It caught me off guard but there’s this exchange between Hosea and Arthur that for me happened right after the bear hunt, where Arthur suddenly says his back hurts, and Hosea gleefully says “well lie down and let me get crackin” and Arthur is like haha NOOOooooo! no thank you I am backing away from this interaction haha! the implications are killing me

1. Hosea gives back massages

2. Hosea is extremely enthusiastic

3. Said massages are terrifying for the recipients, to the point that it has become a running joke in the gang.

i really want to not be in pain but i have passively been in bodily pain or discomfort of some kind most of the time for years now and at 24 i don't know if i can hope that it will get better. it is really upsetting. i don't even have some kind of serious health condition i am just kind of like poorly put together

#it's scary because i am in like the summer of youth but in some ways i feel like i already have the body of an old man #and it scares me to think about how my back or my joints or my feet will be holding up another decade from now

Can’t sleep I am having a flare up because I ate processed food today…

#my tummy only accepts organic foods #and non processed foods #which is BORING #I’m going to drink chicken and beef bone broth for two weeks to get back to normal #Homemade chicken and beef bone broth soup #pcos #endometriosis #sometimes I don’t have a choice in eating processed foods and it exhausts me even more than eating organic high protein foods #I really can’t sleep because of a flare up #enjoy your twenties guys. do mobility exercises do not skip those and learn how to eat healthily for your body and immune system #not even stretching helps me right now #I took a day off tomorrow decided right now #it is 1:36 am tomorrow if I go to work I have to start at eight #I can’t do this I’m getting older and older #I feel my joints hurting my upper back is so tense my back hurts when I carry heavy shit and I don’t adjust my posture #that’s when you feel old
