Hey kid, look at me.

I want you to T-pose. Turn your right thumb up and your left thumb doen and look at your right thumb. Move your arms up and down a bit until you feel a nerve running from your armpit to your palm. Now turn your right thumb down and your left thumb up, and look at your left thumb. Keep your chest facing forward and your shoulders back. Move your arms again until you feel that nerve again. Keep alternating between these two for a minute, or look at each thumb thirty times each.

Now sit down. Put your left hand firmly under your left buttock, palm down. Keep your shoulders back and put your right hand over the crown of your head, very gently pulling it to the right. Do this for thirty seconds, then do it again but with your right hand under your right buttock.

These are stretches for the nerves in your arms, and are very good for people who sit behind a computer a lot, or fibre artists, or you name it. Do them daily. They will hurt in the beginning, but keep doing them, even after the pain has gone, or it will return and you'll have to start all over.

#i had some nerve pain in my hands #and it turned out the nerves in my arms were too short #so i went to a physical therapist #she prescribed me these #i did them twice a day at first #because i wanted them to work as much as possible as fast as possible #and they do work #i still do the stretches #but that pain in my hands is mostly gone #crochet #knitting #stretches #im not sure if its for carpal tunnel though #but u can still try them #fiber arts #physical therapy #good luck!

And a guide: -In no way these are my recommendations, I actually unrecommend a certain book here, my recommendations list can be found here. this one is the Wookiepedia list just less confusing (I hope) -She isn't a main character in all of these. At all. And some are just cameos, I didn't get into specifics about that. -Most of the canon books & short stories can be found in e-book/digital form, or in physical copies pretty easily, just look them up. -The same thing that goes for the canon books goes for the canon comics, although most of the issues listed are part of a series (as might be evident by their numbers). That doesn't mean you need to read the rest, because they're pretty stand-alone and usually just reference the other issues of the series/have a framing story related to that. -I'm not sure where you can find the Star Wars Insider issue or the Adventures Ashcan, sorry about that. -The Legends list is much more complicated than canon, since anything related to The Clone Wars series may contradict the prior Legends media. That's why I marked those in bold, as they are only officially part of that timeline, and don't make much sense with the rest of it (most of it, other than the actual episodes, were mostly de-canonized when Disney bought Star Wars with the rest of Legends). -There are ofc the original printings of those, but I also I believe most of the Legends books listed were reprinted as a part of the Legends brand, but if they weren't then idk what to tell you. -The Legends comics were also reprinted, mostly in big, pretty expensive collections. One of 2 things on the Legends list I've yet to read. -The Dark Heart short story was originally published online, so it's here legally (link straight from Wookiepedia I sure hope it's legal). -I have no idea how to get to the Graphic Novels normally but I trust they're on eBay and co. -I've only talked about legal options but obviously, there's more. Adventures at the PA Ren Faire!

#not soggy this year but hot!!!#I sweat through my costume 🫠#I think the Mari Llweyd was the highlight of my day I was so excited to see one in person!#and I did not manage to get a pic of them but I saw some Dungeon Meishi cosplayers which was so fucking rad #got to see both Celtic Legacy (flaming bagpipes) and Enter the Haggis! but I missed the unicorn >:/#but man it went by so fast I can’t believe it’s over already!#we decided to go twice this year tho so we’re going with our dnd group at the end of October for Halloween Daze and Spooky Knights #the faire is even better when it’s spooky I’m so excited :D #ohhhh and we saw a really funny play too called Bloody Best #comedy version of all of the bloodiest parts of Shakespeare’s plays lol #tumblr would appreciate it the first part was ‘beware the Ides of March’#lots of cheering at RR tu Brutus so I def think there were some other tumblr users in the audience XD #my fav part was that anytime someone took too long to die they’d run in with a bucket of blood #and just throw it on them and be like ‘we have not the time! i need to keep building back up my savings. No More Silly Little Treats, i keep getting distracted when i Need to spend money on stuff and then getting myself a silly little treat and forgetting im supposed to be saving and shouldnt be doing that a bunch

#got paid today and it was less than usual cause i left an hour early twice in a row and then did one full day then Burnt My Fingers #and couldnt work for two days #i didnt spend a bunch of last paycheck cause i got cash and a gift card for a thing and used that for things. i rounded this paycheck up-#and put it up in savings and im gonna take out like 50 cash to pay for snacks at work and Not Touch my card til next paycheck. i gotta.#espc after i paid so much for our trip i still gotta get my savings back to where it was and i keep FORGETTING to #by next paycheck my comms should be open and that will help too #i want to get chomp stickers to sell cause i know yall will love them #theres a wide audience of ppl who like biting and its getting closer to halloween so itd be Themeatic #but ill wait til after my first comm back cause one will pay for the cost of those #anyway !
