im genuinely curious now, bc i still keep seeing people post about their work being posted on joostwt... like it must be on purpose now right? look i can understand being naive and coming onto tumblr for the first time and just looking up a fandom you like and then being surprised when people are little freaks about it ... but i mean at this point you have to KNOW what is on tumblr we've been the talk of joostwt (and tikok honestly) for like over a month now... you're no longer "accidentally" stumbling upon nsfw works you're actively seeking it out. and specifically actively seeking it out to harass and degrade the people who made the work, to what? to prove your own "morality" in this fandom? do you really think joost feels better now that you've put some random person on blast? do you think he's going to get on his knees and thank you for fighting the evil disgusting tumblr fandom... omg get a GRIPPPP!

if the tumblr fandom bothers you so much... stop actively seeking out the tumblr fandom??? like if its so gross and weird to you WHY do you keep coming back. go block some tags, or delete tumblr off your phone and stop trying to live out your repressed high school mean-girl fantasies over the internet and go outside.

like personally i dont really enjoy the joost fandom on tiktok or twitter, so i just simply dont interact with them, that easy. sure if joost content happens to be on my feed ill probably like it, but other than that i dont go out of my way to search the joost tags, or seek out fan accounts, bc just not my vibe- i suggest the rest of you do the same for us on tumblr

you clearly put a lot of time and thought into this, so i will give you that same level of consideration back. i think you have some misunderstandings about me, hockey fandom, and fandom culture as a whole.

first, the lesbian thing. admittedly tumblr search is very broken but according to it i’ve mentioned the word lesbian twice on here, as a disclaimer for why i might not be the best person to understand what male attracted people find hot. it's possible it's come up a few other times but it’s definitely not something i "emphasize a lot". it's somewhat ironic that you bring up you being bi and having a gf in what reads to me like a deflection on your critique that i say i'm gay too much, when you seem to think me saying i'm a lesbian is bc i'm trying to deflect on sexualizing these guys. which admittedly is the most confusing part of your entire ask. is this solely about the thigh ask? if you’re worried about "basic respect", hockey fandom is probably not the place for you. i know i don't like seeing 500 reader insert posts every time i open anyone's tag, which is why i have related terms muted and block people who don't use them. however this is very much a part of hockey fandom and i’m aware of that. on the flip side, the unfortunate reality is that hockey players are some of the nastiest misogynistic men on the planet who generally do not see women as actual human beings beyond mommies, maids, and holes. if i WAS sexualizing these men 24/7 i would feel well within my rights to do so, and could make an only slightly ironic argument for it being feminist praxis. if jack hughes can ask girls to flash him, i can have a little sexualization, as a treat. 

calling me weird and creepy isn’t actually negated by following up with saying you're not trying to shit on or invalidate my passion and you respect the effort i put into it. if you think i’m weird and creepy, you’re allowed to feel that way, but actually own it if that’s what your opinion is.

Cheeks blushing hot, Armin was looking out the window on purpose as he tried to ignore the lewd sounds invading the limo. His knuckles turned white from how hard he held his glass and his leg wouldn't stop bouncing from nervousness.

"Tch… Go get a room for fuck's sake! You're embarrassing the kiddo!" Levi rolled his eyes.

The couple pulled away from each other for a second, briefly catching their breaths before diving into their passionate kiss again.

Levi emptied his own flute of expensive, delicious champagne, clicking his tongue appreciatively. Not even minding to hide the smirk on his face, he noticed how Pieck's eyelids slowly fluttered shut, her whole expression uttering bliss as Hange kissed her.

He couldn't blame her. He knew this feeling. He remembered it. He remembered how it felt to taste Hange's lips, he remembered how his skin shivered under their feathery touch. His smile grew wider at the pleasant memory but, before any of them could catch him staring, he decided to look away and focus on adjusting his cufflinks.

The make out session on display seemed never to end, adding embarrassment to the anxiety already building up in Armin's chest before the premiere, making him sweat in agony.

Levi patted Armin's shoulder with affection, drawing a faint smile from him. The young man turned to face him, slightly less flushed than a couple moments before, and straightened his back to regain composure.

"Oi, lovebirds! We'll be there in a few minutes. We can't afford to get out of the limo so fucking disheveled, do we? So get your shit together and wipe the spit out of your faces, you're literally glistening!" Levi blurted out after a brief glance at his watch.

The lovers reluctantly parted, already longing for each other. Pieck quickly pulled out a fancy compact mirror and some lipstick from her velvet purse to touch up her makeup.

Hange turned to Levi with a beaming grin unfortunately stained by the intense kiss. Levi leaned over to them, pulling out a clean handkerchief out of nowhere and rubbing the purple lipstick off their face and lips.

"Look at your sorry ass, idiot!" he uttered in a soft voice, kneeling in front of them, his hands now tangled in Hange's messy locks in an attempt to make them look less tousled.

Hange chuckled and he smiled fondly.

"What is it, Four-Eyes?"

"We owe you big time, Shorty," they said, tenderly brushing their palm on his cheek. "Sorry to put you in such an awkward position but we can't do otherwise for now, you know." Their eyes shone with endearment as they added "thank you so so much, you're so kind Levi!"

He averted his gaze, embarrassed as always when they showed him their deep, genuine affection. He took their hand in his, placed a quick peck on their wrist and exhaled deeply to get rid of the accumulating stress. The limo finally stopped and the car door clicked. Pieck blew a kiss to Hange who mouthed "I love you" in response.

"Let's do this!" Levi exclaimed as he stepped out on the red carpet, gently dragging Hange behind him. The flashes dazzled them but their faces wore a radiant smile as Levi pulled Hange into him by their waist, both looking left and right to allow the crowd to take proper pictures of their idols. 

Holding hands, they glamorously reached and climbed the stairs, stopping at the top with Pieck and Armin to wave one last time. They finally entered the luxurious hotel.

The worst part was over.

The 'Paradis/Marley Alliance' actors shared a large round table almost deserted by now. Half the cast was on the dancefloor, twirling under the huge crystal chandeliers. 

The meal had been delicious, taken in good company and they were actually sitting side by side. Pieck couldn't be happier than in this very moment as Hange discreetly held her hand in theirs under the table and their shoulders brushed ever so slightly. She didn't dare look at her lover's handsome face but she could breathe in their earthy scent, a scent that never failed to make her blush with desire.

All of a sudden, Hange's hand slipped out of her grasp as Levi helped them get up from their chair. The music was so loud they had to lean down to whisper in her ear.

"Levi and I are going to dance for a while. Showing off as usual, of course." They winked at her and left a light peck on her earlobe, raising goosebumps on her skin. "Meet me in fifteen minutes in the library down the hall, Gorgeous."

They clung to their so-called boyfriend's arm and left with a light chuckle. Pieck's gaze followed the couple on their way to the dancefloor. They looked so good together, dancing gracefully, almost sensually. No wonder everybody thought they were still dating.

She couldn't help letting out a gasp as she realized Hange had a type. Levi and Pieck didn't look so different physically but there was a huge difference though: he was their best friend and she was the love of their life.

Levi had been nothing but the most amazing friend, helping them hide their relationship. They were lucky enough that the brief romance between Hange and him never broke their strong friendship and made the whole fake dating performance believable. They couldn't afford to be uncovered, at least not while most of the new Attack on Titan's promotion revolved around the famous and glamorous 'LeviHan' couple as it had been for several years now.

Exhausted by a week of interviews and photoshoots, Pieck dozed off a bit as she let her thoughts wander for a while. Until the boisterous yet gorgeous laughter she could recognize anywhere snapped her out of her daydream.

She held her breath and her heart skipped a beat as soon as her eyes opened again and spotted Hange's slim figure, head thrown back as they chortled in Levi's arms probably at yet another poop joke of his.

The loud pounding in her chest echoed through her whole body when she took in the enchanting sight. Their black satin suit hugged Hange's thin curves perfectly, highlighting their endless legs, their elegant shoulders and their firm ass. Their jacket barely covered the sun-kissed skin showing off in the absence of a shirt.

Her face felt hot all of a sudden, and her hands started to sweat as she watched the way Levi pulled Hange flush against his chest, the way his hand lingered on the small of their back then slipped surreptitiously down to their ass. She wished she could do this herself, in front of everyone. She swallowed around the lump in her throat, nervously licking her lips and closed her eyes for a second. She resolved to head her way to the library to end the torture.

Silence was most welcome as she entered the cool room. The dim light of a few table lamps provided an intimate atmosphere to the library, something cozy also brought by the large leather sofas arranged in front of the fireplace. She let out a weary sigh and crossed a few steps to a bookshelf, looking for something to read while waiting. Her choice fell on a collection of love poems that she started to read right away, not even bothering to sit down.

She was so engrossed in her reading that neither did she hear the door slowly opening nor the light footsteps approaching behind her.

"I'm finally here, Gorgeous."

Pieck flinched when Hange's deep voice whispered in her ear as they wrapped their arms around her waist, pressing against her back, and kept her in a warm embrace. She closed her eyes and leaned back on their chest with a sigh.

"I missed you so much, Love," she whined, "I hate it when I must hide while Levi is caressing your ass in public… It's not fair! It's mine, not his!"

Her lips tentatively curled in a cute pout but she knew there was no point in complaining. Well, she just couldn't help it. It made her feel better.

Something else never failed to make Pieck feel better and it was as if Hange could read her mind. As they delicately brushed a strand of hair off her neck, she tilted her head for them to kiss the sensitive spot below her ear. Her soft skin shivered under the light touch of their lips.

"You're right, Gorgeous, I'm all yours," they replied in a low, sultry voice that sent a shiver down her spine.

Hange's hands wandered over her purple dress, slightly stroking her toned belly up to her chest as they kissed their way down her neck. Pieck managed to bite back a moan at how their warm breath and soft pecks felt deliciously tickling on her skin.

But seconds later she couldn't help but whimper when they sneaked a hand under the velvety fabric, cupping one of her breasts, grazing their thumb over the perky nipple. Pieck felt heat pooling down her belly and turned around, a light shade of pink flecking her cheeks.

Pressing her chest against Hange's, she opened her eyes and wrapped her arms around their neck to make them lean down. They gazed at each other, Pieck marveling at her lover's handsome features before her lips ghosted over theirs for a brief moment. She let her delicate fingers run through their brown hair as they tenderly stroked her back. Then, finally, their lips joined in a soft, gentle kiss.

Oh. It definitely felt like heaven. She relished in the slow motion of their mouth against hers, closing her eyes at the overwhelming sensation of warmth blooming in her chest, letting her whole body surrender to the intoxicating touch. 

Her mind went dizzy when Hange licked along her lower lip and nibbled at it, eliciting a low moan from her. She parted her lips and their tongue gently slipped into the welcoming wetness of her mouth and their hot breaths mingled as they deepened the kiss. This was nothing but pure bliss.

They made out more passionately and Hange's hands traveled down her body, prickling goosebumps all over her skin, leaving her weak in the knees.

Without breaking the kiss, they both took a few slow steps to reach a couch until she bumped into its edge. Pieck lay down on the cushions and Hange drew back just enough to take in the stunning view beneath them.

"Perfect! You're so perfect!" they uttered in a breath, their pupils black with want still raking over her body.

Pieck blushed but held their gaze. She licked her lips, breath still uneven heaving her chest, butterflies fluttering in her stomach.

Hange hovered over her, covering her face with wet, soft pecks. They kissed along her jawline while they caressed her over the fabric down to her thighs, one hand finally sliding its way through the slit of her dress. Her eyelids flickered and she breathed heavily under the sensual contact, her heart pounding faster in anticipation.

Pieck yearned for more of their touch. Unable to bear the wait any longer, she weaved her hands behind their head to draw them closer and captured their mouth in a heated kiss, pressing her body tightly against theirs.

Pieck trembled as their palm brushed the soft, silky skin of her thigh, her loud moans vibrating into both their throats when their fingers finally rubbed the wet patch on her lace underwear.

A sudden knock at the door snapped them out of their blissful haze. They lingered in their dazed reverie for a few confused seconds before another knock, sharper this time, definitely broke the spell.

"Oi, Four-Eyes! The fuck are you doing? No time for your pussy-licking shit or whatever!" Levi's voice was muffled from the other side of the door.

"Always so romantic and sophisticated, Shorty!"

Hange let out a heavy sigh, frowning their brows in annoyance.

"Five more minutes, Levi darling! Please!" they yelled.

"Fucking hell, no! Some bastard noticed we're not dancing anymore and shit's going to happen soon if you don't drag your sorry ass in here, Hange! We're supposed to go upstairs in "our" room to fake shag, remember?"

"Shit! You're right, Shorty!" they ranted before getting up, tugging at their crumpled suit.

Pieck rolled her eyes and puffed with exasperation.

"Ok, Gorgeous! Meet you in your room in ten?" they asked.

Hange didn't even wait for her answer. They kissed her lips with a smile and joined Levi in the hallway.

What is your favourite genre of music? Or if you don't know how to categorize the music you listen to (like me), what is your favourite song? Or band? Or album? Something like that.

ohhhhh #1 question i am categorically incapable of being normal about <3

i typically just define my favorite music as "loud" or "aggressive" or "abrasive" bc most stuff that fits those descriptors will be in my faves regardless of the genre.

a more specific answer is that there are 3 main things i've noticed that will typically make me go apeshit without fail and they are: 1. hardstyle/gabber/industrial hardcore- sorta basskick 2. sickass metal guitar shredding 3. huge dramatic grandiose orchestral

if something has 1 of these i will probably like it, if it has 2 it will be a top fave, and all 3.... well i have yet to find it yet but im sure i will Ascend. here are examples of said top fave combos.

laur covers hardstyle+orchestral and i Cannot Get Enough of his shit man it goes so fucking crazy hard

metal+orchestral is unquestionably ruled by nightwish, but theyre not on bandcamp and i dont feel like finding other links so this one goes to the still-very-fucking-awesome runner-up, POWERWOLF

riikira and rabbitjunk hit metal+hardstyle, though it's less strictly hardstyle and more just general hardcore* electronica. if its got crazy amens its enough who cares. i put the ones that use actual kicks for the sake of illustrating the point here but these tracks are both pretty far from my faves from each lmao *hardcore referring to hardcore [edm] in this case, even though the genre these belong to is called "digital hardcore", which instead refers to hardcore [punk]. it's a mess out here. did you know theres two completely different things called doomcore where one is derived from metal and the other is derived from hardcore. and you never know which itsd going to be when you click on something in the doomcore tag. im dying squirtle

anyway on the other side of the hardstyle+metal combo is kobaryo [with his alias blaxervant], who's much more about the hardcore side of things and just has the metal as flair, but it is still: the best shit ever

there are of course many other things i love a lot, primary examples being ambient/atmospheric, folk, and anything with a lot of Texture. im not gonna get into all that but i do have an extended list of faves/recs from the last time i was asked about this and went insane abt it. it took forever to make and my actual recs are not entirely the same as my Faves so im putting it on here too.

i keep these curated to the top of my bandcamp profile so they're the first things that display there. it's a bit old by now and some have since been shuffled out, but it's still like 80% accurate.

as for the actual recs: the angel's message is there because it's my fave brand of intense and chaotic stuff and want it to kill you full force. it already has some tracks up there so im not re-linking it

this one i recommend just because i think it's really interesting and out there and i'm curious what other people think of this sort of stuff. it's also the prime example of what i mean when i talk about Textures in music.

and also, for that purpose: as someone with disabilities, im really curious how disabilities are translated into Felt World? obviously not all of them, that'd take forever. but i was curious if they use mobility aids just like ours or if they use ones we could not have (an example of what i mean could be like "seal-chairs" in "Witch Hat Atelier"? they are chairs with hooves that run and jump, as opposed to wheels). and i know you said music is really powerful in this world, in both singing and instruments, but i wanted to also ask how in a world with so much focus on sound are the deaf/hard of hearing accomadated? deaf/HoH people can still play instruments, obviously (the most famous example being Beethoven), but i meant other than that

(also, if i recall accurately you once said that "the puppets have to speak to be considered sentient beings"? i was wondering if in the future could that be amended to "have to be able to communicate"? because i assume nonverbal puppets would still exist, as well as puppets who just dont speak much (whether thats a facet of deafness or nonspeaking shutdown or just a quiet personality). or would that break Felt World's world-building's logic in some way? that's a genuine question. i wasnt sure how to word it in a way that would minimize the risk of one being put on their back-foot, but i tried my best, it really is a genuine question)

(also, because i never like to assume fluency in disability-knowledge: if you need a resource on media portrayals of disability at any point, i highly recommend the youtuber, Oakwyrm. they do a lot of really cool analysis videos on disability. i do apologize if i am overstepping, and you are already largely fluent in disabled portrayals in media and/or already aware of Oakwyrm's existence. i just like to shout at least one resource out because i know many people have no idea where to look to learn more about general disability representation advice and whatnot. you do not have to watch their videos if you do not want to ♡)

also a bit of a tangent, idk if this is just a "for now" aspect of Donna due to her adjusting or if this is a core pillar of her personality but... just, thank you for making a feminine character who cries a lot and is emotional with Big Feelings. ive always felt more connected to the Dorthy Gales, Cinderellas, Clarisse de Cagliostros kind of heroines who are a bit of a "damsel in distress" (tho i do think that term reduces a lot of their agency and bravery) and i feel a bit lonely that we dont see many emotional-vitality-driven heroines who need some help as much as badass heroines or sassy heroines, both of whom are fully capable of getting shit sone alone. makes my cry-baby disabled ass feel a little pathetic (im very physically weak because of my chronic health issues, and am the type of Autistic ADHDer who is very sensitive to getting big feelings), even tho i know those types of heroines are valid and needed. i resonate a lot with AJR's lyric about "But I'm weak. And what's wrong with that?" even though i know im taking it out of context

and im sure Donna will prove herself capable of being on her own and having her own agency, same as all the heroines ive listed, i dont assume she will be stagnant, but i just wanted to really thank you for making a character that i relate to. i dont get that often. it makes me feel a bit abnormal and strange, and i mean moreso than the "well youre neurodivergent and sickly" kind of abnormal that would be implied. like. Weird Kid sitting alone at lunch kind of strange. so its really cool to see Donna and feel less lonely, is what im saying. i wish there were more heroines like her for people like me nowadays, rather than the archetype being reduced to "archiac stereotypes" (which i both do and dont understand the logic of. it depends on context and the example given) and therefore shelving a type of heroine we dont see in a lot of contemporary media (in exchange for a heroine we didnt get to see often (if at all) in past media, the sassy and badass ones, i do get it, and im glad theyre being used more as they should have always been. there are a select few of both camps that feel like "women have to be as stereotypically masculine as possible to be worthy of being called 'a strong character'" when i think strong characters have less to do with personality and more to do with "do they direct the narrative's plot? do they have agency?". but i could be wrong about that and i am getting off-topic)

but yeah. just. overall: thank you for introducing Donna to be like she is. it means a lot to me to see a heroine like her in contemporary media. im really excited to see what youll do next ♡ but yeah, i know im babbling a lot here and you dont need to reply to this half, i just really wanted to stress my thanks and WHY you have my thanks ♡♡♡ i really appreciate having Donna sit at my metaphorical lunch-table with me, even if she has to go sit somewhere else later. its been really nice to be beside her

I had to take a few hours to think about everything to make sure I answered everything. But I should start off by showing my gratitude for the amount of time and effort you put into formulating this! So thank you, this was a really cool ask to receive <3

As for OCs, absolutely you can! I've already had a few who've made theirs, and I have no rules at all when it comes to shipping or self inserts or anything, as long as everyone is being respectful towards each other ^^

As for the disability aspect, I have a few key points that I want to explore in regards to especially deafness and muteness (is it called that? muteness?), but that's further along the story and will be introduced later! Also how song vs instruments work in this world is a part of the lore itself that'll be explained further down the line too, so no need to worry about our fellow mute or deaf/hoh peeps!

I have of course thought about mobility aids and other disability accommodations (because they can be born with defect, illnesses, and be injured pretty much like us, their bodies are a bit more fantastical but there are still rules) but i must admit didn't think further other than to give them similar mobility aids that we use. But clearly it would make more sense to make something more fantastical! I'll give it a thought! That's probably gonna be a fun design exercise ^^

I'm not sure if I can answer the entire ask in a way that does it justice, it's quite frankly the coolest message I've gotten, I'm gonna try and not let it get to my head (lol),

but i'm so glad you and seemingly many others seem to like Donna and appreciate her specifically for being sensitive and reacting strongly. It shouldn't be but it's really daunting to write female leads because as we know people just don't like women in media generally, but I eventually just got over it because I realized I was starting to write a character that demanded the audience cared and respected, rather than showing a story that I had fun telling, in a world worth exploring.

And not to spoil but I've already decided I do not want Donna to go through an arc where she's forced to abandon her emotions or go through something physically traumatic in order to "become tough" to be respected, that's not only overdone but lame and harmful wish fulfillment. So no worries in that department!

But anyways, I don't think I can properly say how appreciative I am of this ask!!! It really warms my heart that you and other people are going out of your way to send me asks about my little story that I came up with on a whim!!! It's truly the best compliment as a creator.

At the time MY @ for this blog was in the # portion of the post. My like four followers reached out to me bringing this to my attention. I was almost finished with my fic so I decided to be petty back and send this meme

In no way shape or form does it say what the post is about, the nsfw, the contents, NOTHING. You are absolutely mad if you think i went to read your blog and ur entire life story after you calling me out under hashtags. I am honest to god regretting not taking screenshots of the chat because it was deleted either when they changed their name or blocked me. I dont know or care how tumblr DMS work.

If ur gonna post screenshots post the entire conversation because me stating “dont be sensitive” was referring to the mass amount of nsfw content under tumblr and under the COD fandom. I stated to them in DM there was no r*pe content involved and that it was just touching or him entering the readers personal space. I made sure to directly update it after having this conversation with the other user.

They then proceeded to reblog a post mentioned pedo****a and put MY blog in the hashtags. How the fuck am i a pedo*****e making a NSFW scenario about a man that is well over 20 maybe even 30? Please tell me.

This user then proceeded to remove the hashtags that mentioned me and made the post below

In this post they completely bash my account and LIE about our interaction. Saying that, and i quote

“The author who DMed me even invalidated how much I found rape disturbing by saying “well there’s worse rape fics on here” and saying that I’m too sensitive to be on tumblr.”

Post the entire conversation because this is utter bullshit. All i sent was the meme.

Because yes, (and this is sarcasm if you are dense) i totallly reviewed this persons account and knew their entire back story of trauma.

Then we have the user’s commenting who dont even BOTHER to check the other side of the story. previous anon here! its absolutely understandable why you feel that way, especially since i noticed you were here during the creepypasta fandom recession era (2016-2019), where people were starting to police what was the right and wrong way to intepret the pastas.

As for the drownedsilver hate, while i cant confirm for sure it was the source, was primarily started by a pokepasta fnf community member who has been recently outed as a creep and a generally terrible person (who called any ship they disliked proship!!) 😭 they had an iron grip over that community for 2 years, hence why so many people were dogpiling! Now that they're gone, i see more people being comfortable with putting out drowndsliver content out there!

I dont know if this information or acknowledgement will eleveate your anxiety. But i hope you gain the courage to post more about your own intepretations of ben and silver 🫂 You shouldnt feel like you have to appease a wider public to enjoy what you love.

My favourite example is the fact that say Ben HAD to be a pervert or a stoner and an asshole, nevermind the fact he's a deeply traumatized child, stuck in a video game and canonly a pacifist and not (intentionally) hurting anybody, like that is fine, but GOD FORBID you make EJ's skin slightly blue-ish to go with his overall colour palette. Policing fandoms and fandom activity is a rising trend and I'm not happy about it as a "fandom old" so to speak lol. My motto is unless you are genuinely harming someone in real life or crossing someone's boundaries, just tag it correctly, and you do you. I may not like everything you do personally, but unless you are actively interfering with me or trying to harm me or others, whatever.

Also I was never in the community fully due to the incident and the hate towards SilvernMoon, so I never heard about this person. But unfortunately I'm not even that shocked, if you're that adamant about how wholesome or pure or unproblematic you are and everyone has to be, then you just seem all the more likely to have some skeletons so to speak. Just a real shame about my one FNF AU, cause it's sort of a personal one to me, cause of venting and feelings depicted.

Cafe hopping really is fun tho, now that I think about it I have a similar story too with fumbling words. I went to this craft store for the first time and was tryna look for string cause I wanted to make those necklace bottle things, I asked the two people working in English, and since they had a hard time communicating with me they literally ran to another working person then running back to find me in the small shop! I didn’t get string in the end but I got the bottle! Could’ve avoided that if I just spoke my native language- but I didn’t cause adults (the older ones in my family) usually made fun of me for it 😭

Please the way I wheezed- fr though, never be afraid to speak your own native language! My second language is Chinese and I am horrible at speaking it under pressure. I even got laughed at by my boss - that's how bad it was lmaooo, but honestly i don't really care. I'm just happy it makes people smile and laugh at it alongside me^^

As for the advice given by blake, it was focusing about the small things that led up to the big moment! This is purely my own interpretation though, but essentially always justify their actions. For example, if i make babes fall for miles outta nowhere then it's a little sudden, right? There's gotta be some form of catalyst that caused it in the first place.

Especially in the situation theyre currently in. Neither are entirely sure what they are yet, besides employer and employee. Before even progressing to being lovers and stuff they gotta form some kinda bond first, right? So the main thing for me was how to justify each step in their relationship.

Aka, is it reasonable for them to warm up to each other by this stage?? Or are they still on rocky terms with each other? It's honestly a fun challenge for me to write, because it gives me a chance to put myself in their shoes more thoroughly.

Even irl, there's gotta be a catalyst to make you fall for someone in the first place, right? Maybe one day you notice their eyes are really nice, or maybe you like the way their laugh sounds. Even before that, it's the little things that they do to make you feel safe in the first place :) relationships dont form overnight, after all~

bro, when you start writing please tag me in it!! I would love to read your work, and i know you can do it!! Honestly take it from me - dont take things too seriously. Writing is meant to be fun, not stressful. Like, when blank canvas started out it was just for shits and giggles and goofy and fun. thats what i was aiming for the whole time, and i wanted people who read my fic to hopefully smile or even do the lil nose huff thing we all do when we find something on the internet funny ^^

I'll add on a little advice of my own - feel free to ignore it lolol, but essentially:

I find it really helpful to have some form of plan or outline for your fic. Mine s constantly being adjusted, but it helps so much when you write your chapter and maybe realize oh wait iwanna do this here and do that there, and you know where everything should go like a puzzle piece! Something else I'd say is that there doesnt always have to be drama lmao, sometimes a sweet heartwarming fic is enough. You're enough.

Again, the little moments matter, right? That's why in chapter five i just kinda did a little hangout session :)

And omg when i say i am thrilled to write michael's character arc fr. an eureka moment hit me outta nowhere and immediately i RAN to tell @theblindhag because she has been honestly nothig but supportive and an absolutely lovely human bean. Which also kinda reminds me: having a good friend listen to all the crazy ideas in your head is so amazing fr, and i hope you have/will find that friend. Honestly, feel free to send in asks whenever - id be more than happy to have a chat or chill out!

favourite oc - ok thats a very difficult and unfair question, i love all of them so so much, they all mean a lot to me for different reas– ravell. its a toss between ravell and kaz tbh but. ravell. ravell means Everything to me.

newest oc - probably avery? whom i dont talk about a whole lot because they are from the [redacted] Duology 🙃. if we consider an oc from 2 and a half years ago new lmao. listen, i havent been making new ocs much, i just had a period of time when i made a bunch. so avery is a very rare exception of a new oc. im honestly surprised she sort of.. stuck around and i genuinely love her a lot. she was made out of the need to play as a new h*wke because ive been playing as the same one since the dawn of time. she gave my game experience a much needed fresh air and some nuance too.

oldest oc - ravell. or the version of. ravell in sk/rim was very much based on an already existing original character and those two characters still somehow intertwine to this day. there are subtle differences but they are more or less the same person. but when it comes to ocs i talked about on here, which are usually just ocs for this or that game, excluding any original story ones then yeah its ravell.

meanest oc - lyrhis? i know i still present her on here as a dos2 oc but she is an original story oc and i only put her in dos2 because 1) it felt like it would fit her 2) she is important to me and i wanted to be able to still talk about her on here without feeling like she doesnt fit in because she isnt from a game lol. i think her being "mean" is more about her being generally very otherwordly, inhuman and therefore aloof - which can get interpreted as mean i guess - because her perception of things is very different. calling her "mean" even feels weird because that word implies this sort of.. human meanness, spitefulness, generally being malicious for some reason. if anything calling her "mean" is maybe an understatement. she is just kinda cold-blooded, cruel, ruthless. ok you know who is actually a mean oc. evan. he is the opposite of what i just said about lyrhis. he isnt cruel or cold-blooded, but he is spiteful, malicious and can cause a lot of harm with only his words and need for revenge or simple spite. i think that to be mean one still has to be human, its a human trait. and he is human, there is a reason for why he is like that. lyrhis isnt human in the first place.

softest - hera 😔 literally my only normal oc. and she spends a lot of time in the sewers, talks to her rats and overall is a bit Odd but. she is the least evil out of my ocs and carries the least amount of baggage lmao. sure she has been through shit but she is the only oc that turned out "fine" after her personal trauma. but other than that she is very compassionate, considerate and has a strong moral code

most aloof/standoffish - well idk. its a toss between lyrhis i guess for reasons i already mentioned and then wren. which is quite a difference lmao. those two come to mind first but then also ravell, ives and avery. eh, most of my ocs probably seem standoffish, its one of their most common traits. but in conclusion i would say wren? if only because wren is actually a lot like hera, my other more or less only normal oc with an actual moral code and someone who has other people's interests and feelings in mind. but unlike hera wren outwardly appears very cold and most people would describe them as aloof. they are simply distant and keep to themselves but definitely are not internally aloof, they feel a lot, they simply don't show it. but the aloofness of others (ravell, ives, avery…) definitely comes from a lack of emotional intelligence as well as simply being a reserved bunch in general

dumbest oc - probably ravell :( if we compare their general Knowledge about things with my other ocs they are definitely the dumbest. but they are not Stupid. i think them being dumb can just be summed up into them not Knowing many Things and acting/speaking without thinking. they dont do much thinking. which can lead to them making mistakes because they most often act on impulse. they are rational, they can be very smart and cunning, but also they do strike me as the dumbest of my ocs sometimes

smartest oc - hmmm. cant decide between lyrhis, evan, nate and kaz. leaning towards kaz fsr, even though outwardly he would appear as the dumbest out of this group. but i think the other 3 while being smart are also just generally very learned and academically smart. but kaz has that natural smartness about him. idk how to explain my brain power ran out half way into this tag game ngl

horniest - evan.

oc you'd bang - hmmmmm i cant decide between "all of them" and "none of them". like. i know most of them are very hot and right up my alley (i mean I made them) but at the same time. they have way too many similarities with me for me to be able to comfortably say that i would fuck them lmao. i know who i wouldnt tho 100%- ravell. i think over the years they became too much of their own person. like ravell is real to me ok. and i respect them too much as a person to say something like that lol. ok well. i just realized something. i change my statement to "all of my ocs that are women". i figured out why i didnt feel comfortable saying "all of them" lmao. because not all of them identify as women!

oc you'd be best friends with irl - kaz. kaz has unironically been my best friend for as long as i can remember. i think that even when i was making him at the back of my mind i would think "ok who do i need? thats who this character is" and back then i needed a friend! as cringe as it is. one good friend. who would be just my person. and no one else's. ok my abandonment issues are showing again and recently i'm noticing way too many past signs and patterns

i wrote a fic anonymously which is horrendously dark and doesnt have a happy ending but I think most other fics i write at least have a bittersweet or happy ending hdfgb

uhhhhhh i dunno man I like the ending of the fic i wrote where goemon threatens to cut one of jigen's exes' dicks off and then they go hang out by the pool. that was fun :)

not really, I've had a few ideas for them but they're hard to write and wouldnt have worked out

not... really? i got a really weird backhanded compliment where someone talked at length about a ship i dont like (the fic wasnt about that couple) then said the first chapter was alright apart from being painfully slow (thanks) and then accused me of virtue signalling because of the difficult topics i handled in the fic.

It was really, really strange like I genuinely think they were trying to pay me a compliment but they were incredibly shit at it lol

And then in another fic I turned off comments because a minor started bitching at me about the porn I wrote not being sexy enough and when I told them to go away they harassed me for a little while. That was fun.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Yeas. I prefer it when smut is incorporated into the story because I kind of need the emotional stakes to be high enough otherwise I kind of lose interest. Smut without feelings is just kinda boring to me. Of course I have some exceptions but those are rare nowadays.

Not that I'm aware of.

yes, though it's on wattpad apparently so I have no idea if the person doing it credited me because I dont use that site lol.

yeah and I dont recommend it. we only wrote like 2 chapters of it but i no longer speak to the co-author and the whole thing ended up feeling a bit disjointed and weird.

17. What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

I don't know whether its bad or just handled badly by a lot of writers but I don't like it. Speaking as someone whos been learning japanese for the past 2+ years I hate it when I come across a word and have to either look it up myself or scroll to the bottom of the fic for any footnotes there are to explain it. Gonna use myself as an example for how I go about this kind of thing:

Fujiko tries to smile at his robotic, overly formal speech patterns, when really it's a little off-putting. She hasn't heard anyone use the word sessha, 'my humble self', for themselves outside of a period drama.

each to their own but i prefer putting in a small aside like this rather than shoving in foreign words and expecting for the reader to go and break the flow of the writing by looking it up for themselves.

id say pokemon mystery dungeon but the first fic i wrote i instantly deleted after getting one negative comment, i think one piece is more where i cut my teeth

i looooooove to comment on fics i will comment paragraphs and paragraphs. one time i wrote a comment that was 1000 words long. but oh my fucking god!!!! authors (really just 1 author i have seen that i suppose i am vagueposting about lol) need 2 stop guilt tripping readers!!!

this is not about when authors are like. please comment. this is specifically like, putting in your notes at the end of your fic "i guess you guys hated this one 🙄 you are all just draining me of my energy and not refuelling my tank by engaging"

like okay!! comments are vital and i definitely think readers do not comment enough. you also sound like my mother !! you can have a good point and still be really fucking annoying about it.

and i don't want it to get misconstrued, (although this IS tumblr and of course we piss on the poor) i think authors asking for comments is totally fine, and sometimes needed for people to actually comment. its just this one author is continually guilt tripping readers into commenting, and then not even replying to any of the comments they do get! and its not like theyre getting zero comments, they are getting like average 15-20ish comments from what i have seen.

i know this may be a little selfish to say/admit, but part of the reason i love writing really long comments is because i love to see the authors reaction to my comment. but if an author is going to make people feel like shit for not leaving really long comments, and not even acknowledge any of the comments, why should i bother?

i don't know if this is super entitled of me to say, but i feel like if ive written a paragraph, i'd like to know its at least been seen! i don't even need a thank you or anything, just a reply with a heart or something idk.

only one or two comments if any at all get replied to by the author, and usually they are because they have asked a question or said something that the author feels the need to correct. i feel like i would be a lot more lenient and less annoyed at the guilt tripping if they simply REPLIED to comments! even just a random emoji!!

idk . am i being an asshole here? i am very open to feedback i genuinely dont know if i am sounding like a huge sack of shit and need 2 rethink my thoughts.

tldr; an author is guilt tripping readers into comments and it makes me NOT want to comment, especially because i often write long paragraphs and don't get acknowledged for it.

this archetype is one of the most misunderstood and misrepresented in my opinion, which i assume fits with you nicely. people see you as some cold and awful person, seducing others only to discard them when you get bored. in reality, you probably didn’t have a lot of control over your life before, did you? this is the same case as the ruler, both lacking in power and autonomy. the difference between you and the ruler, however, is that you only care about reclaiming that power for yourself. you also seek the feeling of being wanted, truly and wholly, and this quest seems never ending. try your best to avoid putting yourself into horrible situations just for a brief moment of respite from the loneliness.

the caregiver.

you've spent so long taking care of others, you don't know what to do with yourself if you aren't. you probably suck at taking care of yourself though, maybe you feel like you aren't worthy or deserving. but deep down, i know you wish to be cared for too. you want someone to show you that you are worth even just half the effort you put into caring for other people. dont neglect yourself.

the creator.

you're scared that you'll die and your entire life will just disappear into the void of history. you want to leave your mark, even if it's just a small sign that you were here. that you were alive. oh but you probably want it to be original to you, you're not interested in what has already been done. you want to create something new, and you wont truly rest until it comes to fruition.

the innocent.

this doesn't necessarily mean you're childish or naive! i think you're more of a hopeful person, maybe even a bit of an idealist. you might be the one who always looks for a silver lining, or tries their best to comfort and cheer other people up when they feel like shit. dont get stuck in a happy personality though, you're allowed to feel other things besides constant cheerfulness.
