Search for the Lost is a fan-made production created by Creative Planet Entertainment on YouTube. This shit has been around for 6 whole years, and it is such a good show! Made entirely out of g-mod screenshots/screen recordings and Sonic gameplay, Search for the Lost is a show about Silver the Hedgehog and his friends figuring out what Melhiles of all people is doing back in action, and why the fuck he’s working with Eggman of all people. Also, why is Infinite back… AND WHAT’S ALL THIS TALK ABOUT A PROPHECY!?

OH AND BLAZE IS HERE TOO!?!?

AND THERE’S THIS NEW GUY CALLED FORGE WHO IS LITERALLY THE BEST IN THE ENTIRE SHOW HANDS DOWN 100000P0/10 BEST BOI BEST ROBO BUDDY EVER HE’S SUCH AN IDIOT AND SUCH A HILARIOUS GUY HE’S LIKE THE ONLY ONE WHO MAKES GOOD JOKES HE IS LITERALLY THE BEST EVER I LOVE FORGE

Aight lemme just give a quick spoiler-free explanation about Forge because I know yall are looking at this like “Who tf is Forge?? Some kinda fan character or something??” Because… Yeah, he is a fan character, BUT A VERY GOOD ONE AND HIS DYNAMICS WITH EVERYONE WORK LIKE A CHARM I TELL YOU HE IS NOT JUST SOME RANDOM SONIC RECOLOR.

Cuz he’s a Metal Sonic recolor! 🤩 Haha, well to be fair, they literally call out Sonic recolors in the show with this fact. It’s in Forge’s story! Basically, Forge once worked with Silver in his bad timeline in Crisis City, but the ashes and the chemicals were too much for his small little itty bitty bird lungs. So, to keep himself from slowing everybody down, he managed to shove his consciousness into an old Metal Sonic model. A black-and-yellow one, kinda like the one from Archie except a lot less like Sonic personality-wise and a lot more like Sonic visually. With all these new robotic upgrades, Forge became a force to be reckoned with, and became one of Silver’s bestest friends after the whole Iblis thing. Oh, and he ships Silvaze like it’s nobody’s business, so that obviously gets an A+ from me lmao

I may have gotten carried away with that explanation and maybe there’s some spoilers in there but it’s late and I’m sleepy so you’ll only know if you watch the show~! ✨🙂

Seriously tho. This show is very underrated. I’ve been keeping tabs on it for years now, ever since episode 5 came out! Trust me, that’s a long time. They have their plates full when it comes to personal things and it’s a big project so episodes come out after a long time in production.

There are only 7 episodes so far, but each episode is jam-packed full of lore and giving us more questions on top of every answer! It brings back characters we haven’t seen for a long while, and it always provides a reasonable explanation as to why some of them have been gone and why some just like. Cut contact or something. There’s characters from previous games, from Sonic X, from Archie, from IDW, BRO WE GOT GAMMA IN HERE BAYBEEEEE IF THAT AINT FREE REAL ESTATE IDK WHAT IS.

AND DON’T FORGET HEAVY AND BOMB FROM KNUCKLES CHAOTIX. PLEASE. PLEASE DON’T FORGET ABOUT THEM THEY’RE HERE TOO AND THEY’RE LOVELY

Just… I wanna talk to someone about this show who isn’t just my lil bro. Like I love getting to bombard him with bullshit about characters he’s never even heard about until watching this show but I gotta know I’m not the only one. Please. These people are working so hard on Search for the Lost and I’d really appreciate if you even saw just one or two episodes. Odd behavior…

There Shadow goes again, walking off. He’s been acting strange lately. At first Shadow was practically clinging on to you.

Normally he doesn’t initiate physical contact, but at home he’s been snuggling into you, holding your body down so you can’t leave him. Attempting to part ways results a grumbly hedgehog.

The kisses don’t stop coming either. Knuckles every time you hold hands. Cheeks and forehead whenever he has to leave, no matter how short of an absence. Even if he’s going to be right back.

Jealousy has also become a big thing. Talking to anyone Shadow deems as a “threat”, he’s looming behind you, head on your shoulder and hands on your hips.

The worst it got was on a date at a bar. Shadow left momentarily to get you a drink. When he returned, someone was flirting you up. Enraged, the glass completely shattered in his hand. It sure scared off that guy. You had to bring attention to the shards in his hand, because he wasn’t concerned at all about it. Instead, Shadow slammed some money on the table and took your hand with the non injured one and left.

Next thing you knew, he’s been keeping distance from you. Both physically and shortening the time you two hung out.

He’s stopped initiating all together. Any advances you made Shadow wouldn’t turn down, but he would abruptly stop or attempt to keep it short. Started wearing a mask around you too.

Something is wrong with him. Your smell alone has started making his head spin. Every fiber of his being is drawn to you. Seeing you forces his quills to stand up on end.

Is this what a heart attack feels like? The pounding drum that is his heart is deafening. There’s no room to think. The only thing on his mind was you.

It’s not like he hasn’t thought about you that way. Hell, it’s not like you two haven’t done the deed either; however, the intensity and frequency of these feelings have been cranked up to 100. It felt more primal.

The complete self restraint Shadow has to not pin you against the nearest wall, public or not, and shove his tongue down your throat is tearing him apart.

Such odd behavior was concerning. Swallowing every bit of ego and embarrassment, he turns to Rouge for answers.

Some help she was. That damn bat.

“Sorry, no can do. Sounds like a biological thing and not in the alien sense. I know you’ll hate to hear this but, try asking Sonic about it. You both are hedgehogs after all.”

“I think I would prefer skinning myself and be turned into a rug—“

She gives him a hard pat on the back, “Don’t say that. It wouldn’t be so bad~ I suppose you could ask Amy about it too… Or suffer! Your choice.”

What’s worse? Confronting Amy or Sonic?

That blue little shit would never let him live it down. Sonic could implode from hysterical laughter if Shadow told him about these thoughts.

Amy… It’s simply too TMI. While she is understanding and more open, what if she didn’t know anything.

Shadow’s instincts pull him towards the former option. Unfortunately for the hedgehog, he was semi right.

Sonic took a good minute turned away from Shadow. His hand clasped over his mouth and the other holding his stomach. Sonic reeling in his laughter and forcing not a sound to come out.

“Nono! Sorry! It’s cute!”

“Cute?” Shadow’s eyes narrow.

Sonic waves his hand, as if he’s fanning the comment away. “Never mind. Sometimes I forget you’re bioengineered. What you’re going through is a rut.”

“This better not be some kind of joke.”

Hands in the air, feigning surrender. “I’m not. You’ve probably never experienced it before because you ain’t got bitches you never had a partner. It’s the one time a year hormones go crazy. Some other Mobians also experience it too, like deer.”

Shadow’s massages his temples, processing the new information. “You’re telling me, it’s a biological signal that it is time to breed.”

“Odd way to put it but yeah, basically. Lasts about two months. What you do with that information is up to you. G’luck buddy” he gives Shadow a thumbs up and runs off.

Two whole months. Only about two and a half weeks have passed and already Shadow can’t stop thinking about you splayed on his bed begging for his touch.

SonAmy Headcanons

Because why not.

This is how I personally see their relationship. I’ll try to keep it somewhat accurate to how they’d act canonically. I’d say where they are now is great, but I’d like to add a few things. Some of these may or may not be influenced by other amazing creators.

You are free to steal if you want.

Sonic and Amy mostly act like a couple in private areas or when they think no one is paying attention. They might tell a few of their friends, but often try to keep things discreet. Even if their overall relationship isn’t different in a third person’s perspective.

Tails: “You two sure you’re not still friends or are you actually together?”

Sonic And Amy: “Yes!”

Sonic’s the most chill and casual boyfriend and shows a good amount of affection. Amy is an overjoyed and loving girlfriend who shows a huge amount of affection.

Amy does her best to not tell most people about her and Sonic. Making an effort to call him her “best friend.” Sonic doesn’t mind it much, even saying it’s “not a big deal.” Leaving Amy confused.

Sonic tells whoever he feels like telling that Amy’s his girlfriend without thinking and thinks it’s funny when she’s shocked about it.

The hedgehogs are unsure of what normal couple standers are. They usually already know what works for them. Except who they should tell.

Sonic shows affection by kissing Amy on the hand and hugging her. When feeling extra, he carries her and takes her out on a run. Amy shows affection by constant cheek kissing, hugging, and ear rubbing. (which he pretends to not enjoy but does.)

Examples:

These and basically everything that happened between them recently are what I have in mind in terms of physical affection.

Instead of kissing they touch each other’s cheeks.

Sonic (being a casual boyfriend) puts his arm around Amy’s shoulder indistinctively in public.

Both hedgehogs forget how they got together. All they remember is it happening.

They enjoy having tea with Cream in order to hang out more. And to spend time with Cream of course.

Amy instantly starts cooking more food after Sonic finishes eating.

Sonic and Amy love gardening and cooking together after defeating Eggman.

Amy admires Sonic’s knowledge about plants, guitars, and books. Sonic admires Amy’s optimistic side whenever she geeks out about silly stuff.

Their brief arguments stems to worrying about one another or what cake tastes better.

Sonic’s favorite times with Amy are when he teases her and she chases after him.

Amy laughs at Sonic’s jokes. Even when they’re not funny.

They both find bungee-jumping romantic and relaxing.

Amy and Sonic plays with each other’s quills when they’re bored.

The best dates are when they’re on dangerous adventures. Sometimes dates aren’t fun when nothing crazy happens. On those days, they go find trouble to be satisfied. But normal dates can be cool if it means they get to travel together.

Amy mostly sends gifts on holidays and Sonic gives gifts when she doesn’t expect it.

Sonic only dresses up when Amy reminds him. Amy doesn’t mind if he forgets because she ends up buying him outfits. She even makes Sonic a red hoodie and he wears it a lot.

When apart for a long time, they write each other letters.

Sonic randomly comes over Amy’s place at any time of day without warning. She acts as if she doesn’t like it, but really enjoys the company of her boyfriend.

On movie nights, Amy and Sonic always forget how long Sonic stays and ends up sleeping on the couch together with one head on top of the other. The same thing happens when they go outside for a ��short run,” and end up sleeping outside.

The blue blur’s way of saying “I love you” back to Amy is by using sign language or saying “right back at ya.” He’ll eventually start saying “I love you,” later on. Which surprises Amy to no end when he does it out of nowhere.

The romance Sonic and Amy have isn’t only romance, but an updated version of their friendship. The ability to still be their own people even when in different places. Sonic and Amy are a power couple whose love for adventure strengthens their love for each other. The hedgehogs are equally as happy as when they were close friends. That is what keeps them attached.

That’s a rap! This most likely will never happen, but I don’t mind. Them officially being friends with crushes on each other is stellar and I’m satisfied with it.

What sucks about the Sonic franchise is that people only seem to like it when the franchise isn't being itself

Sonic Colors is liked by non Sonic Fans because it's kiddy and lighthearted and not dark and edgy like the 2000s games, which is considered cringe to them and the only time people "like" the 2000s games is when they're talking about those obnoxious Snapcube dubs which they's been spamming for 4 years now

New Fans also praise the current voice cast, which sucks because a majority them don't fit the characters

New Fans also praise how Ian Flynn writes the characters, which also sucks because Flynn's version of the characters don't act like the actual Sonic Characters, (Sonic considering himself as a hero, Tails being Jimmy Neutron, Amy chooses to keep her feelings for Sonic secret and having Tarot Cards be her whole personality, Shadow being an edgy dick, etc) but the New Fans keep insisting that the new versions are better

Also to this day, misconceptions about the franchise and 90s boomers who refuse to let go of the US Lore still persist:

His name is Eggman, not Robotnik

Sonic lives on Earth, not Mobius

Sonic is not obsessed with Chili Dogs

Amy is not a stalker

Sonic has never fucking said "Gotta Go Fast"

Shadow is not an edgelord

People thinking the cartoons and movies are canon

People thinking the Snapcube Dub is canon

Majority of the characters are teens (For some reason people think every Sonic character is a grown adult, even characters like Charmy and Tails)

Also a lot of people seem to forget that the franchise was niche/hated during the 2010s, people didn't give a flying fuck about Sonic and even if they did, they brought it up just to shit on it, it was especially worse when Forces and the Ugly Sonic design came out, everything about Sonic in the 2010s was mocking it, nonstop memes and people saying the franchise only works in 2D (What's worse is that Sonic Mania indirectly proved them right)/was never good, etc

Sonic hate is a lot less common nowadays due to the movies, (mocking Sonic 06 is still brought up to this day tho), however i feel like most of it is people pretending to like Sonic, majority of Sonic praise nowadays comes from the Movies or Frontiers's vocal tracks (because of Kellen Quinn), it also goes back to my previous point with people liking the mischaracterised versions of the characters better

The big two Sonic content coming out this year are Sonic x Shadow Generations and Sonic Movie 3, which has a lot of people hyped because of Shadow the Hedgehog, but it also goes back to my previous point of people pretending to like Sonic, Shadow was heavily disliked by critics and the general audience for being a "edgelord" and looking like a Deviantart OC, so why are people switching up now?

Also from a majority of reactions I've seen, they'll say shit like "Shadow has always been my favorite character" but they don't even know his backstory and when see Black Doom, Maria or Gerald, they go "Who is this!?" (Or make an obnoxious Snapcube joke), I've even seen people ask for Silver, who is a character who was more hated than Shadow and know less about, I doubt they even know he's from the future

All this shit makes me scared that by the time both of these come out, that I'm gonna have to gatekeep the fuck out of this franchise, which is something don't wanna have to do, I just wanna live in a world where the franchise isn't a laughing stock and people actually the franchise unironically

As most hcs with this mf starts, it took forever for him to finally trust you, let alone get into a relationship with you

I mean, can you blame him really? He's lost a lot, he's gone through a ton of shit, it's kinda to be expected

He talked to Rouge one day about how he felt more comfortable around you than others and she teased him relentlessly

"Shadoooow, you like them?"

"I prefer them over others, if that answers your question. Why are you making that face?"

Lowkey funny thing, when it finally hits him that he liked you he tries to figure out why he likes you.

At first he thinks maybe it's your looks so he stares at you a lot trying to pinpoint what part of you he likes, but he's got a rbf so it concerns you gravely

"Shadow are you angry at Y/n?"

"No, of course not. Why?"

"You're kinda... glaring... at them..."

"Oh."

Then he theorizes that it must be something from your personality. So he starts asking you a ton of questions randomly, but like, theoretical questions

'What would you do if two of your best friends were drowning and you only had enough strength to save one?' Type questions y'know

Then he tries to see if it's something you do, like if you're 'useful'. So he keeps a mental tally of how many times you do something for him or others. When you pay for yours and Amy's lunch, when you give Sonic the rest of your bag of chips, when you hold the door open for Rogue, etc.

Finally he realizes that it's not something in particular, he just likes you

He reveals this revelation to Rouge and she snorts lmao

She sets up a whole date-confession-thing without either of your knowledge to get Shadow to confess

REAL TIME HCS

He's very quiet with his affection

He'll pat you on the head or back, give you a small smile, make you lunch, help you with some work, small things y'know

If you're a human and a lot taller than him he uses this to his advantage and climbs you so he can see more

If he gets upset about Maria ask him about her. It helps talking about her in a positive light when she was alive than replaying her death on repeat

Another installment of random Sonic Headcanons

Sonic doesn't like buttercream frosting, Tails doesn't like whipped frosting, and Knuckles always wipes 90% of the frosting off his cake

When Tails is doing something, whether it's working in his lab or just making dinner, Sonic will shadow box the air behind him. He stops when Tails turns around to look at him, but the fox very much knows that Sonic is throwing fake punches at him lol

Tails, Cream, and Charmy play animal crossing (or the Sonic equivalent lol) together

Matter of fact, I think like all the characters play video games together. I'm sure they have different types of video games they like (I can see Sonic playing animal crossing but Jet? Not so much) but it's not odd for them to enter an online lobby

Tails loves crunchy foods

Espio once asked Vector to death roll him to "see if his body could take it".... Vector obviously said no

I don't think any of the cast really feel famous, except for maybe the Babylon Rogues bc they're (probably) sports stars

No matter how often they get asked for an autograph or approached in public they're all like "???? Yeah ??? I guess I can take a picture with you ???"

I think hedgehogs are one of the most common races (species??) of Mobian

If the Robotniks were Mobian they would be robins (<- pretty sure I've said that before) and possibly various other red and black birds

Barry and Tails keep in contact, but they don't get a lot of chances to hang out

I don't have anything for Blaze and Silver rn but just know that I love them dearly and I'm always thinking of them

Cream is determined to befriend Shadow. She will stop at nothing until he admits that they are friends

Sonic hates being on talkshows, and talkshows hate having him on, so it's mutual lol

The Rookie (whose name i cannot remember rn it's on the tip of my tongue omg) keeps the most contact with Knuckles, but everyone still stops to chat when they get the chance

Shadow suffers from memory loss after... Falling out of a spaceship and... Losing his memory...

I think for a while he was too prideful to write things down or set reminders because heaven forbid the ultimate lifeform needs help. This led to Shadow forgetting where his own place was and refusing to ask how to get there

Maybe this is my new explanation for why Shadow is always in caves and is never shown in a house of his own, instead of the actual explanation lol

Sonic often talks to Gaia/Chip when he's alone, Tails caught him a few times and has also picked up the habit, though he does talk to him less than Sonic does

Charmy doesn't like bananas

I've said this before in this post about shadows development, but I think he sheds a lot. Hedgehogs aren't actually supposed to lose quills unless they're super stressed, but because Shadow's DNA is only partially Mobian Hedgehog, a few things are off

Something I don't see discussed at all is how Team Chaotix runs. Obviously, Vector, Espio, and Charmy are all detectives, but they serve different roles within that.

Vector is the team's lead investigator, and generally has a job more akin to what we view as "detective work."

Espio is the team's spy. His job is similar to Vector's, but he focuses more on undercover investigation, while Vector focuses on investigation in general. Espio is also the team's data retrieval specialist, but in his own words, "data retrieval isn't exactly [his] specialty" (although it is worth noting that Espio doesn't suck at data retrieval in Shadow the Hedgehog and he does some data retrieval in Team Sonic Racing when Team Chaotix is investigating Dodon Pa).

Charmy is, from what I can tell, basically the team's "ideas guy" but also serves a similar purpose to the team that Vector does. Due to how scatterbrained he is, he's not quite as good a detective as Espio or Vector, but I think everyone can agree Team Chaotix is not complete without Charmy, even if at the end of the day he's a mascot that sometimes contributes to a case.

Espio isn't as good at being a detective when he's not undercover, because he can't do much direct investigation when he's not undercover. Espio just isn't great at investigating things unless he can utilize his abilities in an investigation, because his abilities make him an incredibly effective spy and that's where he thrives when it comes to being a detective. Being a spy usually allows him to get information that Charmy and Vector wouldn't be able to, and that's what he specializes in. It means he doesn't have to do as much logical thinking as Vector does, which is very likely why he didn't realize Eggman was their client in Sonic Heroes; he wasn't getting information in the same way he would have if he'd been on a separate mission as a spy, and the information he was getting required doing a lot of thought on what he was hearing, which is what Vector specializes in.

It's not that Espio is a bad detective, it's that when he's sent on solo missions he doesn't have to do the same level of thinking about evidence that Vector does, so when he's presented with information that he needs to think about and doesn't look at it the same way Vector does, they don't get the same information Vector does from the same evidence (same applies to Charmy but Charmy's 6 so it makes sense for him to not be all that good of a detective yet. Charmy also tends to forget what he was told to do if Sonic Colors DS is anything to go by).

Charmy and Espio didn't realize that Eggman was their client in Sonic Heroes because they aren't used to doing the kind of logical/critical thinking about evidence that Vector is. Vector implies he knew who their client was incredibly early in the game, because he's used to thinking about the kind of evidence he got from the walkie talkie the Chaotix were using to keep in touch with their client. In fact, Espio's implied to mostly do things based on his gut feeling, based on him saying he has a bad feeling about their case in Sonic Heroes and him trusting Silver with almost no hesitation, likely for the same reason he had for not trusting their client in Sonic Heroes.

In Sonic Heroes he knew the Chaotix's client was untrustworthy based on what we can safely assume was a gut feeling, and in Sonic Rivals 2 he immediately trusts Silver likely for much the same reason (as he himself says "For some reason I trust you" which indicates he doesn't know exactly why he's decided to trust Silver).

TL;DR: Espio isn't a bad detective, he just has his own way of investigating things that don't work when Team Chaotix is investigating something as a group on the same case like they did in Sonic Heroes. Charmy is 6, so it makes sense for him to not have great investigative skills yet.

hi im gonna drop brass' lore on you bc i didnt realize i never did

Just for context, Brass and Emmie are the same age, with Brass being born a couple of months after. So, while Emmie was cooking in the tube, Starline, who we're gonna say is alive, steals Tails' Tube Baby Project™ files, and tries to copy it, because he believes this is an attempt to make a bio-weapon at the same level of Project Shadow, and he wants to be ready for that, and besides, this seems like an improvement from Surge and Kit to him.

So he gets on with it, and he of course has Surge's DNA, but he doesn't want to combine it with Kit's because he can't imagine the result of that mix would be of any use. At some point he gets his hands on one of Amy's quills, probably by being a creepy stalker to all of the main cast, and decides to mix it with Surge's DNA in order to continue with his Anti-Tube Baby Project™, however, he then realizes Tails is actually attempting to take down the power levels and make his project more stable, which is not at all what Starline is looking for. And also, most of the power Tails' baby project would have comes from both from the Chaos Energy Sonic and Shadow have, and the Black Arms DNA passed down from Black Doom, which are things Starline simply can't get his hands to: Chaos Energy? Maybe, but not nearly enough, and it would probably be fake, highly unstable energy. And Black Arms DNA? Simply impossible.

So he just gives up. Tails isn't even making a weapon out of his project, so Starline doesn't even need his own anymore. So he abandons the hedgehog baby he made, inside the tube, and forgets about them for months.

One day Surge and Kit break into Starline's base, looking to steal some stuff from him, mostly Surge's idea just to annoy the guy. They eventually come across the big tube holding the small green hedgehog, still in the tube, however, pretty ready to go. And Surge just acts out of instinct, she doesn't even stop to think for a second before taking the baby with her and running as Kit follows her and keeps trying to ask her what she's doing. The thing is, she doesn't even know, but leaving this baby behind was not an option.

And when they got home it finally dawned on her, that now they had a baby at home and she didn't know what to do with it.

"So, uhm- Are you gonna raise it?" Kit asked, and Surge suddenly snapped as if nothing had happened. She stood up and walked away from the baby, crossing her arms behind her head and turning away.

Chaos, no. She was already a terrible mother to Mareep, she couldn't do that to another child.

"Nah! You can keep it if you want, tho." She shrugged.

Kit moaned, wavering.

And so Brass grew up with Surge and Kit, but they wouldn't call either of them their parents, although Kit would maybe be closer to that, as Surge seemed to be trying very hard to not be a parental figure to another kid.

On the other hand, Brass' relationship with Amy is fine, they can talk, Amy does try to be part of their life, but Brass is very indifferent to the idea. I'll share a little dialogue I have in mind because to be honest I don't really have much context for it, but it explains Brass and Amy's relationship kinda well.

"Listen, Amy, you're nice, and all, but you're not my mom."

"But I could be, Brass. I want to be, if you let me."

"I just- I don't think I want that, yeah? You can just pay attention to your actual children, I'm fine."

And also about Brass relationship with Mareep, it's also fine. They get along, they're just not super close. But they also have a mutual understanding, and Brass might be a little jealous since Mareep at least has Lanolin. And Mareep is a little jealous because Brass doesn't seem to be doing too bad even after being raised by Surge, while on her end Surge was kind of the root of all of her problems. But they get along fine.

Basically Brass wasn't super close to anyone (but acting as if it was fine), until she met a certain hedgehog-alien girl and her AI girlfriend TEHEHEHE (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠)

First off, you're their parent figure and they live with you. All comfy with you and they trust you a lot. Now to move on to their stupidity.

Immaturity at its finest.

It’s constant arguing, pointing fingers, and the like.

They’re always fighting for your attention, pushing against each other so your hand can pet them.

You’re sitting on the couch, watching TV, when Dazai runs into the living room and jumps to the spot next to you. Since you’re leaning against the armrest, there’s only one seat next to you.

Dazai pushes himself under your arm and hugs your waist as he sighs contentedly. You idly rub his arm for a few minutes before Chuuya comes in with an annoyed expression.

“Oi, StinkZai, do your history homework before you go do whatever.”

Dazai whined and buried himself deeper into your side. “I’ll do it later! I’m tired right now.” He closed his eyes.

“Dazai, you need to do your assignments before you eventually forget and never get them done,” you told him. He let out a groan at that, “Why can’t Chuuya do it? Isn’t he supposed to listen to me since I’m smarter?”

“You’re not smarter than me! Even a shrimp can do better than you!” Chuuya sped to the two of you and pulled on Dazai until the latter fell to the floor.

“Ow!- That’s my spot!” The brunette rubbed his arm. Chuuya had stolen his spot in your arms now and smirked at the other.

“Maybe you should’ve done your homework first, you idiot!” He blew a raspberry and rested his head on your shoulder.

You sighed, “If you two continue to fight, I’m simply going to go to my room and relax without either of you.”

They both froze and looked at you then at each other. Despite their inability to cooperate without trouble, they agreed on the fact that your presence was probably the most important thing they want. They begrudgingly decided to keep quiet, moving so Chuuya can sit on one of your knees while Dazai reclaimed his initial place.

Eventually, they get their emo phases. One day, Dazai just randomly started wearing bandages over his eye, saying that he looks better.

“Why are you wasting bandages?” “Because I look so cool and a lot of girls come up to me and say I look nice! I know that so many people have a crush on me, especially when I’m like this!” “Just wait til they find out that this stupid mackerel is actually a bad person and a major turn off!” “Chuuya, don’t say that, please.”

And Chuuya had a Sonic phase. He thought the hedgehog was so cool, he wanted to be like him in as many ways he can.

He then found out about Conker’s Bad Fur Day and asked you if he could get it. You thought it’d be a wholesome game for kids, but when you looked at the plot and ratings, you didn’t buy it for him. He was sad, but got over it.

And then he came across Devil May Cry and decided to watch the gameplay and cutscenes because you might not buy it for him (you may consider, but it still has some scenes that you’re skeptical about.)

Nero from DMC4 is so cool despite the excessive “Kyrie!” throughout the game, Chuuya wants to dress like him. And dye his hair white.

Every time he loves a character, he wants to dye his hair their own hair color, but you never let him because why should he ruin his lovely hair? (He may or may not ask to dye his hair just so you can compliment him.)

Hot Topic is their favorite store because it has so many aesthetics and they love the style of the apparel.

They start simping for characters and reading fanfics. You know what they’re reading because they use the family/shared device and don’t delete the history. Why are there so many lemons? What do they mean? (Unless you’re a fanfic reader yourself)

They kinda know what sex is, they have a faint idea, but they’re probably wrong on a few things.

Hence, Dazai is excited for sex ed! Wooo! His head is smacked by Chuuya because the latter is embarrassed that he just yelled that out and now kids are looking at them.

When they’re learning about it, Dazai’s snickering at the pictures. But not the childbirth, what the actual fuck did they just watch? 

Oh boy, now they’re the cringe and immature kids who laugh at everything that can vaguely be related to sex.

Anyways, now to the scenario that was the whole reason for this

You were sitting on the couch, Dazai and Chuuya on the floor and you’re petting their heads. You check your phone, keeping a hand on Chuuya’s head and caressing it. He’s smiling with his eyes closed in bliss. Oh, how he loves this affection.

Until Dazai pushes and climbs on him to be the receiver of your pets. He smiles innocently when you glance over, but smirks at Chuuya, who shoves him as well and takes his spot back.

This continues to go on and you’re about to say something, but then the door is unlocked and opened. Dazai excitedly turns to see Oda coming in. He runs over and hugs the man while Chuuya sets himself in your lap.

After greeting Dazai, Oda is carrying him and walks to you and Chuuya, pressing a kiss to your head and ruffling Chuuya’s hair.    

You're in a relationship with Oda, and Dazai loves it.

His two favorite people together, who he might call his parents? How blessed he is!

He doesn’t know who he prefers, so the two of you are equal in his eyes. But when it comes to physical affection, he might go to Oda since Chuuya’s all over you and Dazai’s too tired to do anything. Also, he doesn’t see Oda as often as he does you.

Chuuya thinks Oda is great, but he’s not as close to him as Dazai is. If he had to choose between you or Oda, he’d honestly choose you.

Oda loves coming home to find you three waiting for him on the couch. It warms his heart that he is wanted and loved.

Either he comes home to you all cooking dinner, sleeping in a pile on the floor, playing games (board games or video) , or watching TV.

He still takes care of his adopted children at the curry shop, but he also enjoys the company of Dazai and Chuuya

Sometimes, he would bring those five kids to your house so they can play with Dazai and Chuuya. Everyone has fun, it’s like a party. (Sneaking kisses in the kitchen as everyone else plays video games on the TV)

Oda is a gentleman, whenever you two go out, he always opens the door for you, pulls out your seat, and kisses your hand when you both meet and bid goodbye to each other.

If Dazai ever sees you and Oda share a kiss, he’s cheering in his mind. Whereas Chuuya just brushes it off with an unnoticeable upwards twitch of his lips and an eye roll.

Once, you spotted Oda talking to Dazai outside under the moonlight. You knew the former was telling the teen about the right thing to do. Dazai had expressed his want of being involved in some well known group.

He hinted a little about maybe being a detective or even following Oda’s footsteps of going to the mafia. You really didn’t want him to go with the second option, but at least he’d have Oda to guide him if he’s even alive at that time

Thus, he’s told to prioritize other people’s happiness over his own. It’s tough, but it’s for the better of everyone.

He also says the same to Chuuya, but he goes into more detail with Dazai. You mainly handle Chuu with the lectures since he’s more likely to take your words to heart.

Chuuya has great friends in school, they seem like a lovely bunch, and you trust them. You’ve met them before and they were very nice.

Dazai doesn’t have as many, but you can tell he’s not really clicking with them like Chuuya is with his own. When his mood seems to lower, you go to him when he’s alone and you two cuddle. You can faintly pick up the sound of sniffles and feel your clothing moisten. After the session, you two don’t mention it because you know Dazai doesn’t want to remember that.

With any trauma, you take them to therapy. If it’s affecting either kid negatively, they need to talk about it. Initially, they talk to you, but they go see a professional of that doesn’t work.

Academically, the two of them are good. Dazai’s grades are always A’s even if he procrastinates or doesn’t seem to get his work done.

Chuuya usually gets B’s, but his PE is the best with an A+. He signs up for any sports the school offers if he’s interested.

Dazai’s lowest grade is PE, around a C because he’s not athletic like Chuuya.

Both Dazai and Chuuya have the same PE class and teacher, but their participation and effort are the opposite.

“Okay, everyone needs to do fifteen seconds of push-ups and fifteen sit-ups, let’s go! Get started!” The teacher instructed. They were walking around their class in the gym, ensuring everyone was doing what they were told.

They noticed a student lying face down next to the wall and when they walked by, they pointed at him and asked, “Who is that?”

Chuuya heard their inquiry and answered, “Dazai.”

The teacher was silent for a second before focusing back on the other students, “Let’s go! You should be on the next exercise now!”

Whenever there’s a fundraiser, they’re begging you to please donate so they can get a prize.

“Pleeeaaassseee? You can get a refrigerator stuffed with $200! Or even an iPad!” Dazai’s giving you the puppy eye(s) [depends if he’s bandaged his eye or not] and Chuuya is hugging you and kissing your cheek. “We love you so much, can you pretty please with a cherry on top donate? We’ll pay you back!” (They don’t make money, nor do they have an allowance.)

When it comes to projects, Dazai always waits until the last minute.

“Hey, can we go to the store and buy supplies? I have a project.” He whispered to you.

“Huh...?” You were woken up by him at whatever the time was, so you rubbed your eyes and sat up. Oda was still asleep beside you, a peaceful expression on his face. You kept your voice to not disturb him, “What?” When you checked the time, it was 2 am.

“I need some things for my science project,” Dazai was just standing by your bed, with big eyes, looking as though he had thrown up.

“When’s it due?”

“Tomorrow.” You frowned at that.

“Sorry bud, can’t help you. It’s too late, why aren’t you in bed?”

“I had to work on my project and other assignments,” he shifted in his spot and awkwardly averted his eyes. “I only need two things, glitter markers and a poster board.”

You stared at him tiredly, before sighing. “What happened to the ones I bought at the beginning of school?”

“I lost them.”

You blinked, unmoving. “And you can’t borrow Chuuya’s?”

He shook his head, saying they weren’t what he needed. At last, you moved the covers off your body and made your way to the closet. “Fine, go get ready. You should be thankful I’m even entertaining this idea.”

Dazai silently cheered and sped to his room. Why were you so lenient with these children? They’re gonna be spoiled.

His project was claiming that potatoes can power up devices. A stupid as it sounds, he somehow makes it convincing until it’s actually tested and obviously it doesn’t work. But he still gets a passing grade for the effort.

During one of their classes, Chuuya asked to go to the bathroom and ten minutes later when the teacher was about to ask about his location, he comes back with a lunch tray.

“Where’d you get that?” “I look like a sixth grader.”

He just munched away as everyone stared at him confused before they got back to the lesson.

Another time, the teacher left the room for a few minutes. Since Dazai wondered what their coffee tasted like, he waltzed over to the desk and took a sip and immediately spat it out.

“Ugh! It tastes like shit!” When the teacher came back, the whole class silently agreed to stay quiet and not tell on him.

When it was around Halloween and everyone could wear a costume, Dazai wore a squirrel suit. He brought an acorn prop and clipped it to the front of his pants. When walking up to the stage for the best costume contest, he hit the acorn with his legs, playing with it, until it accidently hit his balls and he crouched to the floor in pain. Of course, the guys winced at it, but it was pretty funny. Someone, Chuuya probably, yelled out, “He busted a nut!”

More nonsense, pantsing sometimes occurred. And Chuuya was the unfortunate target for Dazai. He had snuck up behind the former, and yanked down his pants. Regrettably, Dazai’s fingers also caught onto the waistband of the undergarments and when it came down, he got a face full of balls.

He was so traumatized despite being the one to commit the act.

Food fights can also happen. While Chuuya was peacefully eating his lunch, Dazai threw a tomato slice at him and the fruit made a satisfying splat! on Chuuya’s cheek.

He also tried to throw cheese, but he missed and it landed in the hair of someone who was just walking by. (And somehow did not get in trouble).

For presentations, Chuuya had to do an audio recording, and Dazai just sneezed at the beginning of it, He recorded another but when uploading the audio files, he accidently clicked the sneeze one. Presentation day was funny, but Chuuya didn’t necessarily like it.

If they had online school, Chuuya would be talking to the camera before a ball smack his face. He falls out of frame, and Dazai is just seen running in the background.

There are also interviews or random school news done by the student council. They hate having to work with Dazai and Chuuya together because they always argue. The one time the video went right was when Chuuya had a voice crack.

Rallies also happen, and students would have to cheer as loud as they can for their team. Chuuya and Dazai are the loudest, but they also suffer from voice cracks. After the rally, they lose their voice for about a day.

Rocketry is an elective, and there’s a weird Russian kid named Fyodor. Both the boys don’t really like him. Since he’s associated with rats (Kids call him Rat), they wanted to get a rat plushie. They asked you if you could get them a rat plushie. You decided to buy it for them, not knowing why they actually wanted it.

They taped the plush to the rocket, put more power into it, and they launched it into the air. When it blasted off, they looked at Fyodor with threatening stares.

Occasionally, you and Oda would volunteer to help with some school activities. The first time both of you arrived, so many students had a crush on either of you. They’d go to Chuuya/Dazai and whisper “That’s your parent?”

Oda’s a dilf and you’re also a milf/dilf.

Romantic Yandere Silver the Hedgehog with a Reader that likes to pet his ears and quills

Bold of you to assume he didn’t ask you to pet him first, anon, because honestly he just loves getting any type of affection from you. He would ask you to please do so, and when he sees that you want to pet him, he wouldn’t even bother to try to hide how happy he is. Honestly his over-eagerness for you to pet him might make things awkward at first, but at time goes on, you two will grow more used to it. You’re not the only one getting physical affection, however, even if it’s just holding one of yours hands while the other one is busy, or even hugging you as if you were a teddy bear with the excuse of helping you reach his quills better (even if it would be easier to just turn around), Silver’s more than happy to reciprocate your affection.

He’s internally begging for you to scratch his ears, not necessarily because he might be feeling some itch there, but he just can’t resist the feeling of your soft fingers tracing his ears, to him, it’s the closest thing to heaven on earth. He just wishes it could last forever…but, there's a teeny-tiny problem regarding that, and it’s the fact his ears are too ticklish. He tries his best to contain his laughter but he just can’t help it, it’s too much for him to handle, so he needs to take some breaks to catch some air, much to his dismay. Nonetheless, he will not be deterred from his goal, after all, there isn’t a single second with you to be wasted, he knows more than most how precious time with loved one is.

You might confuse his quills for pillows from how soft they are. Heck, are quills even capable of being that soft? Well, the answer to that would be: Yes, yes they can. There’s just something about him that just *melts* when here’s anywhere near you, and in turn, you might forget you’re caressing his quills rather than feathers. When he’s stressed, and his quills are particularly spiky, he’s a combination of Sonic and Shadow. Shadow because he’s scared to hurt you and therefore keeps his distance until he feels relaxed enough…and Sonic because he won’t last long and immediately go in for a hug to try to calm himself down, and it works like a charm. Next thing both of you know, his quills are soft yet again.

Silver isn’t exactly someone you would call busy due to him having a lot on his plate, rather, there’s just so much he wants to do in your timeline that he just can’t in his future. Either way, you’re getting dragged to it, and it’s impossible to say no to him lest you can tolerate his puppy eyes, and trust me, he gives puppies a run for their money. Next thing you know, you two are going around a city he wanted to visit or attending his little garden (you know, the one from IDW), and for the entirety of  your date, together, he’s holding your hand for the entire day. He’ll only ever let go if there was danger nearby and he needed you to get somewhere safe, and well, whoever decided to ruin his date will pay tenfold

If there are instances where you have to do something…well, he’ll certainly be insistent about going with you, saying that he can help you if you need, if you reject though, he’ll spend the rest of the day dejected. He’ll try to make himself seem busy while he wait for you, but to him it’ll feel like an eternity, as he tries to occupy himself with anything he can hoping that ignoring the passage of time will make it go by faster. By the time you’re done, Silver will tackle you down with a hug, failing miserably to hide how much he’s missed you. After that, the rest of the day will be you, him, and cuddles, lots of them. He wants to enjoy every second he gets to be with you, and getting his ears and quills petted is such a nice bonus for the both of you.

The Place Where No One Goes

Chapter one

12:41 a.m. 

The blue pain in the ass: hey u awake?

Shadow had given up on sleep and was in the kitchen about to eat coffee beans when his phone buzzed. He wasn't surprised to see it was Sonic who had messaged him. He would always message Shadow when nights were tough especially after those 6 months….but it's been 3 years since that event. Things have gotten much better for Sonic. He hasn't messaged Shadow at night for quite a while.

12:43 a.m.

Shadow: Unfortunately 

Shadow saw the little dots appear at the bottom of the screen then fade away. Sonic sure was taking forever in coming up with a response. He put the phone down and started thinking about the last time he saw the blue hedgehog. He thought back to a month ago when Sonic had “accidentally” ran into him while Shadow was taking a walk around the forest. Only Shadow ever walked that path in the woods so it couldn't just have been an “accident” of running into him. But he didn't mind. It was nice to have the blue hedgehogs company. 

That day he noticed something different about Sonic, his posture was different, it didn't seem confident and the bags under his eyes, it was clear that he didn't sleep that night. Shadow asked him how he was doing. Sonic answered the question with a one word answer, ‘fine’ then started talking about his day and the dumb attack Eggman tried using against them. Only when he started talking about Amy and the rest did Shadow tune him out. As much as he respected the rest he couldn't care less about them. He went on and on until they reached the end of the path. In front of them were a bunch of signs saying ‘keep out’ or ‘beware’ or ‘danger’ Though Shadow didn't need signs to tell him that. 

The chaos energy in him shifts when he's around this place. It feels like a heavy weight is poured onto his shoulders. It also gives him a very uneasy feeling. 

“Ugh this place gives me bad vibes” Sonic said, putting his hands on opposite arms as if he was cold.

“Yeah”

In front of them was the entrance to The Place Where No One Goes. No one knew what was in there and no one wanted to find out. If you go in there you have a 99% chance of never coming out. There has only ever been one person that has made it out alive but from what the news said that person was never the same and disappeared off the face of the earth not long after. No one has seen them since. That thought alone sent shivers down Shadow's spine and he turned to leave, Sonic following him close behind. Walking back through the air felt different. Sonic was walking beside him but he was quiet, something Shadow was not used to from said person. 

“Something on your mind hedgehog?”

“Huh? I mean no. Why?”

“You're quiet.”

“Can't a guy walk in silence?”

“Any guy can walk in silence….except you. What's on your mind?”

“Wait, am I hearing this right? Does the Ultimate Lifeform care about me?”

Shadow could feel like a muzzle and ears heat up. 

“What? No- All I asked was what was on your mind.”

“You do care about me!”

“Forget I even asked.”

“Aww Shads. There is nothing to be ashamed about-”

“I'm leaving.”

And with that Shadow Chaos Controlled out of there and appeared behind a tree not too far from where he was standing. He silently cursed himself for using his chaos energy that was close to that stupid place. He knew that being around The Place Where No One Goes made his Chaos energy wonky. But for some reason, being around Sonic made him do stupid things. He was about to reveal where he was when he saw Sonic looking behind him, down the path, to The Place Where No One Goes. He mumbled something before running away and disappearing from the path. Shadow emerged from his hiding spot. He remembered thinking to himself how weird their encounter was and what Sonic mumbled. What did he mumble? He also remembers asking himself why he even cares in the first place. This is Sonic he was thinking about. He wouldn't do anything stupid not after what happened last time when he went missing for 6 months. With that he skated away not thinking much about what just happened.

The buzzing from his phone shook him from the memory and back to reality. Sonic had finally messaged him back. He entered the passcode and looked at the unread message.

12:50 a.m.

The blue pain in the ass: wanna race?

‘It took him 7 minutes to respond…?’ 

12:51 a.m.

Shadow: Sure. Where do you wanna meet?

12:52 a.m

The blue pain in the ass: thinking close to yours? we can meet by that restaurant you like

Shadow blushed a little. Why was he blushing?

12:53 a.m

The blue pain in the ass: unless you wanna meet somewhere else?

12:53 a.m

Shadow: No, that place is fine. 

12:54 a.m 

The blue pain in the ass: great! see you in a few

Shadow turned off his phone. His stomach was doing something weird. It felt like…butterflies. He must be catching a bug or something. Before he left, he went to his room and removed a picture of team dark that was hanging on the wall. Behind the picture was a mini safe with a passcode. He entered the passcode and the door opened revealing the chaos emerald. He put the emerald into his quills, closed the mini safe door and placed the picture back. He walked past the kitchen and was about to exit the house when he heard loud snoring.

‘Right I should probably leave a note for Rouge’ he thought. He got a sticky note and pen, wrote ‘Racing with Sonic’ and left it on the kitchen counter. Then he left his house, skating towards the meeting spot. 

….

He arrived at the meeting spot and was looking for Sonic. He was circling the restaurant but he couldn't find him. ‘Where was he?’ Shadow thought. And like clockwork, the phone buzzed. It was a message from Sonic.

1:05 a.m

The blue pain in the ass: running late! be there soon

Of course he was late to his own meeting. That is such a Sonic thing to do. As Shadow waited for him he thought of the other time he saw Sonic last. It was during one of Eggman's attacks in the city. Eggman had just created and released a new batch of badniks to the city. He remembered seeing them on the news and not even five seconds later Rouge was calling him for backup. He went over there and destroyed some of the badniks. At one point in the fight Sonic was smashed into a building breaking the wall. Shadow remembered Tails yelling his brother's name. He could tell that Tails' voice was laced with fear. He immediately used his chaos spear to rid the robot that was keeping from Tails from checking on Sonic. 

“Go!” Shadow yelled and Tails ran to the smashed building. Shadow would've followed him but he had his own problems to deal with. Not even 30 seconds later, whatever smashed Sonic into the wall and into the building was kicked out of the building and destroyed. Eggman saw this as defeat and he yelled ‘'retreat!’. And just like the fight was over. Shadow looked back to the smashed wall and saw Sonic and Tails walking out of there. He remembered a weird weight being lifted off his shoulders when he saw Sonic walking out of there. 

But why?

Then Rouge got in front of him and started thanking him for his help. Then she started complaining about how much paperwork they would have to fill out. Shadow was just nodding and agreeing but he quickly became distracted when he saw what was happening behind her. Sonic and Tails were arguing. They were waving their hands in the air angrily. Then Tails said something that made Sonic face freeze. Then Sonic walked away from Tails, almost looking like he was about to cry. He made eye contact with Shadow and gave him one of the fakest smiles he's ever seen and left. 

“Weird,” Shadow accidently said out loud.

“What?” asked Rouge who was now looking behind her to see what Shadow was looking at.

“Nothing. I'll see you later” he said before skating off in the direction Sonic headed. He skated for a minute until he saw no sign of Sonic anywhere. He grabbed his phone and was about to call him but then he stopped himself. Why was he doing this? Why did he even care? Whatever argument Sonic had with Tails would blow over. He would get over it, snap out of it. Besides, he knew Sonic couldn't stay mad at his brother forever.

Still though he remembered the face Sonic had before he left. He looked phone in his hand, his thumb hovering over the call button for the contact: The blue pain in the ass

‘No’ he thought. ‘He'll snap out of it’ 

And with that he turned off his phone and skated back to his home. 

That was 2 weeks ago and Shadow hasn't seen or heard from him since. At least not until now.

…..

10 minutes of him waiting. 10 fucking minutes.

“Unbelievable” he mumbled half, no, very annoyed.

He turned and was about to leave when he felt a gust of wind on his back. He turned once more to face Sonic.

“You know for the fastest thing alive you would think he would get here on time not be 10 minutes late” Shadow said crossing his arms.

“Yeah yeah I know I got held up” Sonic replied and he looked behind his own shoulder as if something was following him.

“Is everything okay faker-” Shadow asked and was about to look at whatever Sonic was looking at but was interrupted by a ‘Wait!’ and Sonic pushed him to the ground. Shadow was officially pissed and was about to tell Sonic off about personal space when he realized the position they were in. Shadow was lying on the ground and Sonic was on top of him, their faces very close to each other. All he saw was Sonic staring at him. It was silent for a few seconds before Sonic broke it.

“Heheh nice view”

“Get off me or I punch you”

“Uh right heheh sorry Shadow”

Sonic got off of him. Thanks Chaos it was dark or else Sonic would've seen how much Shadow was blushing. Sonic stood up and offered a hand to Shadow. He took it and as he was standing up he saw Sonic had a bag packed. 

“What's the bag for?”

“Oh uh!” Sonic looked behind his shoulder again.

“What are you-?”

“It's just some waters in case we get thirsty anyways lets go!” Sonic said very quickly before speeding off in the opposite direction he kept looking at. 

“Wait!” Shadow yelled and skated off to catch up with Sonic. 

Shadow doesn’t know but this time for some reason, it was harder to catch up with Sonic. It was almost like he was in a hurry to get somewhere. After a few minutes he finally did catch up with Sonic.

“Faker”

“What? Is something wrong?” 

“You never told me where the finish line is”

“Uh…just uh follow me and you'll know when the finish line is coming up!” 

Shadow wanted to ask more questions but Sonic sped off. Boy was he fast when he wanted to be. Shadow thought about this for a moment. Perhaps he just wants to run off some steam or whatever was keeping him from sleeping. Shadow's known Sonic long enough to know that he was more of a “It's not about the destination it's about the adventure” type of guy. 

It's one of the things he liked most about him.

So he stuck by him, avoiding any obstacles like rocks that were in his way. At first where they were running seemed unfamiliar to Shadow. He didn't recognize any of his surroundings but Sonic seemed all too familiar with it. His gut told him to trust Sonic, that he knew where he was going. So he did.

“See that tree over there surrounded by bushes? That's the finish line!” Sonic yelled.

‘Finally’ Shadow thought and used all of speed to pass Sonic. After 2 minutes they both passed the tree. Shadow stopped himself easily. Sonic did stop himself running but only after tripping his shoe laces. Before Sonic could even touch the ground though Shadow grabbed his waist and caught him. Both stared at each other once again but this time Shadow broke the silence. 

“Ahem. Whenever you feel like uh”

“Oh right sorry” Sonic said before standing up straight. Shadow let go of Sonic’s waist and looked at his surroundings. All he could manage to see was the branches hanging from the trees. 

“Cmon this way!” Sonic said and started walking off.

“Where are we?” Shadow asked, still looking around. “And what-”

Then he felt it. The shift in his Chaos energy. The heavy weight on his shoulders was there but this time it felt more…heavier.

“Shadow?”

The weight. It was becoming too much. He had to lean on a tree. 

“Shadow? What's wrong?”

Shadow looked at him now, pissed.

“You know exactly what's wrong, hedgehog. Why did you bring us here? You of all people should know why we shouldn't be out here in the first place”

Sonic opened his mouth to answer but then closed it.

“Spit it out faker”

“Listen, I'm sorry, okay? I didn't think you would be able to…feel it right now I just-”

Sonic was fidgeting with the bag he had on. The bag. Shadow's eyes widened

“Sonic what are we doing here?”

Sonic avoided his gaze.

“I…There's something wrong. I know it. I can feel it. I been having weird dreams and- all I know is that the danger…its in there”

“What type of danger?”

Sonic hesitated before answering.

“Infinite” he whispered.

Shadow felt his heart stop. Infinite? How was that even possible? They killed him.

“Sonic-”

“I know what you're gonna say Shadow but I can feel it. His presence. It's the same as when I was...listen all I know is that it's coming from there and I need to stop it alone”

“Then…why am I here?”

Sonic was fidgeting more and more with his gloves. Shadow pushes himself off the tree and walks closer towards the blue hedgehog.

“Sonic answer the question”

“This is The Place No One Goes Shadow. Once you go in….”

“No Sonic this is crazy I-”

“I brought you here to in case I really don't make it out, at least you'll be the one to know..how I…uh…”

“Sonic no. I won't allow you. You have a brother for chaos sake you have a family” Shadow grabbed his hands. “I promise you we'll find another way just-”

Shadow then felt a pain in his stomach. He fell down but not hard. Sonic was guiding him to the floor. Sonic had just punched his stomach.

“I'm sorry Shadow but I wasn't asking for permission. I have to do this. I can't let him come back”

Shadow saw Sonic running away and in front of the entrance. He saw Sonic take one last glance at him before entering The Place Where No One Goes. 

“Sonic! Please-”

He stood up despite the pain in his stomach and ran towards the entrance. Sonic was no longer there.

“SONIC!” he yelled. No response. 

He knew he had to go after him. There was no saying otherwise but this place terrifies him. It doesn't matter though. He needs to put his fears behind him today or else Green Hill will no longer have a hero. He grabbed his phone and sent Rouge a message: SOS.

Then he put the phone down pointing at the entrance.

Then he entered The Place Where No One Goes.

What Shadow didn't know was that 7 minutes later after he entered his phone buzzed. 

1:36 a.m.

Miles: Shadow I can't find Sonic and i'm afraid that he’s going to do something stupid. Please tell me he's with you…..

Sonic the hedgehog. The world's heroine who save the earth nore than once. Fought against evil countless times. Save hundred, if not thousands, people many times.

Sonic who's being known for his cockyness yet also prone to seek in people's good and loyal to his friend. Never sway by any temptation in order to serve the justice.

Never had ever cross your mind the opposite. You always sees your dear hedgehog in a good light. Not to mention on how close you are to him. or him to you. And even if someone says otherwise, you would only laugh. You knew sonic better than anybody else.

... But you weren't very sure now...

"Please you gotta understand- it's for your safety...!" You cringe at the sudden high pitch of the sound yet you didn't show it. Too caught off in the situation your in.

There's sonic, in the floor; kneeling infront of you. covered in blood in god who knows where. Some even was smudge some of you as his grip on your shirt tighten when you dare to move an inch.

You flinch when you feel his head laying on your torso, Can't even look at you as he lower his head in shame as he keep mumbling incoherent siuff you can't even hear. As if he was on his little own world.

You try to pry his hand off of you but it only backfire as you can now feel his grip digging on your skin, even if there's a fabric between the two of you, you still wince. Whenever he meant it or not you didn't know.

You suck a low breath as you flicker your sight before you. Everything was covered in blood. Not to mentioned the awfull smell of strong iron on the air that daring you not to puke. And don't even forget about the body. The person was barely recognizable with how the body looks... You couldn't identified whenever its a human or a mobius.

"[Name]... please..." another plea escape sonic's mouth trying to get your attention. His grip loosen up a bit but still holding your shirt.

Woah can't believe i acutall finish this in my school. Im not gonna lie that this is quite ooc but this is a the fandom so¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ . this isn't the original concept btw.
