#i cant WAIT. double salary and perfect work conditions?

the differences between my old work and my current one are. so jarring
#for context i still do night shifts at my old work for extra cash a couple times a month#and the difference in treatment is. insane#my patients here (they do regular scheduled tx) are so happy to see me and genially miss me#even the cleaning staff gets happy to see me one lady hugged me and said she missed me working the day shift#i spent half my ward rounds chatting w patients who were asking where ive been#and the nurses refuse to let me lift a finger i asked if they want me to help and they stare wide eyed and say ofc not#and! the nurses are my friends! we order food on the down time and spend time together#meanwhile at my other work i gotta beg the nurses to do their job and fend for myself 90% of the time#its insane#ive been offered a position at this workplace once my residency is complete#and i am 110% taking it#i cant WAIT. double salary and perfect work conditions?
