not every time ended in failure though. he’d counted exactly five conversations with you that had gone as planned— or, at least almost as planned.

and so, you walked with him. in a painfully awkward silence that he had absolutely no idea how to break. hueningkai racked his brain for something, anything to talk to you about as you walked almost an entire foot apart on the sidewalk. “so, do you have any hobbies, kai kamal huening?” you asked him, causing the blood to rush to his cheeks yet again. “um… i play games! and um… collect… things..” he answered as vaguely as possible, hoping you wouldn’t ask him— “oh cool! what do you collect?” of course.

“i collect plushies.. molang is my favorite,” kai explained nervously, praying you wouldn’t laugh at him or think he was weird. he could almost feel beads of sweat starting to form as he noticed you nodding silently, seemingly thinking about what he just said. god, he thought, i just met them and they already think i’m weird.. why would i even say that! i should’ve lied and said i collect something cool like ninja stars… “that’s adorable! i don’t know what molang is though, could you tell me more about it?”

constantly keeping his hand on your waist. such an action may seem futile and unnoticeable considering yeonjun’s the one doing it, but it still makes you confused. yeonjun’s known to be flirty, a literal heartthrob wherever he goes. he’s also very touchy, easily hugging someone or putting his arm around their shoulder. but it’s only truly with you that he lets his hand rest on your hip, finger hooked into one of your jeans’ belt loops.

being oddly protective of you. soobin is the least confrontational person you know, so it didn’t surprise you when he kept his mouth shut as one of your classmates teased him in class. that’s initially how you two became friends, him nursing your wounded fist after you punched the bully right in the nose for calling him a lanky nerd. 5th grade sure was wild. the following years, soobin tried his best to defend you like you defended him back in the day but again, he’s the least confrontational person you know. however, his best friend-instincts took over him when a guy tried to hike up your dress at the graduation party. you nursed his wounded fist after and the two of you became even closer. after the “fight of the century” soobin swore to himself he would protect you. at first, you found it funny, trying to stop yourself from blushing when he would raise his voice at whoever decided to bother you that day. you don’t really know when it started but with each new time, his best-friend protection act would slowly turn into something that held a lot more feelings than just platonic ones. the way he would look at you to see if you were alright, or the way his hand would slid into yours, or even the one time he called you his partner instead of his best friend. everything was slowly changing, and you didn’t even know if soobin was even aware of it himself.

calls you his girlfriend. the first time he did it, you thought he was just joking around, trying to tease you. so you laughed it off, attempting to hide the way your heart fluttered at the thought of you being his actual girlfriend. but the second time, a week or so later, you were even more confused. did beomgyu think you two had something going on? did he find out about your old crush on him? you really didn’t know why he started calling you his girlfriend, since none of his other actions showed he felt anything except platonic feelings for you. he stopped after the fourth time, after he noticed your disoriented and clearly disheartened expression. weeks passed and not once did beomgyu explain his old but short habit to you. but then, months later, when you had almost forgotten about the whole ordeal, beomgyu did it again. to be honest, him calling you his girlfriend that time was in fact beneficial for you– you refused to talk any longer to the creep begging for your number. but the way the word rolled off his tongue, a hint of arrogance and a ton of proudness, made you reach for his hand, acting like the role he had assigned you. tension followed after, for weeks, and your heart continued to long for him. if only you knew you were the only thing on his mind whenever someone said the word “girlfriend”.

- ik everyone says that but choi yeonjun is such a fox. he’s more fox than an actual fox actually.

- i feel like you would meet him as a pup and he’d immediately imprint on you and stick to your side like a magnet literally for the rest of your life

- your little dog-cat boy will be all over you all the time :((

- he’d build comfy nests for the two of you, surrounded by your (his) favorite articles of your clothing, blankets, and teddies :(

- he’ll get pouty and sulky if you leave your little nest so don’t leave :( he’s building a home for you, be nice

- did i mention that he wants your attention all the time

- he may seem like he’s all grown up but he’s still a clingy, playful pup inside

- everything about soobin screams wolf pup to me right??? like yeah he’s big and definitely not a pup but isn’t he such a wolf pup though??

- the answer is yes btw

- he can definitely be clingy but he’s a lot more quiet and calculated about it

- soobin will pretend he’s just hanging out in your space and patiently wait for you to give him the physical attention he so desires

- he’ll lie across your lap silently and patiently and then pretend to have no reaction when you scratch behind his ears

- a protector for sure

- but again, a quiet protector

- he’s no crazy possessive alpha but he’ll definitely guard you from other hybrids and gently tug you away if he notices someone making you uncomfortable

- always makes sure you’re okay before worrying about himself :(( just wants to know his beloved is safe and comfortable at all times, his needs can wait

- soobin will also trail you like the loyal puppy that he is

- no matter where you go, he’s right there with you, either with his arm wrapped around your waist or trailing closely behind you

- you never have to worry about him seeing anyone else because he only ever has eyes for you

- sometimes soobin can get too lost in you and you have to remind him to maintain his other relationships though (same)

- it’s never too extreme though, he just needs gentle reminders that you’re not the only person alive :)

- wolf hybrid!soobin loves having his hair brushed and will give you the biggest, most pitiful puppy eyes until you do it for him

- will probably make you wear a matching bracelet so everyone knows you’re his :) nothing too flashy though, he’s subtle about his possessiveness

- OUR BABY BEARRRR

- big-little baby bear boy with little baby bear ears :((

- he gets insecure because all the boys have bigger ears than him so make sure you pat his head and tell him you love his little ears!!

- gyu will giggle like crazy if you play with his ears :(( but no one else gets to do it or he’ll get mad

- a biter

- he just likes to gently bite down on your arms or legs for no reason in particular

- sometimes gyu bites too hard and draws blood but he profusely apologizes and helps you clean up right away </3

- poor boy doesn’t know how strong he is

- will get excited to see you and give you the tightest hugs before quickly remembering that you aren’t a bear like him

- beomgyu fiercely protective of things that are his :)

- his family, his friends, his things, his love, you name it

- it takes him a while to get used to your friends and make sure they’re good enough for you, but after that no one else is allowed to talk to you without receiving the coldest death glare from him

- grumbles under his breath about how ugly they were and how “they probably don’t even have pretty ears like me right?? ‘m prettier right??”

- sighs </3 he’s so cute when he’s jealous </3

- gyu would prefer if you relied on him for protection but he ends up needing your protection more often than not :’)

- baby bear is adventurous but very clumsy

- he really really loves when you lay on his chest or curl up in his arms </3 makes him feel needed

- i must say i was conflicted about this one due to my desire to be unique

- but taehyun is just such a cat hybrid

- i think he’d be a deep grey chartreux for some reason, it just makes sense to me

- he’s elegant and quiet, and doesn’t mind spending most of your time together completing separate activities in the same room

- tyun also likes to sit at your feet while you’re occupied with work or whatever show you’re interested in at the moment, resting his head against your knee as he reads a book or watches along with you

- he loves socializing with you, contrary to popular belief

- even if you aren’t as social, he loves to go out with you on his arm because he loves to show you off </3

- tyun does prefer to spend alone time with you though

- his fav couple activity has to be curling up together in a sunny spot on the carpet and napping the day away

- sunny cat naps with tyun </////3

- he also loves loves loves scenting you

- because he’s totally not possessive but you need to smell like him because you belong to him, in his words

- imagine your kitty tyun curling up on your lap and nuzzling his cheek against your neck, gently purring and mewling as he “subtly” marks you as his :(

- he’ll get fussy if you’re ticklish though so stay still!!

- he won’t ever directly ask to you to pet him :) instead he’ll nudge you and poke you and head butt you until you get the message

- can and will cat nap directly on top of you and will definitely grumble if you wake him

- tyun simply uses your arm as a mouthrest in stark contrast to gyu’s full on biting

- his little chompers get tired sometimes and he needs a nice warm cushion so deal with it :’)

- actually i think he might nip you sometimes just for fun

- kitty tyun is actually more playful than he seem, but he loves to play innocent if ever he does pull a little prank on you

- his best practical joke (in his opinion) is tickling your nose with his tail while you’re sleeping so you wake up sneezing :)

- he can barely stifle his laughter pls he really thinks he’s funny

- his pranks are lame but he’s cute about it so laugh with him <3

General rambles

Till is a god in the kitchen. Mizi can only bake b/c she has set instructions, but can tweak the recipe if she needs to. Sua can't cook/doesn't know how to. Ivan burned something and isn't allowed in it again. LUKA IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE FUCKING KITCHEN OH MY GOD DON'T LET HIM COOK THEY HAD TO CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT LAST TIME. Hyuna can't cook for shit w/o proper instructions. Her ass cannot improvise in the kitchen.

Sus and Ivan are siblings (twins if you will) and absolutely terrible to each other (like normal siblings). They could be sitting together and suddenly Sua kicks him off the couch and puts her feet up. Or Ivan throw something at the back of her head unprompted. They are literally the most chill people in the group, until they're in each other's arms length. Then, they might as well be wild cats fighting over a piece of fish

Mizi and Till are childhood friends and talk shit together

Till knows how to apply makeup (both on himself and others) b/c Mizi would test out things on him.

Almost everyone is a cat person. Except for Sua, who is neutral, and Mizi, who likes dogs more.

Mizisua rambles

Neither of them are the warm hands to the other's cold hands. They sleep with a lot of blankets and a heater on

Mizi doesn't know how to braid hair. Sua barely knows how to braid hair. They were so used to their parents/servants doing their hair for them that they don't know how to do anything fancy. But Sua did learn how to braid hair for Mizi.

Sua was/is a rich kid. And she's SUPER irresponsible with money when it comes to Mizi. "You want this dress? Sure. Don't look at the price tag, you liked it so you're getting it."

They're both clingy if the other has to leave for an extended period of time.

Mizi likes climbing up places and napping. And Sua got really good at hide and seek.

They don't have separate wardrobes b/c both of them stole each other's clothes so often they lost track what was originally theirs or the other's.

Ivantill rambles

Till is cold constantly. Ivan is a walking heater. My point is they hold hands and cuddle.

Ivan definitely turls a piece of his hair, while kicking his feet and giggling when he's calling Till. At this point Till is unfazed by it

Ivan calls Till "my star" "my universe" or any other space related petname. (l accidentally predicted that in an old post oops) Till refuses to call him any pet name b/c he'd die of embarrassment

They also steal each other's clothes, but they can tell who's is who's b/c they both have very distinct styles

Till fumbled the bag with Mizi so bad he accidentally fell into lvan's arms and I think that's a funny concept

Have we ever considered that Till might be just as cringe with lvan as he is with Mizi once he starts catching feelings. Like it's possible. Till can just be cringe with the people he likes. Probably not as bad with lvan, but even a fraction would make me happy.

Hyuluka rambles

Luka is shockingly needy and clingy. He would prefer to get dragged through the mud than let go of Hyuna. Hyuna finds it endearing and worrying

There's a lot of heels and dresses in their home. None of them are Hyuna's

Luka is the type that NEEDS TO LOOK GOOD AT THE HOSPITAL! What if the doctors thinks he's not hot enough 🥺 Hyuna has to drag him to the hospital b/c he's fixing his eyeliner. And no you can't just put a little bit of blush on, your bone is stabbing through your calf

Soobin: Angel Baby- Troy Sivan

Angel Baby is about finding a lover who makes you feel whole, a sentiment I feel resonates with Soobin.  Troy Sivan’s voice is gentle throughout the song, which combined with a gentle melody and sweet lyrics, is very reminiscent of Soobin’s overall demeanor. Soobin gives off very innocent, almost demure vibes, despite his large stature and deep voice. Also he gives me butterflies the same way this song does. 

Yeonjun: Starboy- The Weekend

Starboy is a song about confidence. Its sexy and unapologetic, and if that isn’t Yeonjun, I don’t know what is. Yeonjun oozes a similar confidence to the message of the song, and ever since I saw an edit of him to this song, complete with him singing along at one point, I haven’t been able to not think about him while listening to it. 

Beomgyu: Gangsta Sexy- Hollywood Undead

Okay hear me out: Gangsta Sexy is a perfect mix of weird as shit, and overly confident, like Beomgyu. It masks an underlying sense of insecurity by overhyping the subject (the singers) while still displaying an overwhelming level of talent. The raps are unique and skilled, even if about stupid shit like drinking and getting laid, and the vocals in the chorus are rather pretty. 

Taehyun: Maniac- Conan Gray

In all honestly, Taehyun is a hard read for me. He’s strange, like the rest of the group, but has a sense of mystery about him. His overall presence reminds me of Conan Gray’s voice, this mysterious, beautiful thing that lulls you in. The song itself is about a clearly toxic relationship, but remains upbeat and fun, with interesting changes between the pre-chorus, chorus, and verses. 

Hyuka: Beautiful People- Ed Sheeran and Khalid 

No doubt this song is beautiful, its meshing of Ed and Khalid’s voices is perfect, and gives the song and almost regal sound. The subject matter is the change people go through when they become “beautiful” and how that impacts true relationships. Hyuka feels like someone who, despite the fame and money he now has, is still just some guy. He’s down to earth, and aware of himself, without ever feeling stuck up or changed because of who he now is.

A Day with Daddy

Work had been taking up all of his time. Not just some, all of it. For weeks Kai had been missing quality time with his little one and it was showing. He was drained and his heart was aching. Kai hated the way he let his emotions affect his work, but how could he help it? The only thing more important to him than his career was his baby.

So, the moment he got word of his upcoming weekend off, he started planning. He didn't just want to spend time with you, he wanted his little one. Being the youngest of the group was great most times, being spoiled and all that. But Kai loved to feel needed by you and he needed to be your Daddy. Often, at the most inconvenient times, he'd find himself lost in his head, thinking of his small, little baby, you seated comfy in his lap, your hands intertwined so nicely, as if they were made for each other. Then he was at his happiest, loving and caring for you. So, one little date wasn't enough, he wanted an entire day with his baby. Daddy-little time was essential.

When the day finally came, Kai woke you early in the morning, his arms already circled around your waist, squeezing tighter as he pressed good morning-kisses all over your face as you faced him. Giggling at the way your squirmed, not wanting to be woken quite yet, he eased up. But his eagerness was something he couldn’t hide, even if he wanted to.

"Wahhh! Baby doesn't wanna have breakfast with Daddy?", he cooed with you in his arms, rubbing his nose against yours. Ears perking up at the words "Breakfast" and "Daddy", you slowly opened one of your eyes, squinting at the yellowy beams of the spring sunrise shining through your bedroom window, making his skin glow so prettily. His eyes glimmered like deep pools of honey or melted chocolate, the kind you'd accidentally let melt in the humid summer heat just to be all the more sweeter somehow. But neither were as sweet as him.

"Nnn...", opening both your heavy eyelids, you smiled and pulled your arm from your cozy nest of blankies and plushies, shared by the both of you, to wipe the sleepy from your eyes.

"Ohhh, my sleepy sleepy babyy.", he sighed, his voice soft, and pulled you back to his chest for a big hug before leaning back to look at you again, "Do you want Daddy to come get you when breakfast is ready??", he kissed both your eyelids ever so softly, allowing them to flutter closed again, heavy with drowsiness so you could slumber just a bit more.

After a closed-eyed nod, you already letting yourself doze off again, he tucked you back under the covers with his Molangie snuggled into your arms both to replace your Daddy and for safe keeping. Once he finished washing up, he made his way to the kitchen to make his special pancakes.

Taehyun would laugh at him, really, pancakes being one of very few things Kai could actually cook, but you didn't mind. It was special to you. Not more than thirty minutes later, your joyous sleep was again interrupted by another comforting voice, deep and soothing, almost lulling you away further into dreamland.

"y/n... your Daddy made breakfast~ Time to wake up~", Soobin giggled, seeing you stir and pull the covers over your head, still very much sleepy, "Baby girl~", he cooed sweetly, knowing exactly how to wake you, "Don't you want Daddy's yummy pancakes and syrup... And strawberries??"

That was all it took for you to smile big and throw your covers down, letting Uncle Soobie in his day-off-sweats, help you out of bed, holding your hand in his large one as he guided you, the sleepy baby, down the hall for breakfast.

"Look at my baby so cute in your jammies.", Kai grinned as he transferred another golden pancake from the frying pan to the stack next to him on a plate, watching you waddle up to the kitchen island, Soobin picking you up to sit in the tall chair.

When everyone finished up breakfast and started bickering over who's turn it was to load the dish washer, Kai took you back to your room to get you ready for your day out together.

"Where are we goin', Daddy??", you asked after your head popped out of the shirt he was placing over your head, helping you put your arms into the sleeves and grabbing the green and yellow polka-dotted socks he'd picked out, maybe a little biased, for your little feetsies.

"Hmm... I'll give you a hint. One place we're going has lots of Daddies!", he teased and did a little waddled before kneeling again to tie your shoe laces. It took you a moment and you tilted your head, deep in thought.

‘Daddies?’

"Do you think he told her yet?", Beomgyu turned to Taehyun, plopping down on the living room sofa after he'd unenthusiastically finished loading the dishwasher, having lost rock-paper-scissors three times in a row to the other.

"DADDY ARE WE GONNA SEE PENGUINS??!", rang through the dorm along with Kai's deep chuckle as he led you from he bedroom.

"Safe to say 'yes'.", Taehyun smirked, not looking up from his phone.

Grabbing his car keys, Kai let everyone say their goodbyes, engaging with their littlest baby and wishing you good luck on your adventure.

Once you were buckled in safely, your journey began. Your Daddy played your favorite songs on the car radio, laughing and singing along with you even though your music taste was quite a bit different from his, especially when you were small.

The first destination wasn't quite what you were expecting, a place where you and Daddy and even Uncle Soobie had been before on numerous occasions; the movie theatre. Reaching over after taking off his seatbelt, he unfastened yours and got out of the car to fetch his baby.

"Got your (plushie name)?", he smiled down at the friend you kept tucked safely in your arms as he reached for one of your hands to help you from the car. Nodding with a faint blush dusting over your cheeks, you thought and thought on what movie you could possibly be seeing.

"PAW PATROL?!", you squealed as quietly as possible into your Daddy's back as he spoke to the man at the counter. He held back his giggle, bringing you around to stand in front of him so you could make your selection of concessions but you were far too afraid of strangers to speak to the man yourself. Knowingly he leaned down a little so you could whisper in his ear like you always did. After you'd decided his eyebrows shot up with a bit of concern.

"Are you sure, baby girl? Daddy doesn't want you to miss your movie because we have to take you potty in the middle of it."

"I won't!! I promise!!", you whined, poking out your bottom lip and tugging on his sleeve, giving your best attempt at puppy eyes. His expression melted as easy as ever and you knew you'd won as you often did. (Uncle Tyunnie would bug him about the spoiling later.)

"Can we get two large drinks and a large tub of popcorn??", Kai's voice shifted to his usual tone of speaking with others, not nearly as gentle and sugary as the one he used with you. Tugging on his sleeve again until you were satisfied, the corner of his lip twitched into the smallest of smiles, "And some sour patch kids and swedish fish."

Pulling you in front of him again, he waddled coward with you, toward the end of the counter so the group behind you could go next, "Sorry babygirl, Daddy nearly forgot.", he grinned.

“Can we get cheese powder??"

"On all this?? what are you making??", he chuckles but agrees because he's curious as well "Hmm. White cheese powder??"

You nodded and he takes the shaker from the concessions "Tell me when, princess."

After more than a couple shakes he glanced at your wide eyed stare as you watched the powder fall onto the candy and warm buttery popcorn.

“More?”, he laughed unsurely, lightening the pressure of the shakes as you decided.

“More!!”, you giggled, holding out your finger under the shaker to taste some of the powder, squeaking as it touched your tongue. It was definitely stronger than you’d expected.

“Is that good, little one?”, he cackled loudly at your reaction, halting the shaker. Nodding enthusiastically you waddled off toward the big hall that led to the viewing rooms.

“I’ll take that as enough.”, he smirked, setting it down and raising an eyebrow at the powder covered kernels, shaking it as he followed.

After the movie and your fill of popcorn, Kai having to eat the rest when your tummy got full (to his surprise it was much tastier than he’d thought it’d be.) the two of you greeted the staff again. Confused you followed along, habitually chewing on your straw with your plushie tucked in your arm as he spoke to the man at the concessions.

“Thank you so much.”, he bowed to the man and held out his hand for hours so you could finally leave. Once he’d buckled you in, he pulled out two lollis, unwrapped the first, placing it in your mouth before enjoying his own.

“No more biting your straw, you know it’s bad for those precious little teethies.”, he smiled.

“Tank oo, Daddy!!”, giggling you agreed and settled comfort in your seat as he started the car.

Before you’d even arrived at the aquarium, you’d succeed in chewing up your lolli, another bad habit of yours, and munched on the paper stick until it lost its flavor in your mouth. When he noticed you’d already finished, he pulled his from his lips and popped it in yours, with a giggle.

“Nn?”, you asked, holding out your hands with the little chewed up paper stick for Daddy to discard.

“This doesn’t feel like a fair trade.”, he snickered.

Once Kai purchased your tickets, the guide, sporting a pelican hat waved the two of you over. Watching intently, the way Kai interacted with you, the man tilted his head curiously.

“Come on over and I can get your bracelets secured for you!”, he spoke sweetly, in a gentle and friendly voice but you were unsure.

“He’s gotta put your bracelet on! It’s okay, baby.”, Kai assured you, nudging his head in the direction of the guide’s outreached hand. Slowly you held your wrist out, wishing you hadn’t left your trusty plushie in the car so you’d have something to squeeze tightly other than your Daddy’s hand.

“What are you here to see today??”, the man’s voice hushed just slightly as his tone changed as though he was speaking to a child while fastening your bracelet. Looking up at the man, then at your Daddy, you pressed your lips firm until you received another reassuring nod.

“Daddy bringin’ me to see the penguins…”, you spoke shyly.

“Oh, really?”, the guide gasped, “I talked to the penguins just this morning! They’re really looking forward to your visit! Say ‘hi’ to them for me!”, he winked with a grin, letting you pass to help the next person.

Walking through the aquarium you pointed at every shiny colorful creature that caught your eyes, spending far too long at the touch tank. Kai guided your hand to touch things you were a little too frightened to touch without Daddy’s help. He couldn’t help but find it cute how both you and the little creature flinched at each other’s touch.

Taking your hand again, Kai led you through the aquarium until you reached a long hall painted with pictures of fish swimming under the ice. When you saw the sign for the penguins you squealed loudly and waddled ahead, dragging you chuckling Daddy along with you until the walls turned to glass and you were greeted by sleek white and black coats and creatures who waddled just like you. Only the tiniest of gasps left your lips as you placed your hands on the glass, unblinking as you watched the shiny aquatic birds hop around and communicate with each other.

Letting you have your moment, Kai took the time to enjoy one of his favorite animals as well, stroking your hair as the two of you watched. It was a breathtaking moment if the silence wasn’t a tell. It wasn’t the first time you’d seen penguins of course, but he wondered if it was your first time small, seeing these things. It was your first time there together, of course.

After spending ample time with the penguins, you ended up in front of the aquariums biggest ocean tank, holding a wide assortment of colorful fish, sharks and creatures you’d never seen before. Leaning against the bars, Kai right behind you, his hands found their favorite home on your tummy as you watched, dreamy eyed as the fish swam leisurely through the waters. In awe, you drank up the vivid blues water and vibrant colorful corals, the lights reflecting off many fish’s scales as a they swam in an elegant dance with one another. A larger creature made its way around the front of the tank, making your eyes practically pop out of your head as you pushed off the bar, jumping and pointing at this new exciting creature you’d surely attach yourself too.

"Fishieeee!!"

"Actually, baby girl, that's a whale shark.", he pulled you back down into his arms as you giggled,"haha ask me how Daddy knows that."

"Unca Tyunnie??", you grinned, knowingly.

"Yup, Unca Tyunnie.", Kai laughed, partially in agreement but partially because of how cute and precious you sounded. Your baby talk was something he loved and lived for and all the guys agreed it was something they adored.

"Unca tyunnie is smart but Daddy is smarter!!", you babbled, attention now back on him now that the whale shark had swam a little further out of sight.

"Awww you little flatterer.”, he lifted you to the tips of your toes, swinging you a bit in his arms, “I dont know where you get it from", he chuckled as if he didn’t know you, in fact, had gotten it from him.

It’d been a lovely afternoon with your Daddy and he had let you linger at each spot as long as he could but once the aquarium visitors began to empty out, it was time for you to go. There was nothing better to bandage your sad heart as you bid farewell to your new aquatic friends than a final stop at the gift shop.

Thankfully, you’d gotten quite used to Kai’s open wallet, getting past the phase of overbuying and content getting just enough of you’d have bought the whole shop. And he might have let you. After some wandering around and teasing as your Daddy made each of the plushies that caught his attention give your their fair share of tickles, you settled on two new friends. A new penguin (as if Kai didn’t have enough of these at home) and a whale shark, which you’d added at the top of your favorite animals list after a very memorable date with your Daddy.

Returning home with three plushie friends instead of one was the perfect ending to the perfect day.

"Is this Daddy?”, Kai pinched th e little penguins hand as he buckled in his worn out baby for the final time, “and you’re my baby shark??"

It was in that moment that Huening Kai Kamal experience a rare realization, regretting his decision to open his mouth.

"DADDY CAN WE LISTEN TO BABY SHARK?!"

Defeat. If you didn’t hassle your Daddy every so often, where would you be? So, he trudged to his seat, started the car and went through his Spotify until he found it. One of his least favorite songs to finish off his favorite day. At least it matched the theme.

"AAAGHHH! I just got it out of my head!”

i think that an arcade date with kai would be a super spontaneous thing

but it would also be an often occurrence for you both

kai might get some unexpected break in his schedule

and what better way to fill it than with you and an arcade date <33

he would text you immediately to tell you he got a break and that he wanted to take you to the arcade

you two would decide that this date was really a quest for all the plushies

cause if you don't support kai's plushie agenda I WILL COME FOR YOU-

as i was saying you two would walk to the arcade full of excitement

and once you're inside the excitement would be like x3497263501

you'd be filled with the adrenaline rush of all the lights, games, prizes, etc

kai would let you pick whatever game to play first

you would opt for a competitive game like racing, basketball, or air hockey to play against each other

your agenda would be to win as many tickets as you can with the easy games and save the claw machine for last

because as i've mentioned - you both are on a quest for plushies

while the main goal is the plushies, you can't help but be competitive in the other games as well

but at the end you'd just be hugging and laughing

and enjoying the rare time you both have just to yourselves

once you've both counted all the tickets you've won kai and you would rush over to the claw machine

like it would just be standing in the corner with the lights displaying all the toys inside

but it would seem like it's shining like diamonds cause of how excited you both are

and even if you don't like plushies yourself, seeing kai so happy would make you super happy and excited as well

kai and you would take turns controlling the claw and trying to get the plushies that catch your eye

but any plushie is a win

once you've successfully gotten your prizes you'd go get food somewhere

even if it isn't exactly a meal time, you'd still want to eat together

and after you would get ice cream

kai would get mint choco ofc

and if you also like mint choco then you'd get matching cones/cups

but if you're a mint choco anti... then that's fine too

kai would take the opportunity to steal some of your ice cream

which may or may not end up in him getting ice cream above his lips and you having to kiss it off-

depends on whether you got a cone or not ;)

in conclusion - an arcade date with kai would be super cute!

and plushies = happy hyuka which is a win for everyone 💕
