#sorry let me rant real quick in the tags#cw personal#once again hitting an insurance pothole bc the psych says she accepts my OHP plan HOWEVER the therapy group she is contacted with says#THEY don't#they only accept the insurance if it's through my employer but NOT through the government??????????????#so there's still some kind of payment???#anyway I want to scream why is this so complicated#like will she take my insurance or not who's right here#anyway called her back directly and went to voicemail so now I've done all I can for now#why the hell is this so hard man#the person on the phone didn't know really how to explain#once again no one knows what they're talking about#like can y'all not communicate and figure this out?#AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH#i need to get an ADHD eval before my next PCP appointment in june so that they will continue giving me my meds#and the psychiatry through the hospital has a limited number of visits that insurance will cover#*contracted#not retyping all of that#and once again the only reason this is so stressful is because the psychiatry group at the hospital fumbled the communication ball last tim#and the psychiatrist I was with never put the ADHD on the chart#and now somehow it's MY responsibility to fix that>#UGH#like I am grateful to have some kind of coverage but holy shit is the US healthcare system in shambles#the bureaucracy is INSANE#i had to just sit down and put my head in my hands for a second#and then go 'right okay nothing i can do about that rn moving on'#uGH#literally said 'what the FUCK' out loud a couple times#like not on the phone after I hung up obvs

i hate how people have colloquially turned goth into "anything slightly edgy" or "when clothes black" like !!! please shut the fuck up!!! and then those same people will get mad at actual goths when we explain that no, goth isn't just when you wear black clothes. and no you dont even have to dress a certain way to be goth, its literally all about the music. the amount of times ive seen people say "well actually im goth but i dont listen to the music" makes me want to scream. like i hate to break it to you, but that makes you by definition, not goth. if you wanna call me a gatekeeper for saying a music based subculture is about the music then go for it!! you're still not goth tho!!!

its 2am and i need to sleep but this is my first time being in bed since the alarm went off <24 hours ago and i am so tired but i can’t sleep bc i literally keep hearing everyone screaming last night in my head. and im lying in the same place i was lying in last night when it happened. fucking hell

oh what a wonderful morning to realize you might actually have learning and mental health issues and that you need to start writing your bachelor thesis today without any help whatsoever because all therapists at uni are busy (although there were like 3 of them free every day for your previous 2 years of study) and the ones outside of school are even busier
#like honestly i mean it#i literally cannot start i want to have it finished so badly but i cannot for the love of everything that is dear to me start#i currently use two calendars and one checklist to remember and prioritize the stuff happening in my life#in a desperate attempt to motivate myself i bought myself cute whale stickers to award myself for even the smallest achievements#after two weeks of relative silence and peace i find myself once again overwhelmed by loud background noises#i've been trying to get to at least one school therapist since december and since then i managed to fail two classes just because i could-#not follow through with my essays#i am a fucking disaster and i'm scared that if i don't find anyone soon i could fail in the final months of my studies#fuck.#like i'm trying self-help through psychology books i find in the school library but#yeah...#*at the school library?#screams
