do it!!!!!
