Hu Tao is taken off guard for the briefest of moments when S/O suddenly nibbles on her cheek.

She lets out a yelp but quickly realize what they're doing, making a blush and smile creep onto her face.

(Hu Tao) "Hello to you too, S/O! My turn!"

She immediately grabs their face and playfully gives a small bite, giggling all the while.

Now that S/O started it, she can't help but use that to surprise them every now and then.

Hu Tao finds it very cute and not really that weird. There were a lot more daring places to bite after all!

45 knows S/O was approaching her just from their footsteps, and was expecting some kind of affection.

But not a bite on her cheeks.

Her eyes widen in surprise and lets out the faintest gasp before getting her composure back.

(UMP45) "Oh, that's new. Wanting to mix things up a little?~"

45 doesn't really mind and sometimes sneaks up on S/O to do the exact same. She's careful about applying too much pressure, since T-Doll teeth could leave one hell of a mark.

She has a slight urge to go for their neck instead of their cheek one day, mostly because she think it'd be funny to see their reaction.

But 45 decides to spare S/O, at least in public.

MIKO

As a young kitsune, Miko was unable to transform into her human form due to a lack of strength and natural willpower. So, it was common for the yokai to be seen wandering around the shrine as a small fox, eating little snacks given to her by the shrine maidens, and terrorizing tiny children like the menace she was.

You’ve heard stories of a pink fox roaming the Narukami Shrine, but you didn’t think much of it when you sat down at a nearby bench to enjoy your lunch. Pulling out a small packet of your favorite chips, you tore it open before hearing a slight, rustling sound coming from within the bushes.

Rustle rustle rustle. 

You looked up to see one of the bushes in front of you moving, the branches shaking wildly before something pink and fluffy tumbled out from below.

A pink, fluffy, fox.

Miko had stumbled out of the plant with her fur all messy and tousled with leaves. A small yip leaving her mouth, as she shook like a wet dog and growled. Oh no, you’ve heard of this fox before. This was the terror of the Narukami Shrine, the infamous child attacker of Inazuma, the one, the only:

Yae Miko.

She sneezed as leaves blew out of her fur, before twitching her nose at the smell of your food. Once she caught a whiff of what you had in your lap, her eyes narrowed and she started glaring at you. Damn, even as a child, Miko still had that intimidating glare that could put an archon in their place, intimidating you with just a scowl before strutting up to you with confidence.

“…Hello?” You timidly say, looking down at the fox with worry. “You’re…you’re the fox that attacks kids, right? Please don’t hurt me, I’m just trying to eat my lunch.”

She narrowed her eyes at you. Even though she couldn’t speak, it felt like she was degrading you. 

“…Uhm. Do you want some? I can give you some if you like.”

Her tummy grumbled at an embarrassing time, causing her to only flatten her ears.

“…Okay.” You timidly reached into your bag and pulled out a small chip. Hesitantly, you held it out to her and waited for her to crawl up to you. “I hope it’s not that salty. I know kitsune taste buds can be pretty sensitive, so it’s okay if you don’t like it—”

She lunged forward to sniff the chip before biting onto it and gnawing like a dog. Cronch cronch cronch. She had crumbs spill all over the floor, but she seemed pretty satisfied overall, looking up at you for more. “Oh! Do you want some more?” She nodded, her tail starting to wag. “I can give you more, then!”

You ended up sharing half your lunch with the kitsune. Throwing her whatever you found in your lunchbox, and watching her devour it on the floor of the shrine. After a while, she seemed to have taken a liking to you and jumped on the bench beside you to lie down, letting out a content, purring noise. After that little interaction, you started coming to the shrine more often to feed and hang out with the little fox. Weeks passing by of this little friendship, you didn’t think your routine would change until one, fateful, day.

As you climbed up the steps leading to your favorite spot, you saw not the fox you’ve grown so accustomed to, but a small, pink haired girl around your age. She was waiting patiently on the bench you always sat at, before her ear twitched, indicating that she noticed you. 

Turning around, she had those same lilac eyes as your little foxy friend, as  they glimmered in a way that felt so familiar to you the more you stared.

“Finally, you came!” The girl said exasperatedly, folding her arms and pouting at you. “I was waiting all day! You keep a girl hungry, you know.” 

“I— sorry?” You looked so confused when she ran up to you and grabbed your lunch. “Hey—!”

“So, what did you bring this time? Fried tofu for Friday? I hope so…”

“Hey! Those are for my fox friend!” You exclaimed, snatching your lunchbox back. “I don’t even know you!”

“Are you dumb? I am your fox friend!” The girl yelled back, tugging the lunchbox back. “It’s me, Yae Miko!”

“Miko?!” Your eyes widened and you took a step back. No way, how could this bratty and sassy child be Yae Miko? “No way…”

“Yes way! I was able to transform into my human form the other night. I’m strong enough now!” She grinned proudly and showed off her canine teeth. Although a bit bratty and too overconfident, you could tell it was actually her due to her unique markings and fluffy, pink, ears. “Now, hand over the tofu! I’ve been waiting all week for this!”

You pouted and handed her the takeout box with tofu inside. “…Fine.”

She grinned and looked at you smugly before taking the carton out of your hands. “Thank you…!” She began eating with the elegance of a toddler before pausing her chewing mid way. “By the way, since I can talk now, I’ve been wanting to ask you something.” 

“Huh?” You gasped when she suddenly jumped on top of you and looked at you with those curious eyes. 

“I’ve decided I want to marry you when we get older.”

“What?!”

She smiled at you before hugging you close. Wanting to feel you in a way that had your little heart beating. “You heard me, I want to marry you! That way, you’ll feed me yummy food forever!” She exclaimed, staring at you in a way you couldn’t refuse. “Please?”

“I— o-okay…” your tiny kid's heart didn’t have the guts to refuse, so the moment you said yes, Miko smiled and nuzzled you close. “Hurray! Now you can feed me fried tofu for the rest of our lives!”

If only you knew, she would marry you for reasons other than fried tofu…

HU TAO

Funerals were typically held on rainy days like in the movies, so why was yours held on such a bright and sunny day?

You stared at the coffin in front of you with regret, regret for not being with your grandmother more, as she passed away in her sleep due to old age. The funeral was directed by Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, which meant you had an untimely encounter with the director’s eccentric granddaughter.

She was so…strangely upbeat. Of course, she paid her respects to the dead, mourning in a way to convey her sadness. But she was still quite the spunky one and you couldn’t help but get irritated at how nonchalant she was. 

There she was, prancing around the funeral giving jolly orders like it was nothing. You knew it was a part of her job, but did she really have to be so happy about it? You were slightly annoyed and went to sit by the pond to take a breather, pulling at the itchy black clothes your parents made you wear, before feeling the tears well up in your eyes. 

“Grandma…” your tiny voice trembled, sniffing and wiping away your tears, trying your best not to cry in front of all your family members.

“Yoo-hoo? Does someone need a tissue?” You heard a voice call, gentle footsteps walking up from behind and dangling a napkin in front of your face. “Better wipe up that runny nose, your face is too cute to be all snotty!”

“Hu Tao…” you frowned, taking her offered napkin and looking away. “Please go away, I’m not in the mood to play right now…”

Her face softened at the sight of you trying to hide your tears. Shamelessly trying to wipe your runny nose while hiding the fact that you were crying. “Okay…I guess I’ll go…”

Before she could leave however, your hand instinctively reached out to grab her sleeve, tugging her back. “No wait, I…” you grimaced and stared down at the floor. “I’m sorry, please stay…” Even though you were still annoyed, you still wanted the comfort of another person. Even if that person was Hu Tao. 

“Oh? Ah, okay…” Hu Tao immediately sat down beside you and looked at you with worry. “…Your eyes are really puffy, you know.”

“I know.” You mumble tiredly, wiping your nose with your sleeve and staring at the water. “I haven’t cried like this in a while.”

“Understandable. I mean, your grandma pa—” she stopped herself from saying more before slowly hugging her knees. “Ah…sorry.”

“It’s okay.” You mutter, a deafening silence overcoming you two. “You’re just trying to help.”

Another awkward silence. Usually Hu Tao was more talkative when it came to the two of you, but right now she was quiet as she sat down beside you and picked at the grass. While the adults in the background talked amongst themselves, Hu Tao finally snapped out of it and reached a hand out for you to take.

“…Hug?” She asked softly, opening her arms like a baby bear cub. 

“…Hug.” You say quietly, moving over to hug her while trying your best not to sob all over her shoulder. “There there. No need to hold back.” Hu Tao says reassuringly, squeezing you tightly. “You can snot over my shirt if you want. I have others.”

“No, ew.” You chuckle through your sobs. “That’s disgusting.”

“Well, I don’t mind if it makes you feel better…” she murmurs against your ear. “I don’t like seeing you so upset.” 

“I don’t normally get so upset, sorry…”

“No, it’s okay. I just want to cheer you up.” 

She patted your back comfortingly, before placing her hat on top of your head. “You know, I wish we could hang out more often. You seem like a pretty cool kid.” She smiles brightly at you before pulling away from the hug. “I wanna be with you more! Not just at the funeral parlor.”

“Sniff, really?” You blinked your tears away and looked up at her. 

“Really.” She says with a smile, cupping your hands. “…Actually, I have an idea!”

She plucked a dandelion sprout from the ground and got down on one knee, holding out the flower to your face. “Let’s get married when we’re older! That way, I can cheer you up whenever we’re together!”

Your face flushed at the sudden proposal and you immediately panicked. “Ah, wait! Aren’t marriages a serious thing? Don’t you have to be in love for that to happen?”

“Pfft! Who cares? Marriages make people happy, so I wanna make you happy too…”

She slipped the dandelion between your ear and smiled, giving you a smile you would soon see walking down the altar…

DEHYA

You ran down the streets of your hometown, trying to avoid all the bullies chasing your tail and diving down random alleyways to lose them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately for you however, you found yourself at a dead end with nowhere else to go, a bunch of big kids getting ready to make you their next target, as they took the liberty of picking up rocks to throw at you.

“Ah, come on! Can’t you leave me alone just this once?” You looked aggravated and fearful for your life, backing up against the hardened brick wall that led to your demise. “Don’t you get tired of picking on me all the time? Find something else to do!”

Your desperate pleas fell on deaf ears as they got ready to launch their rocks. You sighed and crouched down on the ground, trying to cover your head for the inevitable pain you were going to feel.

“Okay, just please make it quick…”

You squeezed your eyes shut and resisted the urge to cry, bracing yourself for the impact that…strangely never came? 

Instead, you heard the loud yells of a rugged and tomboyish girl, the sounds of kids screaming in fear, before footsteps sprinted away from you. The sounds slowly grew quieter and quieter, leaving you to open your eyes and see a pretty, short-haired girl standing in front of you.

“They’re gone now, I chased them away for you.” Was all she said before extending her hand out. “Are you okay? Did they hit you or anything?”

Your cheeks flushed hot at the sight of her trying to help you, as the girl was very pretty and the way she was staring at you with those piercing blue eyes made your heart leap with relief. What was this feeling? Could it be? Did you finally develop one of those things called crushes? 

You realized she was still staring at you and shook your head no.

“Ah, no…they didn’t.” You slowly took her hand and stood up. “I’m okay, thanks.”

“You sure? Your knee looks pretty bad.”

You looked down to see what she was pointing at and sure enough, you had somehow scraped your knee during the chase. “Oh, I guess I didn’t notice…” you brushed off some sand that had gotten on it and winced. “Don’t worry, it’s just a scrape. It’ll heal.”

“Not if it gets infected.” She huffs, grabbing your hand with her own. Wow, even for a kid as young as you, she sure was strong. “Come on, I’ll take you back to my tent. My name’s Dehya by the way.” 

She tugs you down to follow her to her camp and makes you sit down, grabbing all the medical supplies her arms could carry before setting them down in front of you.

“Uhm, do you know how to use these? Only grownups should use alcohol.” You scrunched up your nose at the sight, causing Dehya to laugh beautifully. 

“Pfft, you’re thinking of the wrong kind of alcohol,” she grins, applying some on a piece of gauze. “That’s drinking alcohol, it’s the kind that makes grownups all dizzy and say funny things. This is rubbing alcohol.”

She gently applies the gauze to your scrape and watches you hiss in pain. The moment she sees tears well up in your eyes though, she immediately grabs your hand.

“Ah—! I’m sorry, but this has to be done! My dad told me you have to disinfect wounds so you don’t get germs on it!” She squeezed your hand in comfort, helping you push through the pain before setting the gauze down to begin bandaging you. “I know it hurts, but adults go through scary injuries all the time and have to go through the same thing. You can be brave for me, right?”

She looks up at you with those piercing blue eyes and you couldn’t bring yourself to say no.

“Hah! That’s the spirit!” She smiles and finishes wrapping up your knee. “There, all done! Can you walk?”

You shakily got up on wobbly knees before almost falling backwards, if not for Dehya instinctively catching you. “…Huh. Seems like you need a bit more recovery.”

She helps you sit back down before frowning after a few moments. “Actually, I have to ask, how long have you been bullied by those bigger kids?”

“Ah, for a little while…” you mumble in response, hiding your face in shame. “It’s okay, they’ll get bored of me eventually.”

“Eventually?” Dehya’s face furrowed with anger. “No! I’m not gonna let them keep bullying you! You deserve better!” She huffs and grabs your hand, before dramatically getting down on one knee. “I’m going to protect you till the end of time. My dad said that you should always protect those who can’t protect themselves, so I’m doing that for you!”

“But—”

She looked at you with such fiery determination and you shut up immediately.

“No buts. I’ve decided I’m going to stick with you for as long as I can.” She smiled and held your hands, leaning in close with a grin. “Perhaps we’ll even get married…”

Your eyes widened at the idea. Married to Dehya? I mean, it’s not like you were opposed to it…

“Married? Oh, uh, alright….” Dehya smiled and patted your head.

“Good. I’ll make sure you’re safe as long as you’re with me.”

She bows down to you like a knight would before taking your hand and kissing it. 

“That’s what a good wife does after all…”

NINGGUANG

Due to living in poverty, little tiny Ningguang had to make a living by selling seashells on the beach. She didn’t have time to play with the other kids, or go eat lunch with them by the pier, so she ended up not having a lot of friends to talk to, due to her poor upbringing and determination for money.

She would’ve ended up alone if not for you, a humble, yet curious child who took interest in what Ningguang wanted to sell. They were mostly handmade wares and shells she found lying on the beach, so there wasn’t really anything of high value. Despite that however, you were intrigued, and moved a little closer to take a look at what Ningguang had to offer.

She noticed you, standing up abruptly to present whatever she thought would interest you. “You seem rather enveloped by my jewelry,” Ningguang says, lifting up one of the trays of rings. “They’re all handcrafted and personally made by me. The pearls you see are freshly harvested from oysters found by the Liyue docks.”

She looked proud of her little business spiel and gently took your hand into hers. “Would you like to try one? I can help you find your ring size.”

Despite her living in rags and dirt, you couldn’t help but find her beautiful as she looked up at you with gemstone-brimmed eyes. Blinking up at you in a beautiful shade of scarlet, as her warm smile brought you newfound feelings you’ve never felt before. What were those feelings you may ask? Perhaps something akin to fascination, or perhaps…a small crush? 

Nevertheless, you knew this girl was beautiful, and wanted to get to know her better. After browsing around her selection of wares for you to purchase from, your eyes landed on a particular set of jewelry. “Are these a set? They both match…” you ask with curiosity, picking up one of the rings.

“Yes, I made those two in mind for a couple who happened to be walking by.” She picks up the second one in the pair and holds it out to you. “They are matching rings and can symbolize anything. Romance, friendship, familial bond…”

She smiles at you and gently slips one of the pairs onto your finger. “Here, it seems to fit onto you perfectly. Do you like it?” 

You did. It was absolutely beautiful and you admired the glittering pearl like it was the second prettiest thing you’ve ever seen. (The first one being Ningguang)

“It’s beautiful. But…” your eyes moved down to the matching pair in the set. “I don’t have anyone to match with…”

Ningguang raised a brow at this. Well, you could always buy another ring, so it’s not like this was a big deal.

“Oh? That’s a shame. Then perhaps you could get something else? Or, even just take one of the pairs and leave the other.” She thought quite logically about the situation and didn’t seem bothered by your dilemma. After giving her suggestion, she was a bit confused as to why you looked so upset. “Uh…is something the matter?”

“We can’t just separate the pair!” You exclaim, your childishness shining through. “They’d get lonely knowing the other pair is somewhere else…”

“But they’re just…rings?” Ningguang looked confused as to what you were throwing a fuss about. “Rings don’t have feelings!”

“You don’t know that!” You shout back, holding one of the rings close to your chest. “It needs to know it matches with someone. Then it’ll fulfill its purpose in life…”

Poor Ningguang looked so confused at the whole ordeal before sighing in slight disbelief. Perhaps she was a bit too mature for her age to understand, but it seemed that splitting the rings apart was troubling you to a great degree. 

“Alright, I have an idea…” Ningguang murmurs, taking the second half of the pair and slipping it onto her finger. “You can keep that one, and I will keep this one. That way we will match.” 

Your eyes lit up at this solution. “So we can be…a bonded pair?” You ask quietly, looking at her with intrigue.

Dammit. Little Ningguang’s face blushed and she couldn’t help but grow flustered. “Yes, we can be a bonded pair…” she grumbles, ignoring the way you were starting to look cute. 

“Hurray!” You smile gleefully, slipping the ring on and handing you some mora. “Now we can pretend to be married! Like real couples!” 

She felt the blood rush to her face as she looked down at the matching ring in her hand, a spur of newfound feelings bubbling in her chest, as Ningguang had never felt this way before. 

From that day forward, Ningguang vowed to become the richest woman in Liyue. All for the sole purpose of potentially buying you a real ring to marry…

Baizhu finds you quite interesting. You told him about your adeptus powers pretty early on into your relationship and he finds it extremely intriguing. He asks a lot of questions about your powers and about your life before him. He knows that adepti don't die from old age, so he asks about the past a lot since your thousands of years old. He asks for you to try his medicines that he makes sometimes to see if they will have an effect on you. "Darling, can you try this one?"

He doesn't ask all the time because he doesn't want you to think that he's using you because he isn't. He just finds your history and your powers extremely interesting, and he wants to be able to understand you more. So, if it seems like he's using you for his research he's not doing that he just wants to be able to understand his beloved s/o more.

𝑩𝒆𝒊𝒅𝒐𝒖

She's heard of the adeti before, and she's even met a few before but she doesn't fully understand everything about them. So, when you confessed to being an adeptus she didn't really know what to do. It's not like she was mad, or she loved you any less she just didn't know what to do to understand you or how your powers worked. You had hidden it from her for a while because you were nervous about how she would react and when you told her she made sure you knew that she didn't love you any less and that she wasn't upset. "It's okay, I understand why you would hide something like that" she said wrapping her arms around you.

She asks Ganyu about it since she knows Ganyu is an adeptus as well. Ganyu gave her some brief history on adepti and how they're powers work and their history. She always tries to learn more and more about you and your powers and she's always trying to educate herself on adepti so she listens to everything Ganyu tells her.

She already knows that you're and adeptus since she's an adeptus So, it's not really anything out of the ordinary for her. If anything, she prefers her s/o to be an adeptus since it's easier for her to relate to another adeptus. She loves being able to talk to you about things mortals wouldn't understand. She finds most of the other adepti hard to talk to so her s/o being an adeptus really helps her. "It's so easy to talk to you, y/n"

She knew everything about Liyue, Including the Adepti and who they are and their history so she could tell that you're an adeptus. And honestly, she doesn't care. As long as your safe and cared for she doesn't care about you being an adeptus.

She knows about adepti powers and the history of the adepti and everything so she's not really curious about how your powers work. If you want to rant to her or vent to her about how stressful being an adeptus can be she will listen and give you as much as advice as she can.

She was raised by adepti so she already knew who you were and when you two developed feelings for each other and eventually got into a relationship she knew that you were and adeptus and how important you were to the people of Liyue. Most people address her as an adeptus but at the end of the day Shenhe is a mortal, so she always tries to understand you more. She has a pretty good understanding of your powers, but she always tries to learn more.

She looks up to you a lot and is proud to say that her s/o is an adeptus. She knows how hard you work to protect Liyue so she always tries to be as supportive as possible. She does get worried sometimes that you might get hurt, but she has to tell herself that your strong and that you'll be okay.

Like Ganyu, He prefers to have a s/o whose an adeptus. Honestly, I can't see him falling for a mortal I can only see him falling for another adeptus. He finds it easier to communicate with you because you understand things mortals wouldn't. He knows being in a relationship with him is difficult but you being an adeptus helps a lot.

He knows how different each adeptus is, so he always asks questions about how your powers work. You both had known of each other for thousands of years, but you had never really spoken much but when you did, he fell for you instantly and he spent a few hundred years thinking of ways he could confess to you. And it took him another hundred years to find the confidence to build up the confidence to confess but once he did you both knew that you two would spend the rest of eternity with each other.

Summary: A demigod AU! If you’ve read PJO before you might find the premise familiar, but it’s not required to understand this post! 

These are just my take on who their godly parents might be. I’m open to explore how their powers/personalities can differ for other god assignments too! So just send in an ask if ever. 

The setting is vaguely like CHB, or in other words, a camp for demigods protected from monsters.

Tighnari, Child of Demeter. Associated gifts: summoning and manipulating plantlife, speaking to animals, having a natural immunity to toxins/poisons.

Tighnari is a token first-crush when newcomers arrive at camp. There’s something about meeting him when he’s tending to the fields, the Sun gentle on your skin as you explore the facilities on your own — Tighnari glances up at the sound of your footsteps, though you’re sure you’ve been walking so quietly, there’s no way he could’ve heard. 

At your confused expression, Tighnari explains he has more sensory awareness around agricultural sites. You aren’t too sure what that means, but his smile is pretty and it causes you to hang around and ask about the flowers. (He’s more than happy to ramble about them, to your luck.) 

On your birthday, Tighnari surprises you with a potted flower that he’s enhanced the robustness of. “That way, it won’t wilt even if you forget to water it.” You’re about to ask him when the flower bud will bloom, only for Tighnari to ask you to hold your hands over it and make a wish. Its petals unravel soon after, followed by the fluttering in your stomach as your hands brush against his fingers — Tighnari passing the gift to you.

Diluc: Athena. Able to see/spy through an owl or serpent’s eyes (sacred animal), memorize virtually anything, weapon proficiency (knows how to use them instinctually), enhanced intelligence and reflexes.

Diluc arrived here with Kaeya years ago. After his father gave him directions to camp, Diluc’s planned route was interrupted by repeated monster attacks, and he was forced to continue the journey alone. During this time, Diluc ran into Kaeya, and they’ve been close as brothers ever since.

It’s hard not to fall a little for Diluc when you witness him in weapons training — he’s gifted with the claymore and hard-working. Sometimes after lessons, he hangs behind for hours to do more drills using other weapons, but always finds the energy to give you a soft smile when you check on him or ask if he can mentor you a little.

You also learn, eventually, that Diluc is stubborn. When he has a question on his mind, he doesn’t rest until he’s found an answer for it, resulting in the redhead passing out until the morning with scribbled notes across his desk.

Sometimes you’re tasked with waking him up, but you haven’t been very effective at this ever since you realized how long his lashes are (immediate panic, worrying he’d blink awake any moment and catch you there).

Kaeya: Nike. Associated gifts: enhancing the chance of victory (or failure) for people, intuitive precognition of who will win in a situation, growing wings on his back temporarily (discovered later on during a battle).

Kaeya was unclaimed by his godly parent during his first two years at camp. Instead, he lived in the Hermes cabin and picked up some useful tricks and qualities from his cabin-mates.

He has a falling-out with Diluc after they return from their first quest. No one knows the reason why, but their relationship is mending, slowly. You never would’ve guessed this from your first impression of Kaeya though; charming and smooth as he asks you to make a little bet on where his coin-toss will land. You learn later that he pretty much controls the outcome of that, which means he’d let you ‘win’.

Kaeya’s happy to help you out if you’re having interpersonal troubles. He’s acquainted with practically everyone, and you realize later down the line that he’s put in a good word for you more than once. When you ask him to accompany you on your quest however, there’s something vulnerable in his eyes as he asks if you’re sure.

“I don’t have any special abilities, you know. And my connections end once you step out of the barrier—”

“...Kaeya. It’s okay. I trust you.”

He’d silently agreed after that, only asking you to promise you won’t regret it. Maybe one day you’ll find out what he’s carrying from his past.

Albedo: Hephaestus cabin. Has the ability to manipulate technology and metal, gifted in craftsmanship and working with machines, good with their hands.

Ironically, Albedo is often mistaken as a child of Aphrodite. Rumors say he was dropped off at camp by an alchemist figure, and may not actually be a demigod as much as he was just another being who suited the Hephaestus’ cabin and gained special permission to board long ago. 

The truth remains a mystery. When you ask him about it, Albedo simply rests his cheek against his palm, asking you to make a guess.

Albedo’s choice of weapon is the sword, however he often gets distracted during practice and walks away muttering to himself about how he could add upgrades to the existing weapons at camp. There’s almost an uncanny perfection in the way he moves that adds to his elusive allure.

He created his own little corner in his cabin’s workshop, where he experiments past usual machinery into the field of alchemy. Not usual practice amongst his cabinmates, but no one complains since Albedo is equally diligent in other tasks asked of him. He sometimes invites you to go foraging with him, since he'd rather converse with a close friend than have passersby drag him for a chat. 

His undiscriminatory attitude towards those who ask him for help has made him popular around camp, although the Aphrodite kids still lament his lack of interest in socializing. 

Gaming: Hermes. Can understand all languages, good at thievery, persuasive, charismatic, quick on his feet, athletic, can summon wings on his shoes! 

In your first week, you receive a welcome package from Gaming! He's in charge of sending items around camp since he's fast and gets along with most people, and has also been trying to start up a lion-dance group with other campgoers.

“Sure, performing by myself is fine. But can you imagine Wushou dancers hopping up into the sky? It'll take a bit of logistics, but I'm sure if we partner up with the Hecate cabin, we can figure something out!”

Gaming's saved you from a stray arrow in archery practice a few times, too — wings sprouting on his shoes as he jumps into the air. Not every Hermes child is this adept with flying, which also makes him a common target during capture the flag (lest he swoops in to steal the victory).

Gaming also runs a little side-business to help campers get parcels and letters out to their loved ones (this was not allowed until the camp counselor gave up and told Gaming to enforce safety measures, since demigods are as stubborn as they get.) 

He reveals that doing this helps him see a different side of people — like the Ares cabin having an unexpectedly quieter side when they pass items to him, telling Gaming to keep his mouth shut (they don't like showing the mushy side of their emotions very much.)

Hu Tao: Hecate. Can perform magic using ancient greek or latin phrases, has telekinesis, can manipulate the Mist (magical veil which separates the Magical World from the Mortal World), and powers are stronger at night.

Hu Tao is one of the rarer Hecate children who can do necromancy and shadow-travel! Despite the serious sound of this however, she often uses these powers to play pranks. 

Once you get closer to her, you discover that her jokes to help people see the other side aren't just dark humor — a number of campers have deep-rooted respect for her for helping them gain closure by speaking to passed souls.

“A lot of campers arrive from a bad situation, after all. We demigods attract trouble. And even if camp is a safe haven, it doesn't erase what happened in the past.”

Once, she asked you for help with inventing her own spell. It was only by the end of her metaphorical rambling that you realize its purpose was to summon a ‘Boo-Tao’! 

The little ghost creature seems to like you, and often is the one to retrieve you when Hu Tao requires your presence (often with vague gestures and body language since it can't talk.)

Despite her cabinmates’ protests, Hu Tao likes to bring you to their cabin and get you to try carving runes for spells. She claims it'd be cool if non-Hecate children could have an affinity for some magic too, since they won't always be there to help with magic when things get dire. 

“Maybe a drop of my blood can activate the runes, even without my presence? …Kidding! Don’t look at me like that!”

Alhaitham: Dionysus. He can manipulate plants (particularly grape vines), curse people, manipulate madness (cause/cure), and induce people to say what they’re thinking as if they’re drunk (wine-talk). Good acting and persuasion skills!

One can normally spot Alhaitham reading in an alcove somewhere. If you trip on a vine on your way to say hi, maybe take that as a sign that he doesn't want to be disturbed (most people don't realize it's his doing).

When faced with a difficult person however (in an argument), Alhaitham threatens to curse them or induces wine-talk, so that his opponent gets frustrated and hopefully leaves. With the amount of disputes that happen with Alhaitham, one might think he was a child of Ares instead.

“You— Are you inducing madness on me?!”

“Why would I? You’re perfectly enraged without my help. Though since this was caused by your simplicity, I'm afraid I can't cure it either.”

Who can blame you for laughing at that? Alhaitham doesn't miss your muffled cough, causing him to raise his head with a smile.

“See? Even the newcomer thinks you're ridiculous.”

Ever since, Alhaitham has unofficially considered you as a friend (a person with a sane mind). It’s kind of funny how he sometimes acts ignorant and slowly guides a conversation where he wants, leaving his previously-aggressive opponent confused. 

Only those he's close to will notice the little quirks in his expression that show he's amused by the volatile campers, though he prefers ‘to watch on the sidelines’ than be placed onstage.

Kaveh: Iris. Associated gifts: Orb conjuring (imprisons target, defensive use), can manifest bird-like wings which lets them fly, rainbow manipulation and travel (teleports through them). They tend to be good artists and dislike fighting.

The only person you might ever see Kaveh arguing with is Alhaitham. Other than that however, Kaveh is nicknamed the ‘Light’ of the Iris cabin for both his beauty and intelligence, as he liaised with the Athena kids to design new facilities around camp. 

Many of the new cabins you see for minor gods were also planned by him, as he himself stayed in the Hermes cabin for a while and wanted to make sure every cabin had features personalized for them. His empathy means that he overworks himself often though, constantly flitting between Hephaestus and Hermes cabins to get construction done.

Children of Iris' appearances look rainbow-like when under direct sunlight. Kaveh’s no different, but you have to admit it was a shock the first time you witnessed it — you thought you were going crazy for a second, thinking he was pretty to the point of hallucinating such things!

You once asked Kaveh if you could offer a drachma to see him whenever you wanted (‘Iris message’ where you toss a drachma and pray to Iris for essentially a videocall, but magic) → he laughed and said yes, but commented that he prefers in-person meetings a lot more. That way he can conjure a rainbow against the water and see how your eyes brighten, or catch your micro-reactions during idle conversation.

FreminetHypnos. Ability to cure/cause insomnia, induce sleep, create dream-like illusions (sight-based), travel through others’ dreams and manipulate dream contents, hypnosis, memory manipulation.

Freminet is a shy member of the Hypnos cabin who frequents the Hephaestus forges to work on new machine ideas. You first meet him while he's designing a penguin robot to station in his cabin, so that his siblings can wake up on time for meetings and meals. 

Once, you almost opened a bottle of sleeping powder that he just extracted from poppy flowers. In your defense, it was very curious and sparkly.

“Ah, please be careful with that! It's for the Aphrodite campers that’ve been suffering from insomnia lately.”

Freminet admits that he's erased the memories of some people before, particularly those who’ve seen him wandering out at night. In his defense, it was just because he kept stumbling over his words and got too embarrassed, so he'd rather they forget they saw him at all!

During a period of repeated nightmares, you asked Freminet if there was anything he could do to get rid of them. Despite how he could simply induce a pleasant dream for you, he suggests a more long-term solution — Freminet enters your dream so you can face the nightmare together, changing little things here and there so you could process the worries that manifested them in the first place.

He explains that this is better than relying on his powers too much. Speaking from previous experience… turning your dreams into a comforting realm might trap you in them, to the point of forgoing the real world in the end.

Cyno: Nemesis. Ability to control physical and spiritual balance (incapacitating targets), summon vengeful spirits, sense opponents’ strengths and weaknesses, detect cheating, and temporarily neutralize other demigods’ powers. Enhanced strength and combat ability.

You once asked Cyno if he was able to strengthen hatred into a desire for revenge, causing people to fight in the distance — you’d only been acquaintances at the time, and you were admittedly intimidated by his intense aura (a trait of the children of Nemesis, which can startle other people and even monsters at times).

He surprised you by answering seriously, explaining that while it was possible, it'd go against his personal values. Cyno then continues to use a TCG quote to elaborate, which quickly shatters the tension as you jump in recognition of the words. “There are other TCG players in camp?!”

Cyno is usually impossible to sneak up on, nor does he lose his balance. That is, until you managed to fluster him one day by outrightly asking him on a date — and while he doesn't physically trip, there is a moment of surprise on his face that you'll never forget. It’s cute, in a different way from how he gets excited about tabletop games and cracks jokes with a goofy smile. Though he’s still the one who steadies you by the waist whenever you trip over your feet, so you suppose Cyno’s not just cute.

There's an unofficial rivalry going on between him and the Hermes kids during TCG matches, where they try every possible method to cheat just to see if Cyno can catch them. 

Ah, but the true moment that makes your heart skip is when you're fighting alongside Cyno on the battlefield, and he carves a way through the crowd of monsters with a vengeful spirit summoned at his side. Then, when you're about to get overwhelmed by enemies, he's quick to pull you out of danger and ask if you're okay. Casually slicing through the monsters with his polearm.

How can you not think he's cool by the end of that?

incubus/succubus!creator who feels a pang of confidence suddenly hit when they see kazuha, thoma, ganyu and aether's blushing faces because good, reader isn't the only one who feels like they're suffocating from embarrassment. little does reader know, they're blushing because of the shameless and unholy thoughts that are running through their heads. they try to justify themselves in their thoughts, they only want to help you out, but everyone knows it's mostly so they can help themselves. *wenk wonk*

incubus/succubus!creator who gets interrogated by heizou and hu tao about the more technical side of feeding, a bit shocked to know that most people they've slept with don't come out alive and are even more determined to be used by reader and survive to see another day. things only get worse once kaeya and lisa butt in with the more scandalous questions, whispering into your ears questions about what you like, what turns you on, any preferences to take note of.

incubus/succubus!creator who ends up picking a few of their acolytes once they've finally faced the threads of death. safe to say, the character that ends up underneath them won't be walking for a few days. the moment they were dragged away into your bedroom, they hadn't come out for a few hours, maybe even days depending on how bad your hunger had become. cries and screams filled the confines of your personal manor.

incubus/succubus!creator who had to bed multiple characters because of their inhumane stamina. you made sure you were properly satisfied, in more ways than one. you were quite surprised to see that they had all survived after all those rounds, but what did you expect? vision-holders are a different breed.

-Furina isn't particularly a romantic person and so it'll be very rare to have any sort of romantic act happen that's coming from her. She's not really sure how to 'do' romance.

-Closest thing you'll get is likely her taking your hand and kissing your knuckles with a loving look in her eyes. She'll deny anything you say about it afterwards, not wanting to feel flustered.

-She stays inside and clings onto you the whole day. There's no reason to go outside while it's pouring rain so you should just stay inside with her!

-Maybe you'll go somewhere to watch a play or something similar but she'd really rather stay inside. It gives her an excuse to stay and cling onto you and so that you give her attention!

❤️ - how do they subtly say 'i love you’?

-Through her actions, it'll be easy to tell that she loves you. She's always brushing up against you and touching you in whatever way she likes.

-With this, it's how she shows that she cares about you and how she gets her point across with it. She likes to dance around saying it straight up so this works better for her.

-Wrapping an arm around your should or hugging you from behind when she sees you on the streets of Liyue just shows that she loves you a lot and always wants to be right up against you!

💐 - what romantic acts will they do for their s/o?

-Romantic acts from Hu Tao will be out of the blue and when you least expect one. She thinks it's more fun this way, keeping you on your toes!

-It's partly an excuse for her because she's actually bad at thinking of something romantic to do with you...

-But, she still tries her hardest! Maybe getting a few silk flowers and giving them to you to put in your home to remind you of her. It's probably the most romantic thing she could think of and even then it's pretty light hearted.

🌧️ - how do they spend rainy/snowy days with you?

-It likely doesn't snow in Liyue but, when it rains you both usually stay inside as to not get soaked. Hu Tao prefers to play games with you if she's able to!

-Board games, card games, etc etc. Whatever you both can think of, you'll play it. She thinks it's a good way to pass the time and it's fun! Maybe even inviting Zhongli if you both feel like explaining the rules to him.

-If you do decide to go out in the rain, it'd only be for a little bit and when it's not raining too hard. She'll splash in some puddles, getting you even more wet when she does. You both will be going back inside shivering...

JEAN

Your seelie was just rolling around in the flower beds while waiting for you to finish up groceries. It was content with just minding its own business, when a familiar voice piqued its interest, causing it to stop rolling around and look up at who it was.

“Right there should be good. Ah, do you need some help?” It was…the blonde woman! The woman that you liked! Jean! Miss Jean! Your baby seelie chirped around in excitement and rolled around until it fell out of the flower bed, shaking before drifting off to stalk your favorite person. (She was also your seelie’s favorite person because she smelled like dandelions! Your seelie loves flowers, and Jean was like a giant flower…)

After a while of stalking Jean, your seelie admired her authoritative figure from afar and came up with a plan. You liked Jean…you were happy whenever you saw Jean…the seelie should bring Jean to you! Yes! It should do that! 

And so, your little baby seelie rushed headfirst towards the unsuspecting acting grandmaster, head butting into her cheek and bopping against her head. Jean nearly lost it, jumping and about to throw a quick punch to defend herself when she saw that it was just a baby seelie. An extra affectionate one at that…

“Oh dear…a seelie?” She tilted her head in confusion when your seelie began nuzzling against her cheek, trying to nudge her in the direction of where you were. “You…want me to go?” A little squeak answered her question. “I see…I suppose I could oblige..”

They say seelies were lost spirits that often led people to hidden treasure, but for Jean’s case, your seelie led her to you. A treasure in your own right. When you heard the familiar chirps of your little seelie companion, you looked up and was rightfully surprised by the treat your seelie brought. Not a stick, not a leaf, but a whole hot woman.

“Oh Barbatos…” you quickly rushed over in embarrassment. “I’m so sorry, Jean. My seelie seems to like you a lot because you smell like flowers. They have a tendency to  bring them to me whenever they find one they like.”

“…Oh? Am I a flower, then?” Jean chuckled with amusement, watching as your face grew warm at the thought. “Well, to my seelie, yes.” You smiled awkwardly, your seelie leaning in close to sniff Jean’s hair.   “Ah…no, you can’t sniff Jean—!”

The dandelion knight laughed at your curious baby seelie. The way their little face smushed into her hair was tickling her in a rather pleasant way, so the knight really didn’t mind. “It’s alright, I don’t mind…” Jean smiles, looking up at you with comfort, “I don’t mind being a flower for you…”

Your seelie let out a satisfied squeak at that.

HU TAO

Your seelie was one to play pranks often around the funeral parlor. A mischievous little spirit, it liked to lurk amongst the coffins and jump out at unsuspecting employees like a little ghost. While you’ve scolded this habit many, many times, your boss —and crush— Hu Tao seemed adamant on letting the little seelie express their mischief, finding the whole situation rather funny. 

Well, maybe she’s not laughing so much anymore after this little prank. When it was around closing time and the only people inside the parlor were you and Hu Tao. You were just about ready to head home when you called out for your seelie to come out of hiding, a little concerned when they did not squeak or chirp back.

“Huh…that’s odd…” you looked around the room in confusion, Hu Tao entering the room with a cheeky grin. “What’s odd? Is there a creepy feeling you can’t shake off?” Hu Tao teases, leaning in to rest her chin on your shoulder. 

Your heart fluttered at the sensation, quickly getting butterflies as you cleared your throat and smiled. “I suppose, I can’t find my baby seelie. I don’t know if they’re hiding or…”

Your boss grins and playfully winks at you. “Pulling a prank? I think so too…!” She waltzes around nonchalantly and starts looking through every empty coffin with ease. “Your baby seelie is just the cutest aren't they? Aiya…I wonder what they’re gonna do this time…”

She smirks at you and you feel like you’re about to faint. It’s not often that you have this kind of alone time with your boss, and when it happens, she’s always the type to tease you every chance she gets. “We shouldn’t encourage this type of behavior, Hu Tao. If my seelie continues to pull pranks like these, they’ll grow up to be—”

You both nearly jumped at the sound of a mischievous squeak. Your seelie was nearby! “Oh? Looks like they’re close…” Hu Tao grins, leaning closer to you, “I wonder where they…”

And then Hu Tao let out a loud yelp, leaping into the air and clinging to your body when your seelie bopped onto her back. Although you weren’t too startled by the sudden appearance, you still stood frozen in place at the feeling of Hu Tao holding you tightly. It was enough to make your heart rate spike, but not due to fear that Hu Tao originally thought…

“Ahhh geez, you scared me!” Hu Tao laughed, still holding onto your arm happily. “You’re such a cheeky thing, little one. I almost had to plan a funeral for myself!” As Hu Tao continued laughing however, you couldn’t shake off the feeling of her warm arms hugging onto yours and the snickering little squeaks of your mischievous little seelie. Who, if you might’ve guessed, definitely planned this interaction from the start…

GANYU

Seelies have slug-like appendages on their bodies that look like horns. Ganyu had horns…was Ganyu a seelie? Your pet seelie was deep in thought as it watched you and Ganyu converse by the pond in Liyue Harbor, wondering if the half adepti woman was just a weird looking seelie, or a human that happened to look like a seelie…

Either way, she was taking up too much of your attention and your seelie was getting jealous. How dare this big, fluffy seelie steal your attention for so long? You’ve barely glanced at them since you started talking with Ganyu! They were practically glaring holes into the adepti’s head, but no one noticed because well…seelies don’t have eyes…

“I’ll be right back, can you watch my seelie for a few minutes, Ganyu?” Your seelie perked up at your words. “Of course, they’re such an adorable little fellow, leave it to me…!” Hehe…your seelie has gotten an idea…

As you left Ganyu with your seelie, it then turned to glare at Ganyu and stare at her horns with blindsided rage. They aren’t here right now, this means war! Their little slug-like horns wriggling with fury as it made angry little chirps and squeaks. Ganyu didn’t understand a thing, but only smiled when she saw how frazzled your seelie got.

“Awe, are you excited little guy?” Ganyu chuckled, reaching up to hold it. “Don’t worry, your owner will be back soo—” BONK!

Ganyu recoiled in surprise when your seelie all of a sudden charged at her head, aiming for her horns as if it were a goat challenging  for a mate. Get back! Get back! It made angry little chirps at Ganyu and tried so hard to intimidate her with its superiority. Clearly, it was the better seelie for you. 

“Ah! W-Wait what is this—?” It didn’t hurt at all, but Ganyu was still very surprised and startled by what the seelie was trying to do. Die die die! As it tried to smush itself against her horns, you eventually came back and Ganyu ran to you in desperation. “Helppppp!” She wailed, your seelie still chasing after her horns. “It’s attacking me…!”

Your eyes widened at the sight. Ganyu running and covering her horns as your seelie angrily chased her and tried bonking against her head. “Oh my—” Ganyu rushed over to hug you and duck her head down low, the seelie scrambling up her hair and causing the adepti to whine. “Please helpppppp…” 

It seems a rivalry has formed between your crush and your seelie. The latter being determined to win you over no matter what while Ganyu cried to you in confusion. While this may seem like a bad thing, it seems that your little seelie had accidentally gotten you and Ganyu a little closer, if there was anything to go by with how close Ganyu was hugging you….

EI

As a lowly servant to the almighty shogun, you were barely recognized by her grace and therefore ignored due to your low social standing. It’s not like she purposely tried to ignore you, but due to her being of such high status, it was almost impossible to grab her attention as you were just a mere, faceless servant…

That is, until your seelie decided to take matters into their own hands. The curious little fellow, having noticed your longing stares and distracted gaze, wondered if there was anything they could do to grab the shogun’s attention for you. They were quite frankly, a bit tired of watching you pine over Ei from a distance. So, they formulated a plan behind your back to get Ei to notice you. (How sweet, yet also sad. Your seelie was playing wingman…)

So one day, while you were distracted baking Ei’s favorite sweets in the kitchen, your seelie wandered off without your permission to the private garden in which Ei meditated. It peeked its little head out of the bushes to watch the archon meditate in silence before formulating a plan to bring her to you. A determined look in the seelie’s…face orb, as it suddenly rushed out to summon a girlfriend for you.

“Hm…?” Ei felt a tiny prescience rushing towards her and raised a brow. “Miko, if that is you, I don’t have time to proofread your newest Yuri novel—“ SMACK.

Like it had just collided with a window, your seelie slowly slid off the archon’s face and fell to the ground like jello. The shogun staring blankly at it before comprehending the fact that she had been face slapped by a baby seelie. “…Oh!” She blinked and leaned down to inspect the little fellow. “You’re a seelie, aren’t you? A rather small one at that…”

It chirped when it finally gained consciousness and looked up at the archon with one beady eye. Scrambling to fly back up and tug at the archon’s braid to pull her where it needed to go. To you. 

“…You’re taking me somewhere?” She looked down at your seelie trying to tug her somewhere and she reluctantly decided to follow. “I suppose it won’t hurt...” What she did not expect however was for your seelie to drag her over to you, where you were too busy baking the shogun’s favorite dessert to notice her presence in the doorway. 

‘A person…?’ Ei tilted her head when she spotted you, curious as to why she’s never seen you before in her palace. Surely she would remember a person with such an attractive face… 

“Excuse me,” Ei cleared her throat, smiling when she saw you jump slightly and turn around to face her. “I don’t believe we have formally introduced ourselves. May I know the name of such a pretty person…?”  

As you stared shell shocked at your shogun in front of you, your seelie only bounced excitedly in the air beside her, seemingly proud of themselves for matching you up with your crush…

NILOU

You always admired Nilou’s dancing whenever she performed under the Zubayr Theater. Your seelie even more so as every time you caught a show with her, they’d sway along to the music beside you as if to mimic her beautiful dance.

It was always an endearing sight, watching the little baby seelie spin around in circles without a care in the world. You couldn’t help but smile whenever they did this, and to your own lack of knowledge, Nilou enjoyed it too, as she couldn’t help but be enthralled by the sight of a baby seelie dancing with her, next to a rather attractive looking person who always caught her eye…

She always looked forward to seeing you two whenever she had a performance. You always came to see her shows and she’d always try to spot you and your seelie in the crowd before she got to performing. 

One day, Nilou decided to kick it up a notch during one of her performances, twirling around gracefully before extending her hand out to the audience. “I’d like a very special audience member to come join me as my dance partner…” she chimes sweetly, specifically looking in your direction as she really wanted you to accept…

To her surprise, your seelie lunged forward at the opportunity and squealed with excitement, spinning around her with fever. “Oh my…it seems this little one has volunteered…” Nilou smiled and glanced at you in the crowd, sending you a small wink to make your heart race. “I’ll be sure to give them a show they’ll never forget.” 

Whether she was talking to you or your seelie was unclear, but Nilou didn’t lie. The way she danced in this particular performance was like she was trying to keep your eyes locked on her. Your seelie doing its best to keep up as it swayed with the music and bounced with each beat. 

She seemed more…energetic during this dance. Smiling when she saw how giddy your seelie was getting and glancing at you to gauge your reaction. After a while, she spun particularly close to the crowd and extended her hand.

“How about we make this a throuple dance…?” She grinned charmingly, seelie coming up to rub against your cheek and practically begging for you to join in on the fun too. “Don’t worry, your little friend and I will make sure you don’t fall.”

Your heart sped up when your seelie nudged your hand upwards to take her hand. The audience behind you cheered for you to take her hand as you slowly grasped her touch in yours. “There you go…don’t worry now, we’ll keep the tempo for you.”
