New Hurricane Family Challenge:

Stop calling ourselves useless, disappointments, waste of space, unworthy, or anything else negative. No putting ourselves down to uplift others.

As a family we NEED to work towards better self talk. We are worthy of good things. We deserve to take up the space we need. We are amazing and fantastic and beautiful.

We are the hurricane, the chaos, the storm. We need to give ourselves strength to take down our foes and the strength to hold up our own when they need a shoulder(s) to lean on

Also, no negative self talk on the post. It would make me very sad because I genuinely want what’s best for the family and that starts with us. That starts with us allowing ourselves to exist without hindering ourselves. We need to live unapologetically and authentically

Rules of the Hurricane Family/an Information Post

1. There are often hug and heart wars.

2. Yes, we’re all terrible at hydrating. Except for Rav, who’s the best out of all of us at it. Yes, we frequently remind each other to drink. Yes this frequently leads to long conversations.

3. Yes, some people need to be reminded to eat.

4. HYDRATE!

5. If you see something crazy, don’t worry about it. Shenanigans are common.

6. HYDRATE!

7. Once you're in, you can't leave. :)

8. HYDRATE. And unclench your jaw while you're at it.

9. There are a lot of homeschoolers in here. Occasionally, that means things that happen in public schools will need explanation.

10. We look out for each other. Always.

12. Don't worry if Ludo and Wrong are in shock because you haven't had fairy bread, you're not the only one it's happened to.
